That picture with the tool path and the noticeable machining a is total bullshit, in my opinion.
Philly distribution news is out!
I can attest to the greatness and love the sugar free version. I was skeptical at first, and wondered if I would feel anything after drinking the Koma Unwind.
There is no doubt the relaxed feeling is very noticeable about 15 minutes after finishing a can. So I drank another one and felt like melting into the couch.
Somebody tell Olaf the TA is Not gagged anymore.
Check that one off the list.
Its hard to believe at this point, but if anyone has any doubts about this being a real company, give them a call and order some for yourself. I've even heard of them sending out free samples to shareholders.
Personally I've ordered from amazon and from Bebevco's website directly several times now with no issues.
The sugar free Koma Unwind is my favorite. It's sweetened with Splenda and does not have the aftertaste normally associated with sugar free drinks. I drink them before bed, so no need to drink anything with sugar in it.
My sleep is good, but the main thing I've noticed is its easier to wake up at 5:30 in the morning now and go to work. No hangover feeling whatsoever, actually the opposite for me.
I'm sold on the product and firmly believe if it's marketed right, we are sitting on a gold mine.
8k out today says there will be no more 8ks. Now they don't have to report the 2Q financials next week.
Hopefully the judge will boot the idiots in charge and appoint a trustee as explained in the lawsuit.
80% = $1.2 mill from this deal alone!
That drink should be named "narcolepsy".
10% ($750,000) non- refundable deposit already made to MJNA. Another 5% ($375,000) due this month. Assuming the next 5% ($375,000) is to be paid in September.
That's $1.5 mill in revenue for the 3Q with this deal alone!
ML is a great speaker, awesome interview. No fluff PR BS with this company, only likes to talk about things that are done, not what they hope to get done.
I believe we will see good 2Q numbers in the next couple of weeks, then huge 3Q and 4Q numbers from MJNA.
NorCal news out!
I have to agree with you there. Still wouldn't surprise me to see more news tomorrow.
Who cant wait until tomorrows news?
— Brian Weber (@BeBevCoTweets) August 6, 2012
BBDA NEWS TOMORROW.
@Bebevcotweets posted "who can't wait till tomorrows news?" about 30 minutes ago.
I believe this news was from January.
News coming out tomorrow.
I believe the 5000 share blocks are the MMs talking to each other. Just not sure what they are saying.
BBDA Bounce!
Weber clearly stated in the radio interview the OS is right at 2.3 Bill shares after market capitalization.
Just people flipping for a profit. A month ago this stock was at .0006. Even if you waited till the Walmart news was leaked, you still could have gotten in at .0018 and easily sold for 100% profit today. Some big gains to be had here.
Any idea what the latest share structure looks like?
Guess who owns DLR associates?
During the radio interview, the day of the Walmart news, he stated that he was not that interested in moving to the Nasdaq because he did not want the issues of the world to determine the day to day stock price of the company.
I believe it was stated that 350 pallets were shipping. My best guess is 1920 cans per pallet. This equals 672,000 cans.
It has also been stated that the original Walmart order was 1 mill cans.
Would be nice to see a PR to confirm shipment and number of cans shipped in the next day or so.
Weber clearly stated he is not interested in moving to Nasdaq. He did seem more interested in taking the company private though.
About 500,000 shares for sale at $.0285 right now on the L2.
Doesn't look like this has anything to do with TMSH.
Sorry, posted this on the wrong board.
2Q Financials out. Not much there.
I would look a little closer if I were you. Greens12 just listed a bunch of negative info, yet if you check his past posts, you will see that he is waiting for a lower pps to get in.
2q fins on the way, supposed to be 100% rev increase from 1q, not counting the $1mil licensing agreement that went straight to the bottom line, thus the reason for the high net in 1q.
If MJNA is able to sell a licensing agreement for $1mil, that means they have patented technology that people want.
My only worries are that maybe they have too many irons in too many fires with the latest PRs. Would like to see them concentrate on building a base first.
Do you have links to the lawsuit docs? I would love to read through them.
Can you elaborate? I see no trades for today and no news.
Watts,
Using the information you provided:
The density of aluminum is 2.8 grams per cm3
The density of liquidmetal is 6.1 grams per cm3
If 28 grams (1 oz.) was necessary to make the iPhone cover, and there are 2.8 grams per cm3 of aluminum, this would translate to 10 cm3 of aluminum in the cover.
10 cm3 of Liquidmetal would weigh 61 grams. With that being said, and knowing that Apple would frown on doubling the weight of anything within their product, it would be necessary to use half as much Liquidmetal as aluminum to not add significant weight to the product.
I am currently searching for the exact grade of aluminum used by Apple. I have only found references to "aircraft grade aluminum" which would lead me to believe they are using 6061. If I can determine the specific grade and temper of aluminum used by Apple, I may be able to determine the ratio of Liquidmetal to aluminum.
Disclaimer: I am no physicist, but I do have significant knowledge in metallurgy, welding, non-destructive, and destructive testing of various alloys.
I just remembered more dilution (market capitalization) took place in Q2. I've got to look into how that will affect the pps.
The end of Q1 they reported right at 1.5 billion OS. I believe Weber said in the radio interview that they are now at 2.3 billion OS and the market capitalization is complete as they believe the company will fund itself going forward.
Weber also mentioned a $4 million line of credit in the radio interview, so there may very well be some debt now. I would assume they are cranking out as much product as they can to supply the Walmart deal.
I believe Q2 should be similar or slightly better. Who knows when it will be posted. Then Q3 is gonna show the "Walmart effect" for 2 months of the quarter anyway.
CEO mentioned a share buy back possibly starting Q4, looks like he has high hopes for the Walmart business, or maybe soon we will hear about the overseas deal that is supposed to be huge as well.
Here is the 1st quarter 2012 report. No more debt, great profit margin, high overhead in my opinion.

I read the contents of the post. That's why I posted it.
More photos of the rumored iPhone 5. Interesting, dark metallic looking material on the edge of the device.

Check the BOD, you'll find a few individuals with some scientific knowledge there.
Just drank my first sugar free KOMA Unwind. Smooth, lightly carbonated grape flavor with NO weird aftertaste. 30 minutes in and I'm done for the night.
The problem here, and the reason there will be no consistent rise or fall in pps is because there are no "real" numbers yet. There is no way to put a value to the company.
Unless the CEO signs a contract with a dollar value attached to it, we wait for financials to see how well the product sells.
