the filings made it clear that williams wants a 5th director assigned to the bod, that will end the deadlock i dont see that he has changed his position on that issue. Which means that hopefully sooner than later we will have a new director--especially if dave williams stays in-this vote is ment to circumvent the appointment of a new director, dave is just a convenient target toward that end
