simple question:
if you owned business A and business B would be a great acquisition for you, however, they were asking far too much in return (and you worked hard to build business A up), would you just give in to the bad deal because you had released a PR stating a LOI with business B?
can't wait for your answer.
because i know what i would do and i see the APII - Viz setup as the same.
any other opinions on this?
