Sometimes I have a hard time with English since it is my first and only language I speak... BUT...

'On another note, the Company WILL NOT initiate a reverse split in the foreseeable future which has been a concern of many shareholders.'

'Foreseeable':

adjective
being such as may reasonable be anticipated.
able to be foreseen or anticipated
capable of being anticipated

Then we have ALL CAPS on the 'WILL NOT'.

You must really have to twist this all around to come up with your thinking. I am just amazed at how much hate can be spread!
