Good Gaming Inc. is a Form 10 & 8a12G reporting company. In order to submit fraudulent financial statements they would need to have their 3rd party SEC auditing firm and SEC counsel, both whom review and sign off on their quarterly and annual reports (thereby taking on substantial liabilities,) in order for Good Gaming Inc to do so.
The SEC is smart and holds everyone liable for public disclosures. Especially accountants, auditors and attorneys.
GMER uses the best and most reputable auditors and attorneys so that "theory" is laughable at best!
Plus, I'm pretty sure that any company looking to defraud investors would come out with financial statements significantly better looking than their last 10-Q. Duh!
If OTC stocks traded solely on their financials 99% of them would trade bidless. Fact!
Speculating in the OTC Market isn't for everyone. That's why God invented CD's.
Don't you have multi-million dollar Web3 deals to work on as opposed to lurking around and whining like a baby who still needs to be breast fed?
Newsflash....
If you haven't figured it out yet, no one cares about your opinions.
You're welcome
Based on what? The stock going down? LMFAO!
You can say it a thousand times and it's never going to happen.
Can you imagine if every CEO of a public company went to jail because the price of their stock went down?
Of course, if your implying that Mr. Dorwart committed a criminal act and you're really willing to step into it, tell us what he did that would warrant a statement like that.
We know you won't because it's easy to imply something as a keyboard warrior but once you cross the line into slander there will most certainly be held liable for such type of actions.
"I stopped listening to you a while ago"
As they respond to my post! LMFAO!
Personally, I have always found weak minded individuals to be the easiest to trigger.
Yeah, really begs to question why anyone would waste their time over here whining like a little baby, when they're involved in such great projects.
Like Judge Judy says, ""If it doesn't make sense, it's probably a lie."
Yeah, I keep seeing that ridiculous statement, but you seemingly refuse to answer the question why anyone would be going to jail.
As if, after all this time, anyone gives you an ounce of credibility.
LMFAO!
What's your expertise in running public companies???
LMFAO!
I don't listen to people who don't know how to read a financial statement. This company spends an awful amount of money on using the best SEC attorneys and accountants while taking on considerable liability by being a fully reporting company to the SEC for a company that is "not real."
Prove they're a pump and dump company. You can't because it's parent company ViaOne Services, which does over $200+ million in revenues, doesn't need to do that kind of bullshit!
LMFAO!
I think we have a better chance of David Dorwart filing a lawsuit and getting a subpoena for the ip address of certain individuals who would rather manipulate people by slandering his good name with malicious intent, than give opinions based on facts.
Nothing says brilliance like taking a crap on a stock you alledgedly own a shitload of.
LMFAO!
Adios amigo....
I never said that and would appreciate you stop including my name in all your posts.
Where did they say that? Their recent press release never said they've been previously working on their pivot to mobile gaming market. I believe that's where their focus is now.
What's the point of posting old news and pretending like it's current news?
Hopefully people are smart enough to look at dates.
Unless someone expects them to put out a series of mobile app games integrated with WEB3 technology within a few weeks I'm not sure what "follow ups" Anyone would be expecting.
It's hilarious how there is no explanation why this is an alleged "pump and dump" as I'm ignored every time I ask for proof of this which would be easy to do since all anyone needs to do is look at the volume "the pump" and the sudden increase to the float "the dump."
If this is a "pump and dump" show us the "pump" and show us the "dump."
Anyone not willing to do that is just fear mongering since neither the volume trading activity or increase in the float would substantiate such a baseless claim.
Why would we trust anyone who has said this stock was going subpenny for the last two years when it never has?
Pretty sure you don't know the definition of what a pump and dump is but feel free to show us based on the trading volume of GMER where the "pump" and "dump" existed. If true, this should be super simple to prove.
Now, so everyone knows, I will not get a response. Why? Because throwing out ludicrous statements is easy to do. Proving them is a completely different story.
Here's another fact....
Tesla shares went from $86 to $313 before going back down to $101. Now it's sitting back up at $249.
The point? Stocks go up and stocks go down. Real money is always made by buying at the bottom of a stocks trading range.
Here you go....

You're welcome
Statistics show 30% of gamers come from low income demographics. 30% of a billion dollar industry is substantial.
Dave Dorwart runs a conglomeration of companies that collectively bring over $200 million dollars into their coffers at a net profit.
What expertise do you bring to the table?
Chart may look anazing but their 10Q certainly doesn't. I'll pass on a comoany with notes convertible at .0001 and various lawsuits and summary judgements.
Anyone with a brain knows that class action lawsuits are civil. In order to be jailed one has to commit a criminal act.
Regardless, there is no basis for any civil or criminal actions on behalf of the CEO of this company.
Of course, you are more than welcome to school me and impress us all with your broad knowledge of the judicial system by proving my statement wrong.
Like that would ever happen! LMFAO!
That's completely false. Find me one press release that would be considered "fluff."
Factually, people bitch that this company doesn't put out enough news. That's because they only put out press releases that they deem to be material to the company. "Fluff" could easily be put out every week because it's just fluff.
I'm no puppet and no one tells me what to say. Anyone can look my posting history and see that there are companies I like and don't like.
What you don't see me doing is acting like a little scorned bitch with nothing better to do than piss on other people's cornflakes because things didn't initially work out the way I thought they would.
Remind you of anyone?
Now, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?
Anyone can look up the company's financial statements on EDGAR or OTC Markets. They are a timely filer.
Yeah, reminds me of the old saying, "Opinions are like buttholes. Everyone has one and they all stink."
It's quite obvious that they went into the Minecraft and Roblox sphere thinking they could monetize their games. Apparently between the bad developers, which they are accountable for, and the industry itself, they realized there was no money in it for them, so they pivoted into an area they feel confident they can make money in.
Yes, time and money was wasted, but it isn't the end of the world. Thank goodness for ViaOne Services who has given them new life to achieve success.
Once you lose confidence in management it's time to move on.
Personally, I find it boring and distasteful to spend every single day pissing on other peoples cornflakes.
Certainly, we have better things going on with our life than to keep crying over spilled milk.
Public companies that report their filings to the SEC do not "rug" projects.
Let's just start bordering on the ridiculous. It's really a good look for some.
Gee, what's the value of having a parent company that is well diversified, profitable, and does over $200 million a year?
I guess not much if I'm hearing you correctly. LMFAO!
Some people are thick in the head and are so desperate to convey a negative that they refuse to acknowledge ViaOne Services, who has the biggest stake in Good Gaming, is obviously willing to fund the working capital needs of Good Gaming as they both enter into this new venture.
Come on... We all know arm chair quarterbacks living off of social security can't take up bets like that!
Nope, not a single day since ViaOne took over the company.
In order to say, "still get back to subpenny" this stock would have had to trade subpenny in the past, which it has never done.
Everyone should be careful of listening to B.S.
Good luck with that! They are being sued for $53 million for stealing the IP while under an NDA.
Scumbags think because they're in Canada they can get away with it, but they won't. They've already attracted the wrong kind of attention to them from the SEC.
