All is right in the world, the master is back!!!!
HDOG don't have PM but thanks for your words. Have learned more on this board than any other thanks to folks like you. My theory in investing in the pennies is if you can't pick a winner follow someone who can.
Those in the know e should welcome the non believers and their questions and statements. Some make assertions about the stock providing several of the longs to provide verifiable DD. Thus increasing the amount of posts on the board and keeping the QSGI board as one of the most active. With no pumping needed.
To all. Do your DD on your posters as well. Now for those that don't know anything about restructuring of debt and public companies which are coming out of BK do some DD and thinking.
As HD suggested read all the info in the I-Box.
Then ask yourself what judge in his ethical right mind would allow a BK company to come out of BK only to hurt current shareholders and unsecured creditors? QSGI will have to submit filings which the judge feels beyond a reasonable doubt will be in the best interests of the shareholders, creditors, and the future of the company. The judge is not going to allow them to come out of BK to bilk the current investors through share dumping and dilution. There must be compelling reason to allow them to get out of BK.
For craps sake Donald Trump came out of BK and is better now than he was prior to declaring BK.
Part of reading an I-Hub board is understanding who knows their stuff and who doesn't. Those who do seam to be on the winners early and often. Those that don't do their thing which is easy to see.
Also history dictates that no judge will allow a BK company like QSGI to proceed from BK if there is filings which will allow the company to harm current shareholders or creditors. No judge will allow a BK to come out just so insiders or creditors can recoup money by dumping shares on the market. If that were the case every publicly traded BK company would file to get out of BK to attempt this. The end result would be no new investor would put money into a BK play like this or any other one.
NITE has sol just over 181000 shares at .27 today. CSTI did this as well in the .31 range and .345 range almost two weeks ago. When the big pressure hits, this will move quicker than I will when I see a Twinkie sitting on the counter.
Big Time Manipulation going on. Put a buy order for 1500 shares at .27 gave it to me at .2695 without lowering the ask. Know it is just a little move but it goes to show you that if they can't get folks to sell to the lower the pps they will walk it down another way.
So does our gentleman have an issue when the rally begins? COULD be. I don't reply directly to those who are negative on a stock as there MAY be benefits to my addressing them directly.
Lots of COULD(s) and MAY(s) in there.
Had a small order in for 1600 at .26 last five minutes
Wouldn't fill it.
Thanks HD for allowing the board to clear the air on that one. NEXT!
So you can do a reverse split once you file the appropriate paperwork. Kind of like all of these filings that were found. So if a R/S were to take place and I am still holding the only person I have to blame for it is me for not reading the filings.
Can anybody do a reverse split? I believe they can, but first don't they have to file? Just wondering
Makes sense for them to vote against it. They take a write off for the 500 K+ and make that up with interest from other card holders. If it gets approved then they get paid. They can't lose in this one.
Any new pacers hit yet? Would feel more comfortable if we were above 80% in favor. Question, was that American Express the credit card co. who voted against?
Would have to argue with you on that one. Any commodity which requires energy to produce it or extract it will have the cost of energy priced into it. That is basic economics of manufacturing. The cost of energy increasing is one of the reasons the cost of iron ore is up. The thing CWRN has on many companies is the ore they are extracting requires no blasting or tunneling. Much cheaper.
That's awesome! Heard you can make more money if you are good looking and educated. That's why I have to give blood.
Awesome. Think I will go to the blood bank this weekend to make some more powder.
HDOG, question. Is voting yes and agreeing with the terms set forthe by the company the only way these creditors are going to get paid the money owed them? That is, the company has to come out of BK for them to get paid? Or am I understanding this wrong?
Perhaps they are hoping this goes a tic or two lower. hoping,... betting we see a push with 15 minutes left unless volume picks up before that.
CSTI sold almost 120000 at .31. Nuts! Hell I wont sell just so I can be around to see what he does.
No joke. Sitting watching L2 and can't believe it. He has sold over 87,000 shares at .31. He did the same thing I believe at .345.
Her post should be stickied. As a warning to all that follow that person. Would love to see that post on walk around the penny's tonight.
I believe the next one will be that all the water in the pacific is gravitating unexceptionably towards Iowa and now CWRN will not be able get their Iron to China.
Been in EYSM for two weeks now. First post on board. Been noticing how little buying pressure it takes to move pps up today compared to say last week. Could it be that the MM's don't want to have to cover as many shorts as they were able to or comfortable doing in the past. Still a little unclear about the 2/28 shorting rule. Have heard some say the rule only pertains to the big boards. Any thoughts one and all.
I to agree that this thing is going to see much better days ahead. GLTA.
I can't hit the sale button fast enough!!!!! The Port sank!!!!! Here take my shares I hate making money. I love looking at L2 and seeing all the new 1mill buys. The funny thing is I learned my lesson on the first raid we had in January. Too many people NEED iron ore people. It could sit for years and someone would buy it for the market value. It is a commodity like oil. There is only so much of it.
Absolutely! PR only stated the buyout offer. The possible counter offer. And that CWRN maintains it's stance from yesterday. If it was gonna tank why didn't it go then?
This is amateur hour at it's finest. This looks like a bunch of buffalo being mindlessly herded over a cliff so that the hunters who only have knives can finish them off. Goes to show you how few people know what they own in the world of investing.
Maybe you are right. Or maybe they see an opportunity to fast track their business model. With as much uncertainty rising in world commodities (oil) the time to get your foot in the door in a major way is now. One can only speculate. But this is a spec stock.
John no PM as well. Please send to mellingergaryl@hotmail.com TIA
Nomad, agree with you on most of the cars being too small to do anything. Here is a link to some models of various e-vehicles. Some are crazy. My favorite is the macro cosmos (not really).

Same applies with or without the type o. little four banger 16 mpg at 16mph LOL. That had to of hurt paying that much a week. $600 a month! I don't want to buy a E car but it is looking more and more like I will have to seriously think about it.
Or we could just make a butt load of money on this and be a last of the gas gussling a-holes who don't have to worry about what a gallon of gas costs. I like the latter myself.
And that is with a tail wind going down a steep hill, in neutral.
If your personal income does not rise in relation to the increase in commodities then hard choices have to be made. People are already driving less. I love my jeep but it only gets 16mph. When $4.00 a gallon hits here in southern ID it is gonna suck. The company I work for is not giving raises this year and did not last year.
Where am I and my family gonna find the extra $100 per month to cover the cost of driving?
That's why I am thinking like you. Gonna have to find a blender to drive. One's that wont break down are hard to come by here.
$4.00 a gallon gas will change a lot of attitudes in America. Yes the driving experience will change but our view of it will be changed through necessity.
Great Close! Sometimes I like averaging down. This is one of those times.
Not to debate too much with you but the price of sugar gets fixed into beverage consumption over a long period of time. The price at the pump isn't static. It has increased on average 3 cents a day over the last week in my town.
In America we have choices. If you understand what motivates the American consumer you know it is value and choice. SUV's are cheap and over supplied. Finding 30+ mpg cars is getting hard.
The history of economics will trump all assumptions.
You are right we can deal. But in America we have alternatives. We are capitalists and we like to keep our earned money. Most foriegn countries have completely different financial systems with little choices. American's when presented with choices will make the choice which saves them money in both the short and long term.
Whatched CNBC's FastMoney yesterday. They had an annalist talk about the effects $100+ a barrel oil will have on the U.S. He stated that history tells us that it takes two price spikes to change our purchasing behaviours. The first price spike in oil came in 2008. Now we will have this one. He pointed to the growing infrastructure the U.S. is building to meet the demand of green transportation to validate his point to begin investing in green energy and transportation.
I lived in Southern Cal when we first hit $2.00 a gallon gas back in 2003. There was a 6+ month waiting list to get a prius at every Toyota dealership from San Diego to LA. 5 years later and a dollar+ more. What do you think the average American will look at when they purchase a new vehicle.
She used the same cut and paste quote on three other boards I have read this A.M. Check out her posting history. We just have to wait for the news.
I can imagine the amount of grant money the feds would provide local govts to purchase those types of buses. Finally a stimulus I can get behind. Again one more incentive for EVCA.
I didn't get any link(s) to his sentencing or association to MRES from the one(s) who brought forth that info. Waiting. Not saying this B.O. is gonna really happen but haven't seen a enough that makes me not take a position on it. Hasn't it been up three days in a row? I'll take that any day. GLTA
Thats the key to investing. The level head. Emotion kills in this game. The current world economic climate is pointing right at this sector of business for answers. I posted before that there are far to many incentives for this company to succeed. Give them longer than next week.
I am just speculating on this next idea. If EVCA needs to acquire the $100 mill in financing and say on the off chance that a private source does not come forward (can't imagine that happening). How hard would it be for a green company to secure a loan? Are there government subsidies that could assist a company like EVCA in franchising opportunities? Any ideas welcome.
