"Question. Has TMMI generated any revenue since coming out of bankruptcy, or have they always just been a company in development?"
Fair question, I'd have to say mostly development with one major caveat, TMMI has had to engage and defend its legal ownership of proprietary technology rights for most of the last 2 decades. Somewhat of a financial strain of resources wouldn't you agree?

Now you've got me curious. Why refer to these dated security notes, is there some significance to these events I'm missing?
Yes we used to have 5-10 million share days during the millennium run up when the issued and outstanding was about 1/4 of what it is today which has always been a head-scratcher for me. That and all the manipulation that has taken place over the years has led me to believe there is a real fear of TMMI gaining traction.
This is the only chart I could find dating back to the millennium. If you look carefully you will see the crazy volume TMMI was doing on a regular basis. Looks like we're due for another heartbeat. lol

I believe once we start getting those types of volume trading days, lookout above!!
Good stuff greekster, I didn't know you had that in you.
;0)
A big thanks for your input. It great to have your TA expertise to help us better understand what to expect trading wise.
Yes these are split-up trades with the goal of masking the trading activity to prevent buy signals that are indicated by block buys.
You know, I've often wondered how the need for an algorithm to trade TMMI became necessary.
It's an algorithmic printing of trades. The intent is to mask the trading activity. Basically, a hundred thousand share trade. Another interesting aspect to TMMI's daily trading.
Just shy of 1.4 Million shares traded for a 17% gain on the day and a chart like that... I'd say not a bad day at all. ;)
Here is the funny thing about all of this. With all of the noise over the last couple of decades and the subliminal accumulation that has gone on for so many years and for whatever compelling reasons for it, in spite of all of the malicious activity against this company, here we are...
What lies ahead is what has enthralled some of us for so many years of following this tiny little software company that just maybe can? With everything we are witnessing with our markets these days, maybe, just maybe, a wrong gets righted in all of this.
I know, I know, it's somewhat cryptic but hey, I'm liking what I'm seeing.
Enough for a 20% move. ;)
Looking good LongCA, she's as dry as a gunpowder keg. ;)
BINGO!!!
Methinks someone is looking to buy back in at a penny. Could it be that this is the time TMMI doesn't look back?
I'm not worried. ;o)
"Now what, over 500 million. Market cap of $38 million.
Wonder what they are selling?"
A dream, Mikey, a dream. That's why we're here 25 plus years.
Figured out what constitutes quorum yet?
ROTFL!!!
Never is a long time mike1991.
"Are you saying they couldn't release any products for 20 years because of lawsuits."
By golly, I think you've got it! Imagine releasing products only to have crooks interfering with potential customers by claiming ownership of proprietary technology. This did happen mike1991 and it went on for years behind the scenes.
"Everyone was excited when Cavanaugh came on board.
How did that work out?"
Yes we were all excited with new management (including me) when Cavenaugh was brought on board. Unfortunately, as with so many other previous CEOs in TMMI's history, it became a position of personal enrichment and horrible decisions.
There are many dynamics in play with TMMI and maybe you may want to consider some of the other dynamics that may make up for the bad ones. Personally, I am of the opinion that there are other strong forces that can influence an ultimate price appreciation for all of us long-term shareholders. Time will tell.
Married With Children! lol
"This trades like a microfloat, and it could be because so much is held long, shrinking what is available. Accum just keeps going up, too."
Great observation LongCA, what you have described is bang on. The accumulation of shares started in 2005 and all financings have been via non-toxic private placements. The float is minimal and that's why you see such dramatic price movements. TMMI has defied the odds of survival in this OTC cesspool of aggressive naked short-selling that often plagues these companies.
Think about it, how many OTC companies that you know of are still intact without numerous reverse splits 30 years later?
The perfect storm is brewing.
The share price appreciation is a welcome sight to behold. As most of you know, over the last several years I have been pointing out my suspicion of a massive naked short position that is caught within TMMI's share structure that I believe dates back to the millennium run up. With access to unlimited data these days there has been an awakening (Gamestop et al) and what I consider a paradigm shift in underlying fundamentals and market structure. I have literally watched every share trade for the last 20 plus years (call it an obsession) and this trading activity is definitely different. The day of reckoning may be soon upon the naked short cabal that has surreptitiously plagued TMMI's market for so many years. If I'm correct in my suspicions, the naked short position could very well be in excess of 200 million shares. One need only look at the recent daily FTD numbers to get a sense of why I have come to this conclusion.
Could this be it? Here's hoping and praying for all of us battered old shareholders.
Let TMMI be the microcap poster child for making the culprits pay a heavy price for the pain and suffering they have caused for countless unsuspecting shareholders everywhere.

ps: the daily percentage of FTDs are out of the norm.
I'm watching for Nevada updates as well. There are some key timelines in play.
;o)
Glendale was a very active MM in TMMI's stock several years ago and I see Glendale as a positive. They were major net buyers of stock and maybe they like what they are seeing and could be looking at buying back in.
That's correct Jay, he was none too impressed with you. Colossal waste of time.
One thing I can assure you, Mr. Healy would have no interest at all in engaging with you on any level. It would be a colossal waste of time.
This statement is false.
Nobody cares Jay.
I guess there is a lot to unpack in that one news release but what really matters is what TMMI comes up with at the end of the day.
"TMMI has moved forward to develop its own TRUDEF™ Video Player based on Microsoft's Universal Windows Platform ("UWP") as the video player for its future TRUDEF™ Video Streaming Service, currently in lab testing."
MAXD IS A PUMP AND DUMP SCAM THAT IS IN CHAPTER 7 / 11 AND CAN BE DELISTED AT ANY TIME!!!
DO NOT BE MISLED INTO BUYING THIS STOCK AS YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY ON THIS POS!!!
KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T OWN!!!
Jay, what you've just posted is an H264 video that was created from CGI but uses fractals.
IT IS NOT FRACTAL VIDEO COMPRESSION!!!
DO YOU UNDERSTAND???
This is just plain wrong Jay. None of what you have posted is fractally encoded.
This is just plain wrong Jay. None of what you have posted is fractally encoded.
Thank MindlessSelf, it just keeps getting better and better with HBARs.
You've found the new best thing!
The TRUDEF™ VDK3 Fractal Decoder is currently being ported to TMMI's new UWP compliant TRUDEF™ Video Player, replacing the original TRUDEF™ Fractal Video Player developed in 2012/13.

It's only a matter of time. The short position is of such a magnitude that the very act of covering will cause the price to see multiple dollars. Good timing.
As LongCA has pointed out, TMMI's chart is showing signs of a potential major move and as daGreekster has also pointed out the overall microcap market is starting to resemble the dotcom millennium market. It has been my belief that the run TMMI made back then was driven by the short positions created during the prodigy days. The short position still exists and I think it's an even larger one today.
I've been wanting to do a celebratory meetup in Vegas for years.
Seven come eleven baby!
"No ones been able to steer this ship for 30 years..."
True enough, there have been several iterations of management over the years and I have been around long enough to have witnessed them all albeit, against a backdrop of constant skullduggery, TMM has been an unweildly beast to say the least.
"It's died and come back more times then I can remember."
It sure has and much to the chagrin of an old grandfathered naked short position.
"What is the tech really worth?"
Good question. If you do a Google search for a fractal player that plays a fractally encoded video, no such animal exists. Apparently, TMMI has developed just such an animal. ;o)
"I would have to agree with Jay about the $5m. Chicken scratch really right?"
As you may have already noticed, it is painfully apparent there is very little that I agree with Jay on and this included. Oftentimes, when lawsuits are initiated the dollar value sued for is usually a conservative sum and can be increased exponentially once damages are taken into consideration. 5 million can represent a lot of money to whoever has to write the check, even for a dentist.
"if we are really talking about fractal tech that works and if it did work why hasn't some company come in and swooped this company up."
That's a stretch to expect any company to come along and "swoop" this company up when you have a crazed dentist falsely claiming ownership of code that TMMI spent tens of millions on developing. Ergo the current lawsuit.
"I can hope and continue to do that but at this point I am just hoping for a nice run up to get paid now."
Amen brother.
If it wasn't for the blowhard Cavenaugh's total mismanagement of TMMI this court case would have been over years ago. Instead, he blew through millions in his vain effort to satisfy his overblown ego and accomplished nothing. Complete loser and BSer.
Brilliant discussion.
