APII SS from post 16022
(1 week ago from today)
sir HOF,
as an FYI, that data is irrelevant.
APII hasn't been a toy company for a long time, hence the de-listing, quiet period, new management, new vision, and as a recent as yesterday, filing for new name and symbol.
just making sure we have correct facts on the board for all the new investors as it seems BMs are up and there are a lot of new faces here.
I like how Gary keeps stating things and then they later follow through.
Good feeling to have though.
APII looking good.
Looking good today.
This year I will become more disciplined and take profits off the table in as many plays as possible.
Learned a quick lesson with OCZ the last 2 weeks, broke the uptrend and hit my stop loss.
However, I just cashed in 50% of my LSI holdings for a 6% gain in the last few weeks so I am pleased about that. Sold at 8.90 because the 2min looked like it needed some cooling and the ask seemed stacked at 8.91 after we touched 8.92.
As always, keep finding wonderful plays for me to tag along on.
:)
ps - I saw your posts on PSP* the last few days and I agree with you. I love that they were straight up posts and it's amazing how people have been molded to believe that there is always an ulterior motive. I am definitely transitioning to way more Bigs and minimal OTC/pinks this year. However, if you want to look at a pink (and I rarely, if ever, inform someone of another penny play) check out APII. It's got the tech (Core Wafer Solution) and should see a good run if APII can close the CWS acquisition before Q2 closes.
Wow. We are more similar than I thought.
Don't sleep much except Friday night.
And my brains always blazing. People sometimes I speak too fast but my mouth is just trying to keep up. Hahaha.
All seems good in APII land for now.
We got lots of time before Q2 closes so we will just have to wait and see.
APII and Gary are working on the previously stated items and each item, if achieved, will up the pps.
You never know with small floats though, could see large news and then a matching run and retrace.
Watching and waiting. May look to add more in the coming week or two.
well im not one for predictions so i will just say that right now, this is one of the more intriguing OTC plays as there are elements in play which could propel a large run.
APII reached 0.30s last fall, at that time there were LOIs with smaller companies when compared to CWS, and we were removing the stop sign.
This time, we have had the yield sign removed, just became current, going to uplist, have a new CoB (with a great resume) and CWS pending.
The charts say this will continue the uptrend with some consolidation. Some will say we have broken out, others will say we are breaking out.
I don't think it's a big deal if there is no news this week, or even next, because the company and CEO has followed through on a number of things they stated they would do and they seem to provide updates when things are happening or have just happened.
Looking forward to see where we end this week and the volume.
It would be nice to see us break above and hold the 200 ma within the next couple weeks.
Taiwan Server Leaders Select LSI SAS Solutions for New Intel(R) Xeon(R)Processor E5-2600 Product Family-Based Servers
And I was thinking a "hug" run meant the chart "hugged" the top BB.
: /
Either way, I'm not hugging the Greek til this is over 2.00. hahahahahah.
In all seriousness, this should continue it's move up on the weekly chart.
APII is definitely catching more eyes though.
Didn't get to see much on Friday but the charts improved so that's always a plus.
APII seems to have gained more credibility with the CoB announcement. I'm surprised it came so soon after the interview and someone with the history of Mr. Stafford. He's all about the NYSE it seems.
There appears to be a lot more attention being paid to APII and with the chart breaking out we should be in line for a good move. Consolidation periods between smaller updates.
I can only imagine how this would move with a really large volume day and/or week. If things go well, we may find out.

LSI looking bullish - fundamentally and technically.
So that's what happened!
I didn't even get a chance to check except for the middle of the day when I noticed my ocz value was down but my lsi was taking off.
I will def try to watch closer tmrw and Friday. May be time to pull some profits.
PM received. we cool man, just chilling with our APII shares.
listening to 'dirty work' now, and smiling.
we are walking that line and right now its a gradual slope up.
hahahaha, thank you jeff!
i just laughed out loud.
tail = credibility and integrity
but i completely agree with your earlier points regarding resistance.
the one distinct point of resistance is 0.15 so it would be good to close above that price for a 3-5 days.
we will just have to see what happens with our APII.
plano, good to see you on this board.
been here for some time and one appealing item is you can definitely see the company is trying to make moves and also, they have stated items such as stop sign removal, yield sign removal, going current, obtaining a new non-executive COB, uplisting to OTCBB and they are slowly achieving each target.
the future is green. :\
494488109 (instead of symbol) in my positions table
same amount of shares as before. broker is Questrade.
if i click 'detail' it shows "Date Position Opened" as 3/12/2012
fwiw.
for anyone who has contacted the company, what number have you had the best success? (not darren, the company directly)
Don't be a bogart now. Hahah.
Hope you make a killing man.
On a personal note, I have a feeling I'm transitioning to more big boards and less pink/OTC plays this year.
Float = moves quick on runs
I know a lot of boards say that, but they usually have a higher float.
we can all do this too.
That would be great for your cores.
Currently im away from the office for 3 days of "cloud computing" training so that's not bad. It's a good small test for my improving chart skills. Set some stop losses on the other 2 big boards I'm in (OC and LS) and looking at the charts every night. Trying to create an idea of what I think will happen, and then seeing how it goes.
The Greece news looks good for now though so tmrw could be more green than a normal Friday.
As always, keep on stacking.
Just saw the news. Going to have to check out the chart when I have some time later tonight.
Lots of red in the Market today.
hey brother282,
thanks for the info.
how did you get/do the translation?
i was able to get a hold of my friend from school and he said he will help me.
if there is something of high priority you would like translated, let me know and i'll see what he says.
Yeah, thanks for the info.
Dont see many people using 28 for RSI but, of course, whatever makes you money.
EMA Vs SMA - I see both used, although I have seen more posts on ihub with SMA lines.
and he is clearly disciplined, i have a guy at work who is similar. very disciplined with his strategies and relies on a small set of indicators for buys and sells.
discipline - must have
emotions - must lose
Keep learning, we all are.
It's a wonderful thing when your views on trading and investing evolve.
Congrats on the trade Az.
Mind sharing which indicators he uses?
It's always nice to see how another chart reader goes about their craft.
Congrats man.
The 22-24 range was prime for the pickings and I watched them disappear without pulling the trigger. Oh what it is to play in the same fire that just burned you. Hah.
Still working on becoming a stock hitman - emotionless.
bobby,
not sure what happened as i didn't get a chance to check the markets at all today.
just looked at today's APII trades
Last 5:
280 @ 0.13 - 15:32:03
300 @ 0.12 - 15:54:11
49,700 @ 0.105 - 16:00:09
55,000 @ 0.125 - 16:00:16
49,700 @ 0.105 - 16:06:03
not sure if those were T trades; just saw the trades via the iHub app.
PC,
I would guess you have been watching the L2 quite frequently, do you see who the Ax MM is here?
Also, I sent you an email the day I got your PM; it may have gone in your junk mail.
Time to see what APII does in March.
Hah. Nice.
I'm trying to find some more funds to get more APII.
Need to lock in profit other plays first.
dog,
Explain in your view how NEEL (a closed acquisition) is a 'failure to deliver'?
lol, by all means i would love for everyone (on the board) to respond just to see how the board perceives the information disseminated by APII.
it is there for everyone to see thanks to the power of the Internet.
now, if people have information which is material and non-public, that's a whole different story.
if you were to go through the APII news/PRs we have receive since the beginning of 2012, or even go back to listen to Gary (APII CEO's) interview with Stock Legends in fall of last year, you see that they were working to clear up old financials and build a holding company.
They said they would remove the stop sign, and they did.
They said they expected to come up with the financials in 7-10 days, 11 days later it came.
They say they are looking for non-executive CoB, we will see.
They say they are looking to become current, have the yield sign removed and join OTCBB, we will see.
I would be leaning towards them coming through for us shareholders on the last 2 statements, as opposed to the opposite.
your opinion may be different, but that's what these all are, opinions formulated with our brains and public knowledge.
you know what's amazing?
i can't even say that APII has put out information and we see it as negative, positive and unknown, yet others can state that its all negative.
quite something we have here.
APII is like other pinks/OTC plays in the sense that it has:
- negatives
- positives
- unknowns
- potential risks
- potential rewards
everyone on this board is looking for some reward, whether that is the downside or the upside, is up to the individual investors.
after doing research, and reading this board, i know which side intelligent investors will choose so i am not worried.
Dog,
Have you called the TA lately since you claim shares keep being dumped?
Do you know the current float? Do you know why the share structure is the way it is?
Do you watch the L2 and see what's going on?
dog,
simple question:
if you owned business A and business B would be a great acquisition for you, however, they were asking far too much in return (and you worked hard to build business A up), would you just give in to the bad deal because you had released a PR stating a LOI with business B?
can't wait for your answer.
because i know what i would do and i see the APII - Viz setup as the same.
any other opinions on this?
APII would have to be a scam in the first place for it to become 'real'
unless of course by real you mean (From dictionary.com):
