My beighbor is also a ABQQ shareholder. I asked him about the cheesy FUD that our director is two years older than another director.
Before he even gets a chance to answer, his young son said he really likes the 2021 performance of the company especially when there is a lot more to come. And, then he said this about the silly "two year older" claim...
It is always fun to debunk the baseless and worthless claims against the company. Here we go!
Unlike many OTC companies, ABQQ does not PR unless there is a major news to share with the shareholders…which is great!.
Only Fantasyland Hall of Fake News can falsely claim that it was the company that said the total gross will reach 7 million by the end of the year.
It was a shareholder’s conditional statement like this…
"ABQQ has been averaging about $50,000+ movie gross a day so far. IF this average trend continues, company's total 3-movies gross will reach 7 MILLION dollars by the end of 2021!"
It is sad that a logical conditional statement is not understandable in LalaLand despite the fact that my cat told me he already busted such fantasy FUD by the following statement that can be found on the board.
“My cat just told me to ignore the BS and focus on Oddly Express movie gross that just passed ONE MILLION DOLLARS despite the fact that a lot of new movies just came out and the existing blockbuster movies tend to get more screens during the holiday season.”
ABQQ's total gross will even pass 7 million gross estimate in the future! Only a matter of time.
Enjoy the comic entertainment against the company while it lasts folks!
Thank you. I am only a part of a great and supporting group of shareholders, including you, who do their best every day to debunk the BS noise about the company to protect our investment.
Near 6.5 million dollars movie gross in 2021 and 6 more movies ready still in the pipeline.
Just imagine when these movies and work of the Network of 200 Asian Artists will gradually be added to ABQQ.TV Streaming Service next year!
NFT marketplace will be another great source of revenue for the company.
It is just the beginning for ABQQ!
Please ignore the comic noise, folks.
Great news! Thanks for sharing!
10 completed movies so far....1 VOD...3 already out...6 more waiting in the pipeline!
Enjoy the comic entertainment against the company while it lasts folks!
$ABQQ 2022
I asked my cat about his opinion on the worthless daily claim of... Move on there is nothing here...about the company. He said yes he reads it every day and really enjoys the free entertainment...and then told me... Doesn't it sound like a silly oxymoron? ...and he just kept laughing....
Smart cat!
Enjoy the rest of the day!
My cat loves the BS nonsense fantasy entertainment updates about the company too! LOL
And, he just told me to ignore the BS and focus on Oddly Express movie gross that just passed ONE MILLION DOLLARS despite the fact that a lot of new movies just came out and the existing blockbuster movies tend to get more screens during the holiday season.
Ignore the comic noise folks!
The FUD against the company continues. First, my cat read the fake news in Fantasyland Hall of Fake news that company was late for report this year and it will be delisted if this continues...well until I pointed out that it was just total BS...which...then...the funny claim changed to the vague claim of "Q1 2022" without mentioning anything about the company... well until...it was busted too. Now, it is back about the quarter that everyone already knows ABQQ is late but due in January which I already pointed out when I debunked the delisted BS claim. But again this lateness is only new to fantasyland Hall of Fake News headquarters.
I asked my cat about a claim that said the "Risk Factor" content in the company's last 10-k is not good!
My cat laughed and said the "Risk Factor" section is STABDARD practice in 10-ks. He said even APPLE had 11 full pages (pages 6 through 17) of the stuff that are risk factors to that company including the COVID, the inflation, the product defects, competition, or not selling and many more in its last 10-K.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15311311&guid=bYfwkKix0l8GOth#AAPL-20210925_HTM_ICFFEC2D5C553492089E1784044E3CC53_16
My cat then laughed off the ABQQ risk factor BS claim and said...
Oddly Express movie gross is now shy of ONE MILLION dollars ($988,000) ... despite a bunch of new movies and increase in screening of blockbuster movies in China Box Office around the holidays which happens to be the same trend in U.S. box office too.
Ignore the comic noise folks.
ABQQ CEO's movie directing record is far superior than even the most famous directors like Steven Spielberg when they first started. Spielberg's first years was spend on short movies and theatrical work.
ABQQ's CEO work is offering 3 movies JUST THIS YEAR and all of them have already been on the China Box office and have grossed over 6 million dollars so far!
Ignore the comic noise folks!
Great Sunday to all shareholders.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Yes, if it can be afforded. It is still ok if it cannot though. Shareholders will still be thrilled to enjoy the free daily fantasyland comic entertainment while waiting for the company news!
At least shareholders are on the board every day for a good reason...They own shares! So their valuable time is not wasted.
OTC site is showing the following deadlines. It seems company's 2020 annual report filed after the 3 months extended deadline too and it turned out to be OK.
Perhaps company explained in 2020 (to SEC) the reason(s) for the report delay and SEC accepted those reasons (we were and are still in pandemic here and in China).
Document.......Period End Date............ Received
10-Q ............. 11/30/2020 ................ 1/15/2021 (45 days which is ok)
10-K ............. 8/31/2020.................. 12/9/2020 (more than 90 days)
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ABQQ/overview
Nobody on this board knows the answer to that question. But, obviously the company is not the first and that is why there is a routine process by SEC to handle these kind of situations.
Here is how it works.
SEC will send a "comment letter" to the company and asks the reason(s) for the late submission. Company will reply and explain the possible reasons and then SEC sends a final report making suggestions for the reporting improvement. Meanwhile, if there is any penalty, it is often temporary and is lifted when company files the late report that is satisfactory to SEC.
Let's see what happens next.
ABQQ - Total Movie Gross Report - 12/17/2021
Oddly Expressed movie gross just passed $970,000! Million mark...almost!
Our Treasures movie gross just passed $2,775,000 so far. YES still making money!
First movie's total gross: $2,600,000.
Total movies gross so far in 2021: $6,345,000.
The revenue continues to go up and will show on the financials when they are released.
Just a reminder that the Oddly Express movie's generated revenue so far will not show in the upcoming financial report.
Ignore the BS noise folks!
My cat is setting up a class to teach Fantasyland about the difference between Short selling (costs $2.5 per share to short) and Naked Short selling that is illegal and SEC is going after Hedge Funds and charging them millions of dollars for doing it. It happens to most companies all the time and ABQQ is not excluded. Here is one case that shows SEC is going after Hedge Funds and charging them millions of dollars.
Short selling mainly happens to the companies that are just starting and do not have much financial support/back up yet.
ABQQ stock price will go up when ABQQ solid financial reports start showing the revenue from the movie sales and other projects in the future.
"Naked short selling is unlawfully short selling shares that have neither been borrowed nor located."
https://www.natlawreview.com/article/sec-brings-naked-short-selling-case
Agreed! ABQQ CEO's 2 movies (out of 3) IN THE FIRST YEAR are still making money in the China Box Office!
Compare this great achievement to the track record of the greatest directors like Steven Spielberg who started with short films and theatrical work for years before hitting it big.
We don't know the answer to that question. But, we know for sure the company's REVENUE from movie sales keeps going up as movies' gross continue to go up every day!
Just a reminder that the Oddly Express movie's generated revenue so far will not show in the upcoming financial report.
Oddly Expressed movie gross just passed $940,000!
Our Treasures movie gross just passed $2,775,000 so far. YES still making money!
First movie's total gross: $2,600,000.
Total movies gross so far in 2021: $6,315,000. It is getting close to my end-of-year prediction of $7,000,000.
The revenue continues to go up and will show on the financials when they are released.
Ignore the comic noise folks!

Thanks for posting the correct info. I asked my cat... where in the world can someone already convert the Preferred C shares to common shares and add it to the OS of ABQQ before it happens in real world?
He laughed and just said one word ... Fantasyland!
Smart cat!
Great DD!
You bet, Ping. My cat loves reading the free BS entertainment against the company on the board every day! Paying 2.5 dollars to short a penny stock like ABQQ is still his favorite though! LOL
He says company's great potential makes the board so captivating...every day!
GLTA shareholders!
You bet! Fact: The movie sales and REVENUE continues to go up every day and there are movies in the pipeline while NFT business side is being advanced. The best part? The daily fantasyland FUD free entertainment during this holiday season as movie sales continue to increase...every day!
Oddly Expressed movie gross just passed $919,000!
Our Treasures movie gross just passed $2,744,000.
First movie's total gross: $2,600,000.
Total movies gross so far in 2021: $6,262,000.
The revenue continues to go up and will show on the financials when they are released.

Good day to all shareholders!

Only company knows when the next financial report will be out. My guess is as good as yours.
One the "1000 theaters" part, it was in the company's PR. It seems they will show the movie on a total of 1000 theaters.
So far, they have been showing on 60-130 theaters per day. My guess is after some weeks of showing in one region they will move to the next one....until they reach 1000 theaters.
This arrangement (moving to a different region) seems to be similar to the second movie ... except company didn't say "1000 theaters" for the second movie and second movie is still in the box office.
I expect that the third movie will gross a lot more than the second one.
Oddly Expressed movie gross just passed $884,000!
Our Pleasures movie gross just passed $2,742,000. ... YES...STILL MAKING MONEY!
First movie's total gross: $2,600,000.
Total movies gross so far in 2021: $6,226,000.
ABQQ has been averaging about $50,000+ movie gross a day so far.
If this average trend continues, company's total 3-movies gross will reach 7 MILLION dollars by the end of 2021!
Savvy investors know that revenue comes from the company's movie gross and the only way to know the revenue is when the financials are out.
Ignore the comic noise folks.
You can only take the horse to water...
Good day to all shareholders!

MIC DROP!
I bet Shareholders are not the only ones reading this board. ABQQ is most likely reading our board too. The good news is they can easily trace any misinformation and fake claim against the company while company's total movie gross keeps going up every day!
BTW, ABQQ is so captivating that it is even followed by fantasyland hall of fake news! Maybe cause it is an OTC low OS company that generates revenue day after day and is expanding the business from movies to NFT world.
And, only a newbie can expect that a company in movie industry just make it public how much they get out of the movie sales! Savvy investors know they should expect to see the revenue in the financials when they come out! Oh boy!
Happy Monday all shareholders! Ignore the BS noise!

ABQQ is definitely undervalued! But, that will change when company's financials start showing millions of revenue next year!
Oddly Expressed movie gross just passed $750,000!
It has been averaging about $50,000 a day so far.
With the help of the ongoing sales of Our Treasures movie... if this average trend continues then company's total 3-movies gross will reach 7 MILLION dollars by the end of 2021!

You are absolutely right. Why a shareholder wants to sell a few thousand shares to the bid to bring down the price? Here is the proof that your thinking is correct!
I am hoping that ABQQ already know about this! Here is the highlight!
Ignore the comic noise folks!

Very true, Ping. ABQQ is one of the rare OTC companies that is not only REVENUE generating but also has a low OS when most others are in 1 to 4 billion OS shares!
Pure manipulation... $60 selling to the bid just one minute to the end of the trading day ... to bring the price down is purely pathetic.
But this will change next year when company's revenue keeps going up and showing on the financials and company continues to pay down the debt as it has been doing.
Just remember... A fantasy reverse split claim with (such a low number of shares) is as hilarious as the claim of paying $2.5 per share to short a penny stock! Only in Fantasyland! LOL
Ignore the comic noise folks!
Absolutely correct! It took even Steven Spielberg MANY YEARS to be known in the movie industry...from his humble beginnings of making short movies and theatrical work.
On the contrast...CEO's first 3 movies have already been in the box office making money all in one year!
Oddly Express movie gross is already shy of $700,000!
Top it up with the upcoming NFT app related activities... $ABQQ future is bright!
Just remember folks...There wasn't a need to be on ABQQ board every day if there wasn't a promising future waiting for the company! Logic 101
Folks...Let's just enjoy the comic noise while movies are making more money every day.
Happy Day to all shareholders!
Movie/Entertainment companies do not share the cut of the movie gross with public. We just need to wait to see that in the company's financials.
I am excited too. I honestly pay no attention to the current stock price fluctuations especially when we know it can be manipulated.
But, this will all change once the movie revenue starts showing in the financials and more movies will come down the pipeline.
Right now, our CEO is making his name known in the China's box office cirlce with these first few movies.
Remember, even giant Directors like Steven Spielberg had humble beginnings like short movies and theatrical work. It took Spielberg decades! He started working in 1957! Our CEO is advancing the company at a much faster pace now. Already 3 movies are out in one year!
Bottom line is...Our company is making making money in this business and each movie is grossing more than the one before it so far!
Company's movies continue to make money...every day!
Company's revenue will show a significant increase next year when revenue will show on the company financial.
$6 MILLION dollars movie gross so far this year...20 more days to go!
Ignore the worthless noise folks.
