Great post...it's never wise to panic.
That's awesome!!! Looks like you have a super place to take pics as well. Where is that?
I take sunset/sunrise pics everytime I get the chance!!! sometimes I'm disappointed when I don't have my camera.
Yes, the sun will shine on this stock again IMO
Can't have a rainbow without clouds and rain!!! We'll find our pot o' gold soon! BK, or no BK. I'm with Chin Wolfy. Even in a BK, this market cap is no where near the value of this company. I feel for those that are selling at a loss. IMO they will regret it and it'll be one of those "lessons" like Garyst talks about.
Yeah Jade...Slap that Ask!!! Green is my favorite color!!!
Glad to see you are hanging tight and staying positive!!!
psst...better tell that to Lebron then! He gonna take over the game like he did aginst the Celtics
It is my understanding that he was not involved the corruption.
This is why I will continue to hold my shares...because if there was indeed corruption, I will be one of the many shareholders that represent the class action suit against those that WERE "involved in the corruption"...if corruption is the case. It's a matter of principle to me at this point. If corruption did occur, and these bastards get away with it, then you can be assured that they'll do it again unless they face severe penalties for doing so.
I get free haircuts for 6 months if Miami loses this series :::)$))
Again...read. This might help to understand section 12 and the definition of exempt securities.

To Rich...I hope this helps with your understanding of beneficial ownership partner. There is more than one way to become beneficial owner...doesn't always require purchase on open market and subsequent Form 4 or 3. And consequently, since this filing and the last known numbers of beneficial ownership there has been no filings indicating insiders have sold shares. See Items 12 and 13 from the 10K filed in March 2012

ITEM 12. SECURITY OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN BENEFICIAL OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT AND RELATED STOCKHOLDER MATTERS
The following table sets forth information concerning the beneficial ownership of shares of our common stock with respect to stockholders who were known by us to be beneficial owners of more than 5% of our common stock as of November 15, 2006, and our officers and directors, individually and as a group. Unless otherwise indicated, the beneficial owner has sole voting and investment power with respect to such shares of common stock.
Beneficial ownership is determined in accordance with the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and generally includes voting or investment power with respect to securities. In accordance with the SEC rules, shares of our common stock which may be acquired upon exercise of stock options or warrants which are currently exercisable or which become exercisable within 60 days of the date of the table are deemed beneficially owned by the optionees, if applicable.
The following table provides the names and addresses of each person known to us to own more than 5% of our outstanding common stock as of March 25, 2011, and by the officers and directors, individually and as a group. All shares are owned directly.
ITEM 13. CERTAIN RELATIONSHIPS AND RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS, AND DIRECTOR INDEPENDENCE.
In 2005, the Company issued 20,000,000 share of its stock valued at par ($50,000) in exchange for Steven Samblis’ development of ICPlaces.com websites. This cost and all related compensation to Steven Samblis (an officer of the Company) has been charged to expense in 2005. Following a 1:10 reverse split in 2007, and certain transfers affected for personal financial planning purposes, Steve Samblis owned 47,476,800. Steve Samblis converted $70,000 of debt payable for 4,000,000 shares of common stock, at the current fair market value of approximately $.0175 per share. Following a 1:30 split on June 11, 2010 and converting $70,000 debt to stock Steve Samblis owns 9,521,560 shares. As of December 31, 2011, Mr. Samblis beneficially ownes 105,916,762 shares of common stock.
We are still here...just waiting on pay day.
I definitely like that shirt though!!! I'm sure it would sell very well. LOL
LOL...When I was married I could have used that. But now that I'm not, I need Google. haha
Yes ma'am!!! That pic of Mt. Ranier was taken early in the morning just as the sun was starting to light the sky, from the post exchange parking lot on Fort Lewis, WA!!! Check back in a few and I'll post one last sunrise pic from Arkansas.
And, yes I agree. I think we hear something this week. JMO
LOL...Honest man!!! I'm hoping for 1s. I could average down quite a bit on the cheap. Give em up you stingy people!!!
LOL...Thanks for the laugh Hector!!!
I have a sign on my office door that reads "Before you ask me a question, have you asked my two new assistants?...Their names are Google and Answers.com" My students are constantly asking me for answers about things before they try to find the answer themselves and it's usually stuff that I have to look on Google or Answers.com to find the answer to anyway.
To bad no one followed thru on looking at the books...BUT I did.
If that sentence had read "Too bad no one followed thru AND looked at the books...BUT I did", then you could say that yes, he read the books. But it doesn't say that. It only says he's followed thru on the process necessary to look at the books.
And as of May 8th Amanda has been looking for a new job.
CLUELESS!!
GaryST is a well respected member of this board...If you are going to throw words around like that I suggest you add some links to back up your ludicrous claims.
Thank you for being a spokesman, but calling someone out on something that you aren't willing to do yourself is not beneficial to this board either. IMO the way I read Chade's post about seeing the finanials was that he had initiated the process...I haven't read anywhere that he actually has viewed them yet. Chade has been here for a very long time and has added a ton of value to this board with DD that he's done, etc. He's gone through waves of criticism for some of the DD only to followed by appologies from somer members when the DD he provided turned out to be true. If he had information, I believe he would share it. All he's saying is EVERYONE could do the same thing...here we go again with the 90% depending on the 10% to provide information. In his defense, I wouldn't post anything with all the criticism that's been handed him.
Anyone see the SEC Filing today?
Southridge...Intitutional Investor filed 13-G meaning they own a considerable chunk here now.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1106848/000114420412034152/v315774_sc13g.htm
This is like being in the twilight zone...no posts OR trades in the last 20 minutes!!!
EDIT: I withdraw my previous statement in light of the fact that the gentleman appologized and understands my point. I yield the board back to the mods. I appologize for my use of foul language as it's entirely out of character for me.
I'm here to make money not friends. I really don't care what y'all bag holders think
Although I appreciate your post, especially the bad character part...I disagree about your definition of "fool". It DOES show what a fool one is when making such comments...not sure what dictionary you use but this definition fits quite nicely for the circumstance
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/fool
1. One who is deficient in judgment, sense, or understanding.
5. a weak-minded or idiotic person.
2. A clumsy or stupid person who is pitied by Mr.T
Thanks Jade...I just updated it again. I think Chin and a couple other folks on here might recognize where I took this sunrise photo.
Message to everyone: By all means always make your own investment decisions, but when you DO decide to sell, NEVER degrade yourself by coming back to the board, trying to rub it in or by telling those who still own shares that they are fools. It's in poor taste, undignified and only shows what a fool you are.
Best post of the day Windbag!!! My sentiments exactly.
Who are you talking to? This is my first post in quite some time. I think you have me confused with someone else partner
What are YOU waiting on then...get this party started!!!
Shhhhhhhh...
LOL...RUDY, RUDY, RUDY!!!
LOL...Isn't that how all anti-virus program companies do business? Without a threat you have no business.
Makes perfect sense to me...and why not use the Malware that was created for the purpose of national security while you are at it?
Yeah, more spy stuff pretty much. It makes sense to me

Cocoon Data established Covata USA, Inc, to enable the enrty into the US market. Launching on 1 April 2012 to provide the US Goverment and other US markets with the Secure Objects technology. Since Cocoon Data has launched the new brand COVATA in Australia to align with the expansion of the business in the US.

It's the trademark and patent info for Covata...sounds very technologically advanced and very covert
Scientific, nautical, surveying, photographic, cinematographic, optical, weighing, measuring, signalling, checking (supervision), life-saving and teaching apparatus and instruments; apparatus and instruments for conducting, switching, transforming, accumulating, regulating or controlling electricity; apparatus for recording, transmission or reproduction of sound or images; magnetic data carriers, recording discs; automatic vending machines and mechanisms for coin operated apparatus; cash registers, calculating machines, data processing equipment and computers; fire extinguishing apparatus.
Then if you take a look at what the Flame Malware actually does and compare to the description of Covata...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flame_(malware)
Once a system is infected, Flame can spread to other systems over a local network or via USB stick. It can record audio, screenshots, keyboard activity and network traffic.[6] The program also records Skype conversations and can turn infected computers into Bluetooth beacons which attempt to download contact information from nearby Bluetooth enabled devices.[7] This data, along with locally stored documents, is sent on to one of several command and control servers that are scattered around the world. The program then awaits further instructions from these servers

Have you really not ever seen that movie before or are you playing? LOL
LOL...You never watch the movie Super Troopers? haha If, not then you should, right meow!!!
If you feel that negatively about your investment then the wisest thing to do would be to sell and take the money you salvage and make it back in a stock you can be a little more positive about. There are plenty of other stocks out there. Another tip is never invest if you can't swallow losing your money. Just saying. I didn't "buyed" into this stock to badmouth it and keep chopping it off at the legs.
I hope you'll be adding to your position on this potential dip opportunity then.
Tell us how you really feel boy
