Just a thought on the OTCQX

Viper acquires two companies plus JV, providing historic revenues above $10 million and profitable. Has the base to expand in a rapidly growing market. The shareholders of the acquired companies get immediate listing on the OTCQX providing capital to expand. All parties win win.
