Hey Cap Billy...Will Your Book Have Pictures Of The
Amazing treasures you and the crew recovered?. I think ALL pics should be included and revealed, including the ones the DR haven't "approved" for release. As far as I'm concerned, they lost all rights to control information and photos of treasure once they decided to criminally breach Deep Blue's contract.
CONGRATS CAPTBILLY....Feel Free To Post As OFTEN As
You'd like to keep us updated on your publication schedule. Is the book going to include pictures?
Maybe the publicity will put worldwide attention on the criminal breach of contract by the Dominicans and finally force a resolution.
As always, smart shareholders and astute investors are behind you 100%

$4-$17 BILLION-Shipwreck Found.....Treasure-Hunters-Screwed-Again
Article from CNN on this massive find. Amazing screw job going on...
"In Colombian courts, SSA won a lawsuit claiming the new law was unconstitutional, and the Circuit Court of Barranquilla ruled the treasures of the San Jose should be split 50-50 between the government and SSA, the firm said.
The Supreme Court of Colombia upheld that even split, according to SSA's lawsuit filed in the United States."
But Columbia still insists on the unconstitutional law, which give SSA a 5% "finders fee"......then TAXES that fee at a rate of 45%
http://www.cnn.com/2015/12/05/americas/colombia-spanish-galleon-san-jose-found/
The only positive is that Columbia told UNESCO to screw off, not signing on to their extortion pledge. But I'm sure Spain will try to get in on this somehow.
Article On Problems Facing Treasure Hunters Today...
You're absolutely right Fly....Think of all the Treasure Hunting companies, and how many came up empty. DEEP BLUE MARINE is one of the few to actually succeed in what they set out to do - FIND AND RECOVER TREASURE - and that is an indisputable FACT. Amazing finds by Capt Billy and his crew, with more just waiting on FOUR different sites.
Here's a New York Times article from this weekend showing the problems faced. Absolutely disgusting. Spain doesn't mind treasure hunting - as long as you do all the work, pay all the costs, then give all the recovered treasure to them when you're finished.

Hey Cap...And Who Better Than You To Know
Where the company stands.
Fact is, due to the criminal actions of the Dominican officials in refusing to release Deep Blue's division of treasure that they and you worked to recover, the company has been in limbo since Oct 2013.
Smart shareholders know the company is not "defunct" or has "ceased to exist". The company and its lawyers are working on a regular basis to resolve the situation, get their division and get back to work.
Though I do find hilarious the continuous oxymoron of asking why the "defunct" company isn't providing any information.
There is no news because there has been no news since then. The only news will come when some type of resolution is finally reached. And we hope the news will be good, just as some hope the news will be bad. All we can do is wait.
But thanks to your info and the due diligence of TruthSeekers like myself, we are lucky to get occasional updates on the status.
Jeez...Really?.....From The Transfer Agent Who I
Called earlier today at 801-571-8844....Took all of 60 seconds for an experienced FactChecker and TruthSeeker like myself. Much better than posting incorrect, outdated info as "fact".
As for the rest, no name will be released to protect them from the relentless harassment that would no doubt head their way. And their families way. And any associates way.
Everything else, pure speculation and fiction with nothing to back it up, except a few expired items which any smart shareholder would know, would take all of 24 hours to get everything back up to speed.
But why bother when the criminals at the DR continue to refuse to release our division. THAT is the FIRST thing that must happen. Then everything will fall back into place.
Funding is still there and waiting patiently to get Capt Billy and crew back diving and recovering treasure, just like there were doing all spring and summer of 2013, before the criminal nonsense started.

And causing financial hardships to the company, crew, families, investors and shareholders.....as well as all the BS rumors of Deep Blue being "dead", "defunct", "bankrupt", "lights out", "piece of shit", "(insert Blum family insult here)", "train wreck", "zombie ticker", etc.......a special Thanksgiving message....

Nice Treasure Hunting Article.....

Makes the criminal actions of the Dominican Republic even more baffling.
Good Question Alpha....Even More Important Is Exactly
WHO is responsible for the decisions to withhold the divisions from the companies and WHY.
Perhaps more shareholders should be contacting the DR regarding these issues while also broaching the possibilities of shareholders lawsuits against the DR for these decisions. That could lead to some resolution, provided that the recovered treasures are still in the possession of the government.
Let's Take A Flashback Look At DB Museum
And the Dominican officials who attended the opening
Hey Billy....It Amazes Me To Hear Nonsense Like This
The absolute refusal to accept the criminal actions of the DR officials for what they are....a deliberate breach of contract on every company working in the DR.
NEVER do you hear that what the DR is doing is wrong, just the assinine implications that somehow the companies deserve this and should just let the DR get away with their robbery and move on. Not to mention all the shareholders and investors also affected.
And if anyone can confirm that the recovered treasures have not "disappeared" and can "see" them, I think we all would love to see a picture of your 4 Three Reales with a date stamp and a copy of the current Dominican Today newspaper. Until then, we are right in being concerned about the whereabouts of the treasures the companies paid and worked to recover.
Anyway, it looks like another fictional account was easily exposed thanks to blackduck
Hi Mike....I Can Handle Some Of That Regarding
Divisions. The last division was around Jan 2011. With that division, stock price was close to a penny. Diving resumed, with more treasures recovered including 3 highly rare 3 Reale coins. Diving was on and off depending on when funds were available. Then in March 2013, DB obtained investors from the UK, and there was a full 6 months of successful diving.
So there would actually be two division being criminally withheld. The first includes items recovered from Jan 2011 until Feb 2013. And the second from that March to Sept 2013 season, which I'm sure the UK investors are due a percentage of.
Important to remember that DB is not the only one being screwed by the DR. All " treasure hunters" .....including Global Marine and Capt Tracy Bowden are also having divisions withheld and being prevented from diving. In Capt Tracy's case, he has been working there for 40 years with no problems. And with GME, their division was split with the Punta Canta Foundation, so the DR is actually holding back treasure from themselves.
As for the "millions raised by the company through the sale of stock that went who knows where", don't fall into the trap of thinking that all the costs and expenses of running this company for almost 10 years were free. Jeez.
And more than half the current outstanding shares were sold to fund the construction of the museum. Yes it failed, but DBs commitment to it led to them getting their own contract.
I still don't know exactly the details, but the President was the same when the contracts were issued and diving was taking place. I had heard there were a few people causing problems, and the last one was removed in August and not yet replaced. I also know that DB has a Dominican lawyer who is still in contact with officials there.
What I don't know is where the treasure recovered by all said companies is right now. It could have "disappeared", which would explain the hold ups and rumors I have heard of attempts by the DR to work out cash settlements.
Whatever the outcome, the important thing to remember is that what the Dominican officials have done is WRONG.....both ethically and criminally. What I do know is when this is finally settled, Capt Billy and crew are ready to get back to work, with the best part being that they already know where the treasure is.....on four different sites!
Hope that helps a little....Neb
REAL-INFO-From-Capt-Billy-Good-Enough-For-Smart-Shareholders
And astute investors. After all.....he IS an EXECUTIVE OFFICER of DPBE as well as VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS..........Remember?
So smart shareholders and astute investors consider that hearing from the company, especially when he is right there in the DR and in frequent contact with officials.
Thanks again Capt Executive Officer. :)
Excellent Update Capt Billy......Contract Breach Had
No warning. You had an amazing dive season in 2013. We all knew it was just a matter of time before you hit the mother lode, especially if as assumed, you were onto the San Miguel with its manifest of 300,000 gold coins and 1,000,000 silver. Then the refusal of the DR to give Deep Blue their 50% cut. Maybe it's time for the DR to pay the Gringo tax.
As always, your updates are good enough for the smart shareholders and astute investors to know what's happening. Here's to hoping the DR criminals haven't made off with everything you and the crew worked so hard to recover.
Maybe the crew should pay a personal visit to Cultura.
