ok strong SPECULATIVE buy, as for killing the company, it happened a long time ago when they put desmond reid on the board, this is the train arriving at the station after several trips around the world, this was always the destination, i had calls from people laughing at me of how great kyle was for the company all i every said was "i sure hope you are right but i will never believe it", however, clearly they are in charge and all the belly aching will do nothing for our investment, i agree w/ every bad thing anyone has every said about management except one thing, that the company cannot survive the loss of dave williams, it may not, that is certainly true, but its not set in stone yet, not by any means, the company is bigger than dave, kyle, ed, cristian, carlos, george, richard, drago etc. the patent is worth more than any of these people, (not sure its fair to call them all such, but not sure its right not to either), the patent will survive, and i still hold hope that so will we, for some that put all their faith in dave this is no doubt investors darkest hour, but what ever the board was deadlocked against will be at least temporarly lifted because dave is out, and like it or not the tea leaves are clear, that its already happened.

my guess is that williams will eventually see it, that's as far out as i'm willing to go, the company is being advised by dewine now and others, remember ben lurkin was asked to address the bogus russian assessment and to publish an 8k, he did not, then when the company was delisted, that lack of disclosure was insinuated by the sec. we heard nothing then, we will hear nothing now, but there will be indirect validation soon that will satisfy all investors (that is satisfy them that the drago deal is done), personally i don't need that to know that dave is out for the time being

the bar for getting williams out is very high, clearly drago has signaled that they, to my dismay, have acheived it, however i do look forward to making money, it certainly can't get any worse, i think w/ the proxy, its going to be impossible to get the company into a receivership and that we will see a general shareholder meeting eventually...

the company is a strong buy--given that drago has endorsed the deal, i'd say its done, further, america is the key market, there is no doubt about that

the filings made it clear that williams wants a 5th director assigned to the bod, that will end the deadlock i dont see that he has changed his position on that issue. small companies can do best for investors if they have a board that works, that is not necessarily a board that a priori investors will "like",

the kims are huge investors in clyw, they put in way more money that dave and most others, and this is how management, turinni and desmond/droy/kyle appear to be repaying them:

shareholders need to unite and stand behind dave williams and give management the down vote on dave's ouster

1.) tmobile no deal or sucks drago doesn't care since he's obviously got a piece of it. deal is a purse snatch, w/ dave out of the way they don't have to pay him back, the company bears the liability not the board, they will cut and run w/ everyone's money including daves.

2.) there is no intension of ever doing the financials, they can't since to do it will be to admit to liability, and they don't want to do untill when and if there is enough to go around otherwise its going to storm, paraguay, and to kyle's house in studio city (ie the mexican guy and the storrage facility are just for show).

3.) as for us ever knowing what the vote is i agree w/ we will not know, unless its in drago's best interest's to let duped shareholders know.

4.) all of kyle and desmond's friends are fools if they trust their "no no no (soon you will get everything you have every dreamed of / all is well / don't you believe me / come on its me you are talking to )" confidence man mentality

5.) Our only real hope is even further and more agressive action on the shareholder's side of things & the independent directors side of things, anything short of going for the jugular on management is going to result in calypso becomeing a full blown criminal enterprise that ceases to exist in short order

6.) this all seems like yet another smoke screen for drago to finally once and for all to take full posession of the 923 patent and drago is gearing up for the ultamate doublecross of cristian and droy / desmond / kyle
