I wondered if you had heard it through the rumor mill grapevine. That's why it wasn't my intention to call you out on your older post.
I was watching to see if EGOC was going to draw interest after the court update today. It didn't today, but might tomorrow after it settles in overnight. Will be watching tomorrow as well!
Have a good night!
Oh ok!!
After looking at the twitter acct for “KNC Inv” created in Feb 2020 with zero tweets (I’m guessing tweets possibly deleted...seems like I read someone on the iHub board referenced tweets by them?).
After looking at the GCHK iHub board and seeing that the board lit up about the same time.
No NV court filings by KNC Investments or KNC LLC or anyone, for that matter.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say, I think someone or group faked up a rumor to create a run.
I’m also not sure where you heard that Lazar was or seemed interested in GCHK, as you stated in your post# 6467 on 3/3/2020 on the GCHK iHub board. I have only seen Lazar file a motion for custodianship over one ticker that already had a custodian appointed that seemed dormant again. He backed off of it once the other custodian responded to the motion.
I’m not trying to call you out, but I’ve been trading Lazar custodian plays for about 2 years and I have never heard of him giving out any information on tickers of future interest, nor tickers currently in the works to any investor. Everyone I have read on boards that has tried to get in contact with him through his email have all said he never responded to their emails.
For custodian plays, I pretty much only focus on Lazar plays. They are the most predictable from start to finish verses any of the others.
I have played a few, but they have never followed through start to finish. They are some of the newer ones trying to do the custodian thing, but I think with bad intentions or they don’t have the knowledge, contacts or the skills to sell the shells.
Lazar plays, usually offer more opportunities to see run ups between initial filing with the court and the merger. Many of the other popular seasoned custodians only offer run ups at initial court filings, SoS updates and the merger, as they usually don’t bring the shell current with OTCMkts before the merger.
While I will not say, Lazar wouldn’t have an interest in GCHK, as I have no way of knowing. I would say any dormant ticker with a potentially clean shell and a decent share structure is a potential candidate.
I don’t know David Lazar, nor have I ever talked to him in any form of communication. I’m just a trader with an opinion and a perspective based on my trading and tracking Lazar custodian plays!
glty
Is this a Lazar play or a custodian play by another person? I did a search for Greenchek Technology Inc (and other variances of the name...abbreviations, commas, etc., as sometimes it’s search is picky) on the NV courts website. I don’t see anything on this ticker.
He is doing well. His finger is healing very good. Thank you for asking!
I think it’s just impatient peeps. I think between the claims of claims (debt) process and COVID19 has money tied up longer than some peeps planned and someone saw an opportunity to jump out to free up some funds.
I think we’ll head up once filings start hitting OTCMkts to go current.
No. I don’t see anything court-wise pending for LGBI.
They posted the 2019 Annl and 2020 1st qtr to OTCMkts on 6/1/2020. I was surprised they didn’t post Annls for 2015-2018. However, there was another one they didn’t file past reports and OTCMkts continued with the current process. It took several days for OTCMkts to update LGBI to limited, but returned it back to no info last week. So we are either still waiting on the attorney letter or waiting for the other past filings and atty ltr to proceed. Unless, they have encountered other unresolved issues.
Im not sure what the hold up is at this point. It could be COVID19 caused delays as well??
$QUTR...7/6/2020, Motion To Resolve Asserted Claims And Bar Unasserted Claims GRANTED!!
This is a link to the Supplement (explanation) to the motion and proposed order (last two pages) for the judge to sign if granted, submitted to the court on 7/2/2020. We should see the proposed order signed by the judge soon, as he granted the motion today.

To vacate, means to cancel. The hearing was cancelled or vacated (in legal terms). Most times it is a good thing when dealing with the Lazar custodian plays, as it is common for his attorney to get the judge to grant custodianship over the bench prior to the court date as long as the 30 day requirement with no oppositions has been met.
Unfortunately, in this case, the 30 day requirement hasn’t been met yet, which signaled to get out today. They just updated the court ledger a bit ago stating it was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice. This most likely means, Lazar uncovered issues with the ticker he didn’t want to deal with.
I was in this before when Miller tried to highjack the ticker a few years ago. Lazar was attempting to do it the legal way, but as I stated above, most likely found something bad he didn’t want to deal with or was advised to back off if it is tied to an ongoing SEC investigation.
The link to my spreadsheet on my google shared drive is https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fRBWcagaBJm0tNCa6ZC_toCmHI7r65Hm/view. My spreadsheet only focuses on David Lazar (Custodian Ventures LLC) tickers.
Knowledge is power!
Since I have added the new columns related to the Proof of Claims, it has become a work in progress for the moment. I hope to get that data added this weekend. During the summer I'm busy with "honey do" projects and maintenance upkeep on 3 properties, so I have less time to dedicate to the spreadsheet, but try to catch up in the evenings or on the weekends.
They were able to save my son's finger. He lost a fight with a lawn mower. He still has a long recovery road ahead of him, but will have stories to tell!
We are currently waiting for the Require Proof of Claims process to complete it's course.
The original Required Proof of Claims hearing date of 5/13/2020 was postponed (continued) to 6/10/2020. On 6/10/2020, the motion to Require Proof of Claims was GRANTED. They now must post public notices for 30 days. Anyone having claims of debts, must notify and provide proof of claimed debts to the court within 30 days from the Notice of Entry of Order date, which was posted on 6/16/2020, making 7/16/2020 the deadline.
At the end of the 30 day wait period, the custodian will provide an Affidavit of Publication to the court, showing proof of compliance with the public notice requirement. The custodian will also request a hearing to either settle/negotiate or to disallow a claim submitted to the court and/or request the court to bar all unasserted claims. Then we will proceed with other updates to go current.
He recently added this process to his custodian plays. I'm guessing (JMO) a creditor popped up on one of the tickers he was awarded custodian of. This eliminates that issue and/or gives him an out if there is too much debt claimed and the court doesn't dismiss the debt in his favor, he can request withdrawal of the custodianship, curt his losses and move to the next one.
I have added these steps to my shared tracking spreadsheet and am in the process of updating the data. I had a family emergency last week that delayed my data update plans. I plan to work on it thru the weekend.
Thank you! I didn't catch that part...These Form 4's put me into a panic when I saw shares were being disposed verses acquired.
I apologize...Everyone please disregard my panic attack!
Shares won't be cancelled unless it is determined they are to be cancelled as part of the bankruptcy settlement package and will take place in the final bankruptcy court order. At which time, it would be submitted to FINRA and SEC for disposition.
I wouldn't exactly say they sold off for "some wins" seeing the pps is far lower than the shares were acquired pre-bankruptcy at higher pps! Comparing number of shares held by a co-owner to a company officer (non co-owner) is to compare apples to oranges!!
They aren't acquiring (buying) shares right now, they are disposing (selling off) shares. The last previous Form 4's filed were in April and March. So they didn't buy shares when the post bankruptcy pps dropped below current pps levels and are now selling those shares. They know something is about to happen, or they have been released from the company as part of the reorg and are cashing in their shares upon exit. I guess we shall find out soon!
In this case, the Form 4 was used to show insider trading...Company board officer's Sold shares and the Form 4 documents the sell of shares to publicly notify traders. It is also used for shares acquired by insider traders and for any trader acquiring 10 or more percent of the O/S, as well.

I haven’t seen anything yet. That was one buy, a $1,800 buy. Someone wanted to make sure they had shares.

New FONU tweet...

He isn’t buying anything. He takes a stake in a ticker by becoming a shareholder. Under NV law, as a shareholder, he petitions the court to be awarded custodian of the shell of dormant companies. He looks for shells with minimal debt and cleans them up. He usually issues himself preferred shares and sells the shell to private companies wanting to go public. Some shells he already has a buyer lined up by the time he gets the ticker current with OTC Markets.
Check out my spreadsheet on my shared google drive (link down below in my signature area) for an idea of timelines. Compare my spreadsheet with charts starting prior to the court petition filing date to get an idea of how the tickers react to each step (NOTE: Not all tickers react the same way, it depends on pps, SS, and volume interests). I have not added today’s newest tickers to the spreadsheet yet.
Something else he seems to have started doing with his last batch of tickers, he has started filing with the court to allow any claims to debts be submitted within 30 days. Once approved, he posts public notices for 30 days. Once the 30 days is up, he will try to negotiate a reduction of claimed debt with the creditor and if no claims are provided, they can no longer claim debt against the shell after the court order. I have not incorporated those steps into my spreadsheet yet. I was waiting to see if it was going to become the norm, or if he just did it on a select few.
I try to keep my spreadsheet updated daily, but have been busy last couple of weeks, so have been getting updated at minimum a couple times a week. It isn’t intended to be an “alert”, but more of a tracking for historical data to try to gage timing of events and comparing to charts to look for chart reaction patterns. When I’m not busy, I do post updates on iHub and twitter when events hit my scanners.
I’m surprised he went for this as well. Must be a diamond wrapped in that coal.
Yes, but the other ticker didn’t have a +8B O/S either.
Hey Mike...Sorry for delay getting back to you...Nothing happened for PFMS. I'm thinking the run up on CRGE created a surge in several other Lazar tickers today. NXPC saw a 112% gain today. On Tuesday, the day after LGBI posted some filings on OTCMkts, it ran and so did a few other Lazar tickers as well. When one is running, it always seems to cause a few others to pop. My guess is, peeps are taking profit from out of the one running and they are loading those profits into other tickers that are waiting for their time to run. That is what I do, I pulled some profit out of LGBI during the run and bought more PFWIQ and QUTR.
Yeppers! I usually do a starter position off the ask, just in case it runs from there and bid sit for my core position.
That is my thinking as well. Maybe hold a small position in this neighborhood out of FOMO, but watch for opportunities to add if it settles in pps as some peeps get impatient with waiting.
That same statement may have resulted in the other ticker running up to $1 range on speculation, but it doesn’t mean this will have the same effect, just based on a statement, to me (I could be wrong), sounds like they are still hunting for an opportunity.
That’s fine.
