IDAHO FALLS, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2005--DocuTech Corp. (DocuTech), a leading provider of compliance services and documentation technology for the mortgage industry, announced the availability of DT WebXpress(TM), a new service enabling users to meet government-mandated timelines for initial and closing disclosures while providing increased speed and security.
DT WebXpress enables users to better manage files by equipping them with the necessary tools to securely record and update all their loan documents in a fraction of the time previously spent with traditional methods. The system stores information securely to the computer's local or network database, archiving an easily retrievable copy of each individual loan. DocuTech also provides DT WebXpress users with an account manager, personally dedicated to their specific needs. Rather than spending hours processing updates, lenders need only contact their DocuTech account manager, and request loan updates directly and the process is completed in minutes.
In addition to these features, DT WebXpress secures the transfer of document packages. By enabling lenders to submit information via secure Web links rather than as e-mail-attachments, DocuTech eliminates the chance of lost documents or documents mistakenly sent to the wrong address. Others involved in processing the loan, such as title agents and attorneys, must use security codes provided by the lender to open the links, review or retrieve the necessary documents.
