Anyone with a brain knows that class action lawsuits are civil. In order to be jailed one has to commit a criminal act.

Regardless, there is no basis for any civil or criminal actions on behalf of the CEO of this company.

Of course, you are more than welcome to school me and impress us all with your broad knowledge of the judicial system by proving my statement wrong.
