Give it a look. It has a nice T/A bottom formed and with the fuel crunch now in effect post Katrina/Rita it could get a nice bounce.

Hey Quick could you add ARGY.ob to the list. This OTC has found a nice bottom at its current price and is actually long overdue some good PR. I think with the overblown price of gas and the fall money making season in effect this may have some short term potential.

Understand that fuel cells are a big boy play. UTX is a huge company and could squash any other company that grabs to much market share.

I would agree with the statement fuel cells are not alternate energy. I understand that most major oil producers would love a switch to fuelcells due to the fact that oil is the primary method for producing hydrogen (think how great it would be for big oil to only need to distrubute oil based fuel to a few locations that produce hydrogen). Now, if the hydrogen could be extracted from water or what ever with a chemical process it would be a great step forward. If you look at a company sym (ARGY.OB) they are working on a chemical hydrogen production process but wity mixed results. I hope this field takes off but until a more viable production method is found to make hydrogen this market sector will be big oil in sheeps clothing!

I was turned on to this little gem by a few friends. This stock has been circulating around among my speculative investor friends so, I decided to take a dip today. I hope the water is not to cold.

Got to do it in a cyclic style!!!

IMO $1 is a stretch mainly because this stock has some extreme resistance for it to climb far past its 52 week high. I myself have been in and out of this stock twice in about 4 weeks and with my small knowledge base of investing lore have come to the conclusion that I am not alone.

As has been argued here by many that this stock is a far cry from an investment grade equity. Having said that, it does have the ability (at least in recent months) to move up and down within a $.20 range. This, I am sorry, is good enough for me. If I hit the high and the low well enough (been as close as one cent so far) it puts some very nice cash (highly taxable but any tax on money I didn’t have yesterday is fine by me) in my account. Again I am sure this is well apparent to the better financed and active traders. Hence I feel that the cycle will continue to repeat while its 52 week high climbs slowly as new business and PR brings in some new money.

I was brought here myself because of news and word of mouth maybe even I contributed to the $.625 52 week high in some way. I felt originally that the opportunity was there for some serious growth but as I am seeing more and more that it seems to be a little more pump and dump and some odd 100, 200, 300, share trades moving the price around than PPS sustainable growth. Still the prospects for real profit in the recovering consumer market could remedy this and be beneficial. So there is IMO hope for a pop and maybe some higher cycle ranges but $1 seems a bit to optimistic.

With the overall recovery in the market a little good news could go along way. Hopefully I don’t sell out and miss a good run up. With that said trading and investing really is just a vehicle to increase capital so if ups and down pass by without any realized gains why be worried about day to day or quarter to quarter price changes. I believe for most investors (not traders) to make any solid gains it will take years of sustained buying and cost share averaging in stable investment grade stocks where either a dividend or sustainable growth is available. THIS IS NOT ONE!! I am sure you are fully aware of that and just being optimistic but IMHO if you are betting the farm on this company BEWARE!! at least for the foreseeable future.

I found EDIG through a tip I heard from a co-worker here in Iraq who also works in the civilian airlines. He became interested due to the information he heard about the Alaska Airlines digital player deal. He speaks of this type of portable player possibly becoming main stream. His SPECULATION statement is due to the maintenance issues of the usual onboard entertainment systems as well as the weight savings(less wires and electronic equipment) plus the ability to fix broken equipment off aircraft as apposed to eating up down time to fix and troubleshoot. I haven’t had an abundance time to do much research on this for myself but IMHO and having an aviation background it sounds plausible. Well after lurking around the discussion boards and following up on some info I found I decided to take a substantial stake in this company so here I am. The new deals on the other forefronts will hopefully pan out as well.
Well thanks for your support of the soldiers and sailors here as well as myself. Be sure to understand that the news has an innate ability to make things seem worse then they really are so take what you see and hear with a grain of salt. It is not a country club here but most everyone will get home safe and sound when there time is done. Mine is up in less than a month which has made the last year nothing but a blur.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all. And one thing I would love to see under my Christmas tree here in Iraq is SOME PR PLEASE!!!

fear not Mgirl I am in Iraq as I write this. The situation here is not the greatest but the press is painting a far worse picture than is the truth. I must admit I am not a Marine and do not patrol houses and what not but I fly on a Chinook helicopter and see a lot of the area the 82nd patrols. Hopefully things will get even better before your son arrives in country but his training and leadership will get him through safely. Surely I will pray for him as well as for all my fellow soldiers here.

I hope this means they sold out not the shipper/builder screwed up!!! The page that I get here says OUT OF STOCK!!!!

NEW To this stock and this board as well. I have been doing extensive research since getting an EDIG tip about a week ago. I am happy to find much info commented on here (the good and the bad)is well documented in REAL documents and releases but would like a little input about this developement if possible. Finally, an update from American Technology Corp. (ATCO:Nasdaq - commentary - research), the developer of laser-pinpointed audio systems that's been on our radar screen of late.
As we reported in late September, the company's newest CEO left the company less than eight months after he arrived to get the company out of its research and development stage into the stage that involves actually selling things and making money.
Now we learn that ATC's top financial executive, Chief Accounting Officer Renee Warden, is resigning to work full time at e.Digital (EDIG:OTC BB - commentary - research), a company located in the same building as ATC and founded by ATC Chairman Woody Norris.
Should we be worried?
No, says an ATC spokesman. "The company is really focusing, after years of research and development, on manufacturing and production of our audio technologies," he says. "That's the focus that needs to be applied, and that's what's happening here."

So with the old CEO and the chief accounting officer out the door -- not literally, we guess, in Warden's case -- who'll be signing the financial statements for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30?

Maybe interim Chief Accounting Officer Carl Gruenler, the company's vice president of military sales, says the spokesman. Or maybe Norris.

As ATC focuses on manufacturing and production, we'll let you know if the company ever actually makes money. That's the focus that needs to be applied, and that's what's happening here.
