My Opinion
Management should rewrite the deal with makari and joint venture the properties out. I believe GPXM had the claims originally on Vanderbuilt silver etc and they let the claims go. then former insiders grabbed the claims and joint ventured them out to us(I believe). The agreement ends sometime in 2018. We cannot just let this deal go something needs to be worked out. Come on Patrick lets see your deal making abilities. Why are we sitting around doing nothing???

My questions would be
1. Did the loan agreement state we could pay in common shares? If so why didn't we?
2. Was this loan taken out in a clever plan to default? Believe it or not I've seen this.
3. Did our mgt have personal connections to the creditors?
4. Did they draw big salaries while they knew they were going to default?
5. Have we been strung along here to exceed the statue of limitations?
* In my opinion shareholders here took it up the(you know what)Bigtime!! Again just my opinion from a smell test. And if so we don't have an sec who will do anything about it. Everyone gets immunity with them these days. Again just opinion!!!

Do I have this straight?
RMTD has the technology and takes a loan of 8 million or so. It looks like they could repay it with shares but elects not to and the assets foreclosed and Telogis buys it from the bankrupsy court. Then management goes to work for Telogis and they sell to Verizons for almost 600 million, they all get rich and RMTD shareholders get nothing. Is this the story? Have we been being strung along to get thru the 7 year statue of limitations to sue?

P.s I had shares in a goldmine that just started production,took a loan, never made a payment, blew the cash on some polluted site and we lost the mine to the lender 4 mo.s later. So if the above happened like that I wouldn't be surprised.

What looks strange is
Someone posted the loan agreement with RMTD lender a while ago and although I did not read it in full. I believe it said we could make our payments in common shares at our option. I could be wrong but if not why did we not take this option?

According to the website. Maybe where its nonreporting now they don't need him I don't know. But that reduces dilution for pay.
I'm hoping Highsmith does a deal with one or all of the properties. Scorpio lowered their guidance and pr'd uneconomical drill results recently. Maybe they need the ore from the surrounding claims we hold. Like holding a lottery ticket. Either you win or lose it all. Just my opinion.

Does anyone know?? Was it a convertible loan or some kind of death spiral financing? Did we make payments? Was the whole thing a set up? Any details from old holders? Once T closes with Verizons it may be too late. What are the exact details of the asset transfer???

What I believe we need to do is lien the sale somehow. Can any shareholders give me the info on the lenders that foreclosed and any mgt that went to Telogis?? There are rats here in my opinion.
