Time to call in Rob Gongrijp?
Traders don't holiday........never. Waiting mode.
I'll keep an eye on you , could be a very expensive christmas for flippers.......
I do not know about you...I am
Correct, nothing by accident.
I'm with you, put some pressure on, for freedom and democracy!
They must have had a blast during 2008 crisis then....I'll start a fund for them if they want to make losses, are you interested in a huge loss for tax purposes? Welcome to my fund.....
Tepper did this before, I will follow him. I do not care how long it takes, I have the best job in the world and live more then fine without escrows...but when the day comes, when Tepper smiles my roof goes off. ( Eh, literally, it's going to be thatched, with or without escrow ). Until that day buddy, patience is a virtue, not given to all of us. 7 years tells me enough, I new this was not an easy game, it will last longer, a month, a year, not more then two.
No I don't realize, does Tepper? Mail him.....
I hope not all of them.......but if we would be to share their value....
Or did not want to outbid them, Citi bank is not just a bank, they have their insiders. Was a bid bonus offered to City, WMIH did not bite? It's a rough world out there, be careful
What is half a million a year if you lost about 40 million?.........., expenses nothing more. Hold on, no one said this was going to be easy.
Or less ......
No, what he says is that the money is there. Not in the rightfull owners pocket though.
Yes...sure....earth is flat, pigs can fly, big banks never fail and all in writing and figures presented are correct....yawn, back in relax position...... The day is still young.
I do not listen to rumors and I'm not able to hear what rumors go around on JPM's workflow neither, I like facts, fact is that it cost them 7.2billion legal costs included, not 4billion. I'm in my league, right where I belong, successful investor in distressed debt. JPM not only lost 4billion, they also lost credibility which is a plus for nowadays but tides turn, they always do. I'll give you one (1) good advice for free: Never go for first, as soon as you are first you become a target. To late for Jamie, greed won, it's hill down from now on. I'll be watching from a distance .
''how many of the escrow dd'ers have told there spouses or friends or associates that if things play out the right way, wamu is going to make me a ton of money. Come on, fess up''
I did and do and can't wait for the day that you bang your head against your keyboard and I cash in. Now it's your turn, what do you tell your spouse, friends and associates?
Until that day........
Ridiculous, that's not a paycheck, that's just expenses.
''Our reported net loss'' ??????? Not your's SIIX, not yours.....
''I want'' is not in my families vocabulary, other people ''want so much'', find the persons that are good in getting what ''they want'' saves you a lot of hassle and leaves you time for more enjoyable things like reading and gardening, time fly's by and before you know we have our WMILT and/or our M+A or we are somehow ''bought'' by a third party for the NOL's. Our investment will pay off, not in a timely fashion though, in general 7 years is the time necessary for humans to forget, for big crimes we need a little more time .
I'm here . I'm in deep, and I'm waiting in confidence. What is going on behind the scenes, nobody knows, we are not invited are we? We have no saying, media doesn't know, we do not get any valuable information and the letter from Willinham was very telling: They do not want to share any important information with no one. And that is perfect. The NOL's are a great asset by themselves.
Good idea, go short, give it all you've got, ask your mom and dad for money too, ask all your neighbors and family, lend as much as you can to go short on us, go ahead
No, your to late, no crash as planned, they did not take the bite, Germany and Russia are making up, nobody fell for the ''China syndrome'', stock market is exactly where it should be, draw the line and you'll see what I mean, 2000 points less would still be no problem. It was all a little bit to obvious this time wasn't it? Dollar will go down though, but not yet, to much support.
Aha, it's in the filings.....which filings are you talking about darling? ( Anyone, schools out today? )
Sorry dude, there is a lot more to read...you have a few years to spare? , to late buddy, far to late....
Totally correct!
''Michael Willingham wrote pages to explain both WHAT the result of mediation was and WHY it was agreed to by the EC.
And further, other members of the EC have come forth and have stated, unequivocally, that theories to the contrary of the POR are not correct. ''
Of course.....I'll give you some hints how much I value statements like that:
''"This Chapter 11 plan is a tremendous success," said Washington Mutual attorney Brian Rosen.''
''While denying Washington Mutual's previous plans in January 2011 and again in September, Walrath ruled that the global settlement agreement among WMI, JPMorgan and the FDIC that was the foundation for the entire reorganization effort was fair and reasonable. She reiterated that finding on Friday, saying the agreement resolved "very thorny" issues that could have taken years to litigate.''
''Between the acquisitions of Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual, another casualty of the financial crisis, legal costs have piled up to $19 billion. Dimon estimates that's only about 70% resolved.
"The good news is that our legal costs are coming down and, we hope, will normalize by 2016," he said''
''And in the WaMu case, we thought we had robust indemnities from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the WaMu receivership, but as part of our negotiations with the Department of Justice that led to our big mortgage settlement, we had to give those up. In case you were wondering: No, we would not do something like Bear Stearns again – in fact, I don’t think our Board would let me take the call. The WaMu deal might still make sense but at a much lower price to make up for the ongoing legal uncertainty (including the government’s ability to take away our bargained-for indemnities). I did not, and perhaps could not, have anticipated such a turn of events. These are expensive lessons that I will not forget.''
And I wil not forget either. Now, who to believe Catz, who tells the truth and who does not.......people say so much: we got escrow, hey, big surprise remember?, we got shares, it was a surprise to you, your words as I recall :''I did not predict it'', 08-03 we got more shares, another surprise for you, it will not be the last surprise.....that I can promise you.
''MM are not manipulating the stock price and no one is buying it out....we are lucky with the price at 2.30 when in fact it is only worth 1.16 at best..''
In a country with a decent law you go to jail for that, better mark your words.........other people will as well.
Do not worry, I don't dream. I'm an investor in distressed debt, a very successful one, congratulations, you win as well.
''the rich know how to pick up the assets for pennies on the dollar, happens all the time. '', now there is a lot of truth in it, I did pick up a lot of assets.
And what does that tell you?
You really need to talk about your thoughts to us? Ah well, what is bothering you, go ahead, free consult today?
''Just call it Occam´s razor.''
From Wiki, I guess it's okay to use it, I am a Wiki contributor:
''Occam's razor is used as a heuristic technique (discovery tool) to guide scientists in the development of theoretical models, rather than as an arbiter between published models.[8][9] In the scientific method, Occam's razor is not considered an irrefutable principle of logic or a scientific result'
So you like to emphasize details in red, so do I : The only source of common stock available for any such a distribution would be from the 2.9 million of shares remaining on deposit in the Disputed Equity Escrow.
Fog mr Pyramid, it's all fog.....
Thats about what you should receive, I've not seen any myself yet.
Not that much , Wilyjam would almost be happy with Voo's amount of extra shares!
Your feelings are correct, again.
Of course you would, if you would have had 810.000shares in WAMUQ that is..... , joker
''WITHOUT A FIGHT.'' Would you start a fight naked and empty-handed in broad daylight against 10 heavily armed swat team snipers? That is not a fight, that is a suicide. I know, they never loose a case and they have more lawyers then bankers.....but some fights are never fought for obvious reasons. This is one of them. They will take their share, without a doubt. So wil we.
You are good !
I'll be there.
