Some REAL perspective from the news today on earnings, etc.

SNAP just posted it's FIRST QUARTERLY profit EVER! Looking at the projections for 2022 they estimate SNAP will LOSE $.31 per share. Their P/E Ratio -80.16 and a NET LOSS of $508 MILLION. How do you think their EARLY shareholders feel? Look at those charts!

Has not had a quarterly profit AS OF YET. Only a $5 Million loss and the estimated loss per share WITH THE OLD FINANCIAL NUMBERS AND THE CURRENT OS of 1.6 Billion is ONLY $.0031 per share. I am confident that this will be MORE FAVORABLE with the updated Financials for the year when they come out. Is that not ironic... (.31 loss compared to .0031).

How did SNAP pay for their losses for ALL THESES YEARS? Yep, Dilution!

In my opinion it does not really matter how much dilution a company has to do. It only matters if it is going to a good use that will eventually pay for itself in profits in the future.

Can you imagine 20 gyms operating... at least 2 venues going on in different cities on the same weekend... maybe 3 or 4? Can you imagine how high sponsorship and ad revenues can be?

Just thought I would throw out a little perspective for you all to chew on over the weekend.

I do not remember what Form D it was, BUT just a few ones ago was a HUGE amount. That is when I was asking for the details of these 'Conversions Notes'. A step in the right direction though was that they 'paid off' the last one that did not go to dilution. I am interested in how they are planning to handle the rest. I am still WAY POSITIVE for the long term. Patience! It might be a little while. Another question to be answered is: what are they going to do if/when they get to the Authorized Share limit. RS or raise the AS? I am voting for a raise in the AS.

Current Top Line Revenues that are projected times the 15x S&P 'average' would make this a $.035 stock. We could have quite a run on this Share Price in the next year.

You all notice that there is almost 100 posts on this board for a stock that just passed 1 Mil. shares traded which is less than $2,400 for the day.

There is 1.9 Mil on the ASK @ .0024 with ONLY 10K on the BID of .0022.

You keep hearing the 'cheerleaders' talk about how good this is and NOW is the time to buy, BUT they ARE NOT buying.

Talk is so cheap! If they really believed it, they would be taking that 1.9 Mil on the ASK.... HIT THE ASK they say!

There has been several important questions that I have asked that no one seems to have the answers to... BUT NOW is the time to BUY (they say).

They will give you outlandish company valuations such as 'EASILY $140 Mil.', but do not say how they came up with this.

When others post, they come on like gang busters to have posts like this one knocked down the ladder so others will not read them.

BUYERS BEWARE and do your own DD.

You should skim through my post that has some questions that NEED to be answered before you sink anything, or any more into this stock.

Do not get me wrong... the company and business is a good one IMO, BUT timing is everything.

1.4 BILLION shares times .10 is $140,000,000. That is not even taking into account the hundreds of millions of shares that are going to be needed to be sold in the not to distant future.
