I am surprised by the length of time to straighten out thier accounting issues. Where the auditors hired by Hyzon Motors totally incompetent? It just seems like it should never have gotten so far out of hand, in a short time span of a year,
There will always be people like this - the negative Nellie types. Sure there are negatives with Hydrogen Fuel, Fuel Cells, Batteries but many more positives and the negatives are welcome. Always a way to work out the negatives through chemistry and engineering. This is what makes the free world so great compared to countries like Russia, China and North Korea. We have open minds and overcome big obstacles.
Yea I would not expect a short squeeze, until release of financial records. If one even happens. Probably see a climb in volume at that point. Price action is nice today.
Well like we were not expecting this - since he was in charge, holds responsibility for whatever financial mishandling happened during his tenure. They seem to be working diligently to resolve these issues though.

Nice to see a Hyzon Truck being tested in Canada, brutally cold weather. I believe hydrogen fuel cells handle holds up much better than battery in extremely cold conditions.
That's all great, but the stock price will suffer, until financial situation is resolved and income starts flowing in. I am patiently waiting.
Samsung and Chevron are interested in the Hydrogen Fuel markets - Both are investing money throughout the world various hydrogen fuel projects - specifically Samsung's Engineering Department. Has little to do with Hyzon Motors stock price. I don't see any direct investments in Hyzon Motors as of today. But it would be nice to see a Hyzon Motors merger with a large manufacturer. The hydrogen fueled truck concept is will established, with Hyzon Motors being one of the leaders in this technology. I suspect Hyzon Stock price is what it is because of the market interest. All investors have eyes on Hyzon Motors release of financials.
The market thinks it's good news and so do I. He has to take some responsibility for financial reporting issues.
Well lets hope the sector keeps going up. Yes they have taken a beating, Only newbies bail out when sectors rotate. Hyzon Motors will do better when their financials are in order. Still no real news on this end.

On November 15, 2022, Hyzon Motors Inc. (the "Company") filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25, indicating that the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2022 (the "Q3 Form 10-Q") would be delayed.
The Company received a notice (the "Notice") on November 16, 2022, from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department ("Nasdaq") indicating that the Company remains in non-compliance with the timely filing requirement for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As previously disclosed on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on August 18, 2022, on August 16, 2022, the Company previously received a notice from Nasdaq indicating that as a result of not having timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2022 (the "Q2 Form 10-Q" and, together with the Q3 Form 10-Q, the "Forms 10-Q"), the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
The Notice will have no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock, although there can be no assurances that further delays in the filing of the Forms 10-Q will not have an impact on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock. Nasdaq indicated that the Company must: (i) no later than December 1, 2022, submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance with respect to the filing requirement; (ii) on or before January 16, 2023, submit a summary of the Company's previously announced internal investigation; and (iii) on or before February 13, 2023, file the delinquent Forms 10-Q. The Company intends to file the delinquent Forms 10-Q as soon as practicable
Even though the deadline is January 16th, 2023 it very possible the filing will be done today or at least before the weekend.

Tank Transporter Vervaeke orders Hyzon Hydrogen Truck
Vervaeke, the Belgian major player in tank transport for the chemical and petrochemical sector, has ordered his first electric truck on hydrogen. This is a hyzon, with which Vervaeke wants to achieve 100 percent CO2-neutral transport.
Since the new truck only emissions water vapor emissions instead of carbon emissions, it stands for zero emissions. Parker Meeks had just recently got a $120,000 raise as interim CEO - I wish he would at least provide some upbeat news for stock holders. Will we have a Quarterly Financial update around November 11, 2022? Estimated by financial sites.
