It can be $1 a month and it would still be a barrier. People want FREE access to deals online. They may get a few people to pay, but I doubt they will stay once they see that there are no exclusive deals.
That $100 gift card is nothing more than the same thing Restaurant.com gives you for cheaper. I cover that whole gimmick in past posts as well.
correct
Read my past posts about this company's model and my opinion on it. I can only write it so many times.
Just some websites that offer this same deal. You see, they all pull the same deal from an affiliate site like Commission Junction. Anybody with a deal site can offer the same things. No sales team needed, but small commissions and no exclusive deals.

You appear to have a great understanding about this as a few others do. It's refreshing.
Hate the skins though.
If he thought that then I would really question his "marketing" degree. I actually question it anyway. Penny stock investors and coupon clippers are not the same demographic. Penny stock investors are mostly male and bargain hunters are mostly female. That's why he is talking about mommy bloggers. How many men do you think read mommy blogs? And how many women do you think subscribe to awesome penny stocks et all?
And I meant organic traffic, not generic traffic.
He could have hired a decent SEO company for a couple thousand dollars a since March and he could have some generic traffic coming by now. Instead it looks like he spent tens of thousands on penny newsletters in March and then again in July.
Smells fishy to me....
"trying" and "if" are the key words. I see no evidence that he is actually trying in the simple fact that he is not even doing basic online marketing such as SEO and Google adwords. Don't expect mommy bloggers to launch this site.
So, he will offer shares of a company with no customers to a big company with customers. By "big" I presume that company would have actual customers. The only thing they will acquire with shares is other websites like Nsav that also have no traffic.
Whomever has the eyeballs and customer database has the upper hand in this world.
No traffic no database no proprietary software, nothing much of value.
You better sell quick then preacher!!
I might finally agree with you on something.
Thanks for clarifying. I don't own this stock at all.
IMO those charts don't mean squat in pennies. They can get dumped in a second. It's happened to me on numerous occasions on other stocks. Watch for the massive volume spike and share drop in the next couple of weeks IF no PR comes out.
Or wait til it hits .02 or .03 and load up a ton. Without another pump in the next few weeks, it will head there in my opinion.
Oh boy...
Ponder this....have you ever heard of any dot com going public BEFORE they have a proven model? I may very well be wrong, but I don't know of one dot com that went public on an idea or a website with no real customers/visitors. Just something to think about....
I think he WILL get rich. He may already be from back in march and july. The website doesn't have to make a dime for him to get rich on the stock. Age means nothing. Just ask the founders of facebook, google, groupon, twitter, scvngr, et al. In fact he's age hurts him. He's a dinosaur in this online world.
it will indeed
Then that means this website has had virtually no "real" visitors ever, at least up until the end of July. It will be interesting to see the august numbers that may come out at soon as this Thursday.
There is no magic easy button to press that releases traffic overnight. Building true traffic takes time and MONEY. You HAVE to have SEO at the very least. ANYBODY, even a CEO, that claims otherwise, is ignorant. And SEO takes months to implement. It's a gradual process. He better get started on that if he didn't already. Good SEO will run thousands a month in the US. Maybe 500-1000 overseas depending on the amount of keywords you want to optimize. A site like this will have to have tons of keywords to compete with the thousands of other savings or deals sites.
welcome. you may not be able to see the sept numbers on compete.com until after September is over. If he "releases the hounds" Sept 1st, everyone will know for sure in early Oct.
That seems about right. From what I can deduct, both sides need/want this to happen. I doubt CEYY wants to actually open clinics and staff up. Plus, the FSP program is much more than an implant.....it's a program that includes year long counseling by professionals after the procedure. That program is intellectual property owned by the private side.
If you read the filings enough, it's in there and all begins to make more sense.
But, darn it's taking long....
Exactly. I've been in this thing since December and the process has been long and frustrating but I understand the process. I've ridden this thing from .50s down to .02 in december only to watch rocket to .49 and then back down again to .03 yesterday. Enough to drive anyone insane. A lot of people here have been in this since April and are freaking but with good reason. Silence is scary.
I'm in this for the long haul because I've seen the results of what they do. It's an amazing program.
Now they just need to get the freakin merger done! Or it all means nothing to investors.
Welcome to the board guys. Glad to have two new diligent people around that seem to understand things.
"People lined up to pay membership fees"? Don't count on it, but here's something you may want to watch to tell you how many people are going to the site.

You can see that the web traffic spiked back in March and then again in July. I was not following this stock back in March so I don't know what they did then. If there was a big stock promo back in March, that's why there is a spike. These would likely be visits from possible investors, not shoppers.
Now, I do know that this stock was pumped in the end of July because that's when I started watching it after getting an email from Awesome Penny Stocks. That would be the reason for the July spike in traffic.
If I were an investor in this, I'd keep my eye on the August traffic to see how it trends. I'd be willing to bet the farm that any and just about all traffic in July and August is from investors/potential investors only. Not consumers.......and that would be worrisome to me if I owned the stock.
My opinion to you all....AGAIN...play the stock, not the business.
This goes to show you how easy it is to succeed in the daily deal business. Sarcasm of course....

but this site is...
Better do better than that. All of those sites are FREE and they are socializing sites. Not deals sites. Oh and they were built by top programmers. Not pieced together by a middle school kid.
I would care a whole lot about what happened 10 years ago. It's called a track record. Seems david tried this same affiliate concept a decade ago under a different name. This is version 2.0. Will probably have same result. Wonder how much he cashed in on that deal.
It's not that big of a deal to be a CEO, especially when it's a 2 main company. So, I wouldn't feel that great about communicating with one.
I think you'd be better served looking at this as a flip and nothing else, David
Hey Russ49 or should I call you "David"?
How, pray tell, are they riding a wave of huge media exposure?
First comparisons to Groupon, now Google and Facebook? Come on witty...
Pennysaver9, you are correct. You appear to be a fellow media sales veteran.
Here are the 2 scenarios.
1) David ACTUALLY believes this model will work, but he simply doesn't understand this particular space well since he isn't doing basic online marketing things as it seems. In this case he's a dreamer and his heart is in the right place.
2) He's building this illusion that this is the next big thing so that he can drive the stock up on speculation and PR knowing darn well it will not work in the long term. In this case, he is a stock promoter and can care less about you all.
Now....believe it or not, you all better hope it's #2 because that's more than likely the only chance you will have at recouping loses or maybe even make money.
Play the stock not the pie in the sky business model
No offense, but you don't seem to know a lot about marketing. Websites that advertise on TV just off the top of my head in a few seconds....
Legalzoom.com
GoDaddy.com
Etrade.com
Livingsocial.com
Groupon.com
AshleyMadison.com
eHarmony.com
TDAmeritrade.com
Now, I don't think NSAV should be doing TV at this point or ever for that matter, but they darn well better be doing basic online marketing such as buying keywords and paying for a good SEO company.
Unless David has a method that will out do Google and Facebook, etc, he's nuts.
And you HAVE to buy keywords at the very least and hire an SEO company. Having a dot com business without SEO would be the dumbest thing I've ever seen. If they are not doing the very basics of online marketing, I would run for the hills as soon as this thing is pumped. Hopefully you long termers can get out at a price near where you got it or higher depending on how much is spent on the pump.
He too, is delusional about spending zero on marketing using mommy bloggers and generating millions of visitors. It's not that simple. It takes time and effort to build relationships with these bloggers. You can't just send them an email and expect them to just promote your product or service. They get inundated with tons of requests for people to shlep their products.
And "traditional advertising doesn't work"......that's just nonsense. Ha.
He better have a rabbit in his hat and surprise everyone with something revolutionary.
Who knows when it will happen. I know, as well as you obviously, that there is a real clinic, doing real procedures, changing the lives of real people.
Anyone that doubts that can hop on a flight to Southern California and see for themselves.
it better be at the top. That's their freaking name. You don't need SEO for that to happen. Means nothing
