DEEP BLUE MARINE is one of the few to actually succeed in what they set out to do - FIND AND RECOVER TREASURE - and that is an indisputable FACT. Amazing finds by Capt Billy and his crew, with more just waiting on FOUR different sites.

Here's a New York Times article from this weekend showing the problems faced. Absolutely disgusting. Spain doesn't mind treasure hunting - as long as you do all the work, pay all the costs, then give all the recovered treasure to them when you're finished.
