You're absolutely right Fly....Think of all the Treasure Hunting companies, and how many came up empty. DEEP BLUE MARINE is one of the few to actually succeed in what they set out to do - FIND AND RECOVER TREASURE - and that is an indisputable FACT. Amazing finds by Capt Billy and his crew, with more just waiting on FOUR different sites.
Here's a New York Times article from this weekend showing the problems faced. Absolutely disgusting. Spain doesn't mind treasure hunting - as long as you do all the work, pay all the costs, then give all the recovered treasure to them when you're finished.
