Hmmm- someone forgot to tell FINRA- KA BOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!
About what we were expecting- curious to see what transpired since then with holiday sales/ glasses etc..
LOL- I will take that:)))
Think the shorters are getting nervous and unloading ahead of the merger when they have to show their hand? Would like to get me some of those 1's to add to my stash.

Good job Funky:)) If these guys can resolve their differences then the company can grow. Proxy fights happen because there is value seen in the company. Just the tv stations themselves should have us over .25
Valcom will have it's day in the sun!!!!

Thanks for the info King Zulu- there is a lot of confusion out there on terminology. Mods this post should be stickied.
Briggs just replied to my inquiry re name/cusip change. Took him about 3 minutes to respond.
Can you please tell me what the status of the name/cusip change for EXTO Corporation is?
"The CUSIP and Ticker symbol change is in process. The name change has been done already with Nevada SOS."
Still no time frame given but I think we are in the homestretch. Would be nice to go into the weekend with a KABOOM:)))
Have a good night everyone!!

CGFIA is doing the best they can with limited funds. Each delay for the permit means more money and effort has to be put forth to keep the process moving. The only funds they can get until the Mill opens is selling shares. Everyone sees 500 mil shares transacted and gets worried but put in $$ terms at these levels that is only roughly $100,000. That is about what it has cost them to file that permit with the state 3 times.
Keep our eyes on the prize ladies and gentlemen- I still want to have that snowmobile party next winter:)))
jmo
Ill have a round MT, next one's on me:))
Looking a lot better than a year ago!!!! GO ILNS!!!!!
I was under the impression that meeting on the 15th was for finalizing the permit submission, making sure they had not left anything out. My interpretation only though and I could be wrong:))
JMO
As always Wildcat we appreciate your insight:))
Thanks Pro-
The last line is the one we are concerned with:
The MOU sets February 29, 2012 as the date by which the transaction shall be completed
If I am not mistaken the merger was due at the end of Feb. Anybody have that link for the letter of understanding?
It sure adds to value of SIOR as far as I can tell:)) REvenues staying in-house= higher pps.
JMO
I would think that once they have mill approval and the C&D is lifted, they ought to be able to go get some conventional financing to run ongoing operations. The company could buy back a good chunk of stock and still finance new equipment with the amount of revenue they should make. I remember reading some projections on revenue- anyone have a link?
Everything hinges on the mill approval.
JMO
Even today's volume was only $120,000 if everything was done at .0002 I wonder what percentage was actually CGFIA selling?
If its done for genuine company expenses I do not have a problem with that. Volume before price is that not the general rule in pennyland?
JMO
I generally do ignore stuff like that- but I hate false info getting put out about a company. We want people to have the real info:))
JMO
Thanks Optimiss- that helps us a lot.
That works for me- I need to add more but need time to dig under my couch cushions for more change:))
Not sure about which ones, but as we get closer to May 1 I expect volume to pick up significantly if no one objects to the plans. There will be hundreds of people going over those documents and realising what a gem CGFIA is and wanting a piece of the pie.
JMO
Thats all the $$ I had avialable this morning:(( Normally I buy in 500K chunks. Vanguard only charges $7 per trade so that doe not hurt so bad. When this thing finally tkes off it wont matter anyway.
Trying to do my part- got 250 K more this morning. Lets get this thing moving. Come on DOC resecitate the patient!!!
567- did we even make it to the comment period on prior submissions? I personally feel we are in good shape.
Have a great day!!
JMO
When the plans were submitted the past 2 times, did they even make it to this phase where the various entities such as the Corp of Engineers has to sign off? Was not on board back then. Do any longs Know? If the submissions never made it to the comment period I would think we are in good shape to move forward.

Pfizer could be working for ILNS as a partner. If so that could mean big things in store for shareholders. I work in the industry and see it done all the time. ILNS would not be mentioned anywhere except in confidential documents that we will never see.
When it really gets fun is when you have to make 2 partners competing products in the same facility and they are going through the plant to see their product Drug A, unaware that drug B is being made in front of their eyes.

Mill + Gold - Work = PLAY The new math:)))
KING ZULU- That 4 letter word may be history by the end of the year for many of us if we get that permit approved- Then a new word enters our vocabulary PLAY:)))))

Iron ore- very good. Others just so so right now. They are trying to open up leases in Northern MN but are revisiting rules put in place 120 years ago that benefited miners not landowners. They want to make everything more equitable for all. Just to get a new ore processing facility permitted can take over 3 years right now- money and jobs qoing to waste. I have seen drill cores with gold in them that were in a MN DNR warehouse. Funny thing is they were not looking for Gold at the time they were drilled, but rather copper, nickel and other minerals, so they never pursued it more. If MN ever figures out their permitting process, we could have a little boomlet here.
Here's hoping Ken gets our little KAT to go KABOOM:)))
GLTA
I liked that part too when he told me- common sense but people do get crazy when they start seeing $$$ signs in front of their eyes.
I guess thats why some of us have spouses to keep us grounded- doghouses get awfully cold in the winter here in MN haha...
Its probably coming online in phases overnight. Hopefully we get a PR tomorrow or Friday to let us know what the heck is going on behind the curtain.
JMO
I suspect those shares have already been absorbed back into the market. Now we just need Vince and Co to update us on the status of the business post control battle. Here's hoping to good news soon:))
JMO
Exactly Miles- this was more about the website than the debt etc..
Without the website SEEK is nothing, but it seems that SG has created the start of something big. As I said before I will call him and report back on what I find out. Others can do the same and we can compare notes:)) He may release a PR soon to address the other issues and he did allude to that in the conference call.
Enjoy your evening everyone.

40s here in Minnesota- used my snow blower once this year just to clean the carburetor out. My folks have more snow in Dove Creek Colorado than we do here. Maybe next fall we go for a snowmobile trek through/around Silverton to celebrate our good fortunes- who's game?
He did not mention debt that I heard- anybody else notice if he did?
I agree it would be interesting to see how he deals with debt holders going forward.
SG sounded excited about where this thing is going. The only thing I would have asked him during a live call is when the money starts flowing, will he use a chunk of it to buy down shares and avoid a r/s? Only my opinion but I believe he will. I will call him tomorrow and see if I can find out that part of the plans. Getting excited for the future of SEEK!!!!!
JMO
If the revenues start to flow like SG said in his conference call today SEEK will go on a nice run in the next few months. All is dependent on the new website. Revenues as he predicted would allow a share buyback as well as pay back creditors. JMO
Thanks for the explanation wharphrat.
You gotta quit breathing those fumes dude:)))
What does this mean for us? Any ideas guys and gals???
