It is a wham bam....guess who's bent over. ;) hehehe....sorry, couldn't resist. :)
Ya someday I guess/think/pray? :)
Oops! Bargain gone! :)
I swear I'm a marker for when the stock PPS will drop...basically, anytime I pick up shares, it poops! :) I want 23 cent shares now! ;)
Okay, so if my trade at the last minute last night at 35 cents occurred but it was consolidated after hours by 1 minute, then why do we not see a 35 cent open?
Thx Flo...got your message....the trade just cleared after hours but occurred during trading hours....thought that could be the case. It was the very next minute after the bell where I saw it in the TOS charts.
Right. But what's the point of that I wonder?....maybe chart appearance reasons?
okay...I take that back...my 200 share purchase at 35 cents did actually post. I'm not sure why it took so long to post that. Now looking at TOS charts, there's an afterhours purchase of 35 cents....how is that possible? I placed the trade for today and that ends when the bell tolls. Interesting. I'm just trying to understand. But I did want to paint the tape green for the day after ripping off wallpaper all day (read as, picking up cheap shares).
I'm really hoping there's a PR this week. I ALSO hope that if we do get one that it energizes and excites folks in a positive way. I know we've had a bit of a contrarion reaction lately. Again, I reiterate, you can only hold a good thing down for so long.
Guys....also, I've been thinking about the PayDay loan vertical. PayDay loans could really use IFSL's products to present a much needed all around package to their customers. Especially now that the Fed is getting nasty with PayDay loan companies worried that they are out to hurt those in need. But now! WITH IFSL, they can present a story that, yes they lend to needy folks, but that they also provide a way out for them, a system of education to bring them back to sound financial managing.
SO!! If this relationship with IFSL works out well ANNND the government starts imposing some rules to HELP repeat users of the PaYDay Loans, then I could see IFSL as a buy-out Candidate especially when you consider the immediate revenue stream they'd have access to. THey just need to pump a new product into their already fortified pipeline! Now instead of receiving $30 from each customer, maybe they receive $40 or something like that? Now it's been said that the PayDay loan industry is a $40billion/year revenues source. Can you imagine that if they go from receiving $30 per customer to $40?....that's a 33% increase in revenue.
Currently, IFSL is a cheap stock and making beaucoup bucks! Before IFSL gets too big, I think PayDay should consider this thought, no?
okay...here's a question....I tried to buy 200 shares at 35 cents....which is the ask, however, it did not get taken.
Anyone know why?
Okay...I'll either be happy or sad soon. :)
However, I just learned an interesting lesson. I had a bid in at 32 cents...however, it was less than 5k shares which didn't seem to appear on the bid/ask because I only saw 28 cents as the bid. Anyways....the next thing I knew, I had picked up a nice stack of shares at 30 cents regardless of my bid being 32 cents. Great deal? :)
So there is some value in being unnoticed by bidding less than the share packet size. :)
ya, I'm debating if my bid is better off being placed lower? :)
oh I love anticipation like the next guy....but we don't know what we're anticipating....fins?..what fins?...when? We can't build anticipation the day before fins come out ya know?>....this thing needs to percolate...ferment a little. :)
lol....I don't think my stomach could take that....if it got back down there, you'd be buying my shares. :)
Yeah, just would love to hear something Fins related....but I guess there's still a couple of days left for it.
no news today?.....how disappointing.
we are in a tight PPS range...nice to see.
So you're confessing? :) ha!
Yeah, I just thought it was a small amount and that maybe there were some signals between MM's being made or some other reason.
Not to complain but I always wonder about these low shares that get traded....today, the 845 shares amounts to a whopping $295. I'm a little confused given most trade commissions....hardly seems worth but I am not one to judge. I just always wonder if something ELSE is going on...
Agreed....when this thing decides to move, it will be a few bucks before realizing what's hit it. Hard and fast will be the motto then.
Is this going to be THA!! week?
that crazy portuguese guy had a good idea. :)
Exactly! :)
last chance to get rid of your shares at these great prices....after this it might be 5 cents!!! MUuuuhoouuuahhhhah! :)
lol....should I just wire you the money instead?...would be faster right? :)
I ddduuuunnnooooo........ :)
I do? :)
you must own a restaurant potatoe guy! :):)
Yeah, a couple of quarters of continuity is only going to help. Will it be enough "millions"..? Definitely. Undervalued is undervalued. It WILL help if IFSL lets folks know more details about their business so that investors can make good judgement calls on putting their money in with IFSL....on the other hand, if IFSL can get institutional investment, well, then that's validation in of itself.
Also, even just getting the uplisting is the beginning of the institutions and big players VALIDATING ifsl.
I hear ya sandman....but that thought might change after $1 PPS. :) I just checked the yahoo key stats and we're trading somewhere near a trailing P/E of 4.7....do you realize what that's going to look like after the 10K and 10Q? It will be a P/E of 0.5 (I'm joking, I think?...but you get the point).
Here's what I think will happen....Institutions are going to jump in before the news hits the general investors and visibility starts climbing on wallstreet for IFSL. So we'll get a pop with institutions getting in early....then we'll see radars going off on all screens. It's different this time....before it was a great financial release as a ".pk"...now we're a ".ob" and that's going to pop on more radars.
Eventually someone on CNBC will interview Steve Sunyich (maybe Cramer will get one too!)...then we'll get noticed by joe shmoe and pop pop pop....by that point, we could be in the $5-$9 range.
You just can't....I MEAN CAN"T!!...keep making millions and stay under the radar.
In my HONEST opinion...we're being kept under the radar for now while IFSL gets all of its ducks in a row and until they are ready to put us on the map. THis is to get all the institutional investments set up and completed so that when they jump in, if we all end up selling, it won't matter because they'll have attracted mainstream investors who'll be keeping this steady and/or popping the price.
Just my thoughts.
Consider how many investors out there are looking for that undervalued stock and consider how they approach evaluating that entity based on its Fundamentals.
Well, if you're Revs are $8million/quarter and your market cap is $8 million...you do the math. IT REAKS of undervalued. The difference is that today...here and now....we're showing that we're not just a one time pop lucky pinkie...we're a fully reporting SEC regulated company, making multiple millions over multiple quarters and being traded OTC:BB.
This uplisting thing has me excited...it was the CORRECT ORDER in which to have things occur....we won't be off any radars now when the 10k comes Smashing Through the FInish Line....we're so close.
Yeah,...I'm just doing what I can....small bits here and there.
yeah, basically, the way I see this right now....now that they've uplisted BEFORE all the good news comes out, is that it unlocks the door for all kinds of visibility and investments (read, institutions) that could not have been possible prior to uplisting. This is WAY BETTER than waiting to uplist after all the good news in the 10k (imo) and 10Q....you know what I mean?
I think that now, this time, when it pops it's not coming back. You're going to get folks screening on Yahoo...hopefully scottrade soon, and possibly some analysts covering this stock because it's possible now that we're not so embarrassingly a pinkie.
We're consolidating here....I believe this is opportunity.
lmao...there's more messaging going on about my double message and getting it deleted than about IFSL. :)
I wasn't sure how to delete it....I tried. :)
I'm hoping to pick up a little ping down here. :) I don't have anything much to pick up, but it would be a nice little something to add to my pile.
Hmmm....do you think insider buying could/should pick up?
wonder when IFSL will get Scottrade and/or other broker houses updated or if this is something that will happen gradually as the news spreads about IFSL's uplisting.
Man...just in general, I didn't think being traded on the OTC:BB would mean much. However, I definitely get a huge sense of IFSL being a REAL company now especially with the ".pk" taken off their symbol. They have talked and talked and for a Pinkie company, that's usually where it ends. But IFSL has PROVED THEMSELVES worthy of their talk and we need to trust them a little more with what they say they can and will do.
Now let's not forget what they have said in the past (recent) PRs...that they need to hire more people to take care of counting money...that business is brisk and really good"...I'm paraphrasing of course....but I think I will take their word for it.
Next stop!? Get listed on AmEX or tha NAS! :)
Go $IFSL!
Who took another chance on 11,400 shares?? OH yeah!...MOI! :)
Isle50, I actually agree with you....whut? :) This is a massive validation of IFSL's business...now the real fun begins.
I know...it's hard to set up our expectations and we'd be completely justified in not thinking too much about it....it's just fun to spend the pretend money in advance. What is the reality for tomorrow?....hard to say...all I know for sure is that IFSL KEEPS walking the walk along with the talk and it's hard to find fault with them...it really is..they are accomplishing big things and somewhere, somehow, we need to find patience and trust in that they'll keep doing how they do. It's really a waste of time for them to do an uplisting to OTC:BB if they didn't have the intention of legitimizing themselves and further progressing far beyond this.
It's probably a damn good thing I DID nap cuz that might be all I get tonight...regardless of my son not sleeping,...I might as well go upstairs and hang with him cuz I'll be wide eyed all night anyways! :)
That, and I hope they a lot more visibility now and that news media sees them as more serious and that PR's that emerge from now are circulated more throughout the investing community because "WE ARE NOT A PINKY ANY MORE"....even when we were a OTC:QB, I think we were still "perceived as pinky.
BEING on the OTC:BB gives IFSL that stamp of approval and credibility. Saweeeet!
