You and I have been here long enough to know with Viper it always seem to take longer than what we want. Just wanted to provide some further reasons for those new to vper to realize there is more to vper than LED's.
Here is a link showing their acquisition and now a subsidiary of Fastelco in Bahrain. These revenues should be considerable more than they were in 2010. Once fully reporting, Viper will get off the pink sheets.

Just for your information, we are waiting for Viper to report on their foreign subsidiaries financials. This, along with LED America acquisition will get the share price to much higher levels. We are expecting these financials at any time now.
Company Overview
Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd. provides telecommunication services. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is based in Chennai, India. As of January 13, 2010, Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Viper Networks Inc.
Chennai,
India
Founded in 2002
Over 6 million sold after hours. News must be coming.
Don't forget, that only includes US sales, they will update us on foreign sales. If they were considering buying an office for six million, I have to assume they have some decent sales.
I would agree with you with the exception that we do not know what their foreign sales are for VOIP. They have an agreement with BSNL, the world's 7th largest telecom company for calling cards. vper was in the process of buying a $6 million office space in Bahrain to accommodate increasing staff levels for their various subsidiaries. Should these sales amount to a decent level, it could justify going of the pink sheets on to better ones. That is why they are getting their financials in order.
Great find Scooter. They say the private financing is in place, so we should hear shortly that the merger is complete. With the financials from abroad now being completed, the mergers being completed, we should see vper find more reasonable valuations. Multiple pennies if not dimes to come.
Fianancials are coming soon don't forget this.
With respect to Viper Networks announced priority to expedite the completion of their 2-year financials for submission to independent auditors, the Company is pleased to report that they have finished all accounting documentation for fiscal 2011 from their Saudi Arabia division.
Getting the overseas financial paperwork properly prepared was the greater task to complete. Now the Company is ready to integrate 2010 and 2011 numbers, respectively, along with complete financials from their U.S. operations.
Since Viper Networks has made it a top priority to meet the higher Alternative Reporting Standard, the Company seeks to submit their 2-year audited financials for the 2010 and 2011 fiscal years, and unaudited financial information through the first quarter of 2012 (ended March 31st) before the end of the second quarter ending June 30th.
It won't be hard if they show good results with their voip calling card sales. They were trying to buy exclusive office space in Dubai.

Hopefully the international financial results justify a 10 cent or likely greater valuation. Why else would they suggest they can get on that exchange.
In any case, news should come in days.
When this is completed, vper plans to be listed on a higher exchange, can't remember what it was called but it is stated in one of the press releases. When I checked, the share price needs to be at least 10 cents.

Anybody selling before this comes out will miss the opportunity to ride vper to a real valuation.
To underscore the earnings estimates after Viper Networks' entrance into the power energy reseller market via pending agreement, the Company intends to provide complete revenue and net profit projections in the days ahead and will immediately announce the official contract conclusion and provide more comprehensive details of the final agreement terms.
100,000 shares changed hands pre market.
What is very important about this PR is that they will now report their subsidiary income that was not reported on their US 2010 and 2011 accounts. I suspect, this is where they have the cash to make the acquisitions. The fact that foreign voip revenue was not reported or integrated into their financials is a significant upside to the share price reflecting their true valuation.
You might be right Sagan. Today we see multiple trades from 400,000 to 700,000 shares while yesterday we saw several in the million plus range. Under the radar accumulation over time.
Hopefully this means news will be out on Monday.
Take notice of what Nutjob has to say. He does not post very often, and I believe he responded to a post I wrote late last year saying I should stay long as things were about to happen. We now know a lot has happened and is still is happening. Patience, Viper will take off, although they have never been good at timing.
38,800 sold pre market. It was funny somebody had about 260,000 at the ask of .0024 and then pulled them from the ask. Does anybody have the L2
To me it sounds like cash, otherwise they would have stated cash and stock like they discussed in the other acquisitions.
I am also wondering if all those that have shorted vper have moved a porta potty to sit on when the market opens.
A major statement they made is they are paying $1 million for 30%. This has to mean there is more to their financial statements than we have seen so far. The other acquisition should reveal more cash.
Something is happening that could be explosive to the stock once all is revealed to the shareholders through audited accounts.
The type of fluff I see is that they state that the acquisitions will be completed by mid April. They should never state a date they can't meet without some degree of certainty.
A PR detailing the finalization of the acquisitions will have an impact. Fluff PR's won't.
Per the news release, vper has signed a "term sheet" until the final contract is signed, Farid is under a confidentiality agreement This is perfectly normal. The term sheet basically writes down the agreement in a form that binds them to those terms while the full contracts are written. Nothing to worry about. Be patient. Lawyers like to bill a few extra hours.
Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPER), is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a term sheet with three other joint venture partners, to create the first U.S.-based LED manufacturing and assembly facility, which will be located in Washington D.C.
Large orders just went through, one for over $12,000 getting about 4.458 million shares. Another one for over 1.6 million. Must indicate we are ready fro the news to hit soon.
My guess is the acquisitions will get current sales above $10 million and profitable. Next step is to significantly increase sales through national and international contracts they are working on. This would give them a chance, which I assume is the basis for stating it in the PR.
I waiting to see. 10 cents or higher would be nice.
10 cents is a requirement to join the OTCQX

How about if they are a minority owned company establishing their manufacturing base in a minority area of town. Grants, and orders galore under the big O man. Farid is not stupid.
I think they are likely to be private companies. As soon as they are acquired for cash and shares, they will be listed on the pink sheets leading quickly to the OTCQX and a market value of 10 cents minimum.
Just a thought on the OTCQX
Viper acquires two companies plus JV, providing historic revenues above $10 million and profitable. Has the base to expand in a rapidly growing market. The shareholders of the acquired companies get immediate listing on the OTCQX providing capital to expand. All parties win win.

I agree, Farid does accrue a fairly good salary, but the incentive is not in accruing and not getting paid. He obviously believes he will be paid and therefore continues to pursue success with the company. I say this alone is all the reason to hold and accumulate. The pumpers and dumpers are now gone. When the news (with results) gets out, those not in will have to pay much much more.
Stay long stay strong.
"If management can be trusted" My take on the management is they have stuck with Viper, put their money into it, taken low or no salaries and believe Viper will succeed. To me, that is the biggest reason to hold and accumulate.
My guess is we are not looking at 100%-500%, however could see the price in the dimes. All they need is to state they got a large order from a national retailer. Name the retailer and project sales in the tens of millions.
Crazy that Philips gets the award for a $50 light buld when Viper is selling LEDS America LED 60 watt at $12.95.

Philips sells their LED 60 watt bulb for $37.97 each while LED America sells theirs for $12.95. Seems like a no brainer to me. Go Viper.

Nutjob, any ideas when the contract will come in?
It was in the 4/17 news release here:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/viper-networks-testing-led-o-122900462.html
Figure this out guys, Viper is talking to a company in india about a $1.2 million dollar order for lights. Posters here in the past said why would they be able to sell in india. One order for $1.2 million! Give me a brake, that's the first of many. What do you think a national order in the US will be? $10 million plus. How about an order to replace government lights? How about street lights. People say this is huge. I am one willing to wait. Day traders seem happy, they can flip. That's okay, but the longs will make the big bucks.
Guess how much it costs to replace a street light bulb? I don't know, however if you look at the multiple personnel, expensive trucks, etc. Just imagine the saving of 50-90% just in reduced energy, verses not having to change the light bulbs as frequently. The payback will be much better.
Viper is right on track. See this PR where they said they would enter a JV prior to finalizing their acquisitions. They say what they do and do what they say. Once we see the acquisitions with sales and future forecasts, vper will take off. Check out the LED payback period for some lights at 5 months. Why else would a nationwide retailer have such an interest.

Just a guess, but I think they have located in Washington DC as a result of bidding for US government supplier of LED's. Locate in a high unemployment area, with lot's of minorities, provides them with a distinct advantage with gov. contracts. Most contracts actually specify a certain number or percentage of minorities employed. Of course that could be what they stated as being one of the large contracts.
