Agree with everything except the reverse split opinion. Glad you have had good luck with them, but I have never owned a stock that RS and made money. IMO, RS is a tombstone.
It's a conspiracy
Please post a link to the Jane TADF info you refer to.
yeah. lol
You are going to get evicted with talk like that.
Congrats and I agree
There is also the possibility that outside $ would be involved. Dilution isn't the only funding avenue - only that of the meager shareholders like me. Pray for outside funds! If samples are strong, we are all golden.
Thanks. I tried my own interpretation of what I suspected he meant like you did. Maybe he can tell us what HE meant and you can see if your rendition is accurate.
I don't think Kuni cares about PR. IMO he's strictly about building a business. Unfortunately, when you have stockholders, they like to know what's going on and he is totally not getting the idea that they (we) own the company too.
Was this story supposed to encourage or discourage? You lost me.
You talk like your head is elsewhere
Ken: please read this:
I have to get this said:
Initially, I believed in Ken. Unknowlingly, he turned out to be an arrogant, full-of-himself, half-baked person who apparently suffers from a severe case of ADD. Maybe he's a genius - I don't know.
What I do know is that he is NOT a businessmen. He needs a keeper. It appears that he can't focus on any one project or topic long enough to see it thru. History is laden with people like Ken. Richard Nixon was noted for this type of behavior. He would spew dozens of thoughts to his cabinet in the course of their meetings. Unfortunately, most of them were executed - can you say Watergate?
Ken is a mad scientist and I got drawn in by the potential. However, great ideas often never make it past the kitchen table because the great thinker can't get past their own ego. Brilliance in one field doesn't always translate to another. I'm not even sure that brilliance is in question at this point.
I agree with part of your note:
I doubt he meant that Kuni doesn't care about shareholders - after all, he is one.
However, I do not think that a reverse split is advantageous to stockholders. If anything, it signifies a 'tombstone' message across the board. And most investors don't have the wherewithall to dig deeply into a company's books to understand the rationale.
Result: chaos, stock decline, implosion.
Very few pinks survive an RS.
You're right. It's too easy in the heat of battle to forget timetables. BUT, I do respect two facts:
1. What is promised is always delivered.
2. The uncompromising direction of doing what's right for the business versus grandstanding and pumping the stock.
If you are in this for long-term success, I trust that it is inherent.
LOL - man I agree.

HUGE FDA NEWS AND PDMI!
Oh... when's that announcement coming?
And that statement is based on what expertise? Kuni is a proven, successful businessman. His track record and financial performance thus far with PIHN compared to 1000's of other pinks is unparalleled. What part of that screams 'poorly run'?
lol - man are you on the mark. How many people here have 1/2 empty glasses? Show me another company with more potential. Sure there are unknowns. Would anyone have invested money in a couple geeks working in a garage before Microsoft? PIHN is much farther evolved. Yeah, there is risk. If you want a sure thing - buy a Savings Bond.
I've done a lot of dd on frdm. All the fundamentals are strong:
* Experience
* Quality product
* Customers
How many pinks have these qualities and actually have real revenue? I realize we need to see the latest financials, but this company is going to make it.
got it and many thanks
One of the best explanations I've seen regarding MM's
Sorry - what is $50 Friday?
That's about as good of a report that can be expected legally. IMO this is tremendous news. If you own it - hold. If you don't - buy.
What makes a great company?
1. Experience
2. Talent
3. Great product
4. Customers
LFBG has all four. Prove me wrong.
Note that 'naysayers' is not listed.
personly?
Well said Confucious
You are wrong. I never asked if RMs are good for shareholders. Suggest you review your facts
Company stock
Buy any yourself?
I did not say one word about our culture not being trusting. I actually agree with you. Don't twist or misconstrue my words against my own culture - I simply stated what I feel about Kuni and PIHN. Now B-O
Name them
I am talking about SUCCESSFUL pink companies.
I know everyone at PIHN but do not know you.
I want to go on record: Kuni is an honorable man. I respect him and his culture. It is one of integrity and diligence.
Our society is all about instant gratification and I am guilty of same. However, the Japanese way is that of prudence.
What we are part of here is history in the making IMO. Resolve yourself to patience and be rewarded OR abandon ship. Those are your options.
Help me please everyone. What pink companies ever executed a reverse merger that benefited the shareholders? Honest question now. I don't know but haven't experienced any myself. Maybe your answers will help me feel better about your comment.
Please don't leave us hanging with that. What did Maxwell say?
Kind of agree with your investment plan. I believe the retail side of their business is good but with limited expansion potential - at least in its current business model form - although they could expand to other border crossing locations bordering with Mexico in other states. Just wish they would provide more info regarding their eBay business. They always lead off their PR's with mention of it as the foundation of their company and never say another word about it.
Completely disagree - RS has seldom if ever benefited a pink co. Also, if anyone has been paying attention - this company is in a position to go ballistic; it's got a viable business and real customers despite the issues in Japan -- I see very very few opportunities in pinks with the opportunity PIHN presents. I consider this an educated risk with far better odds than the lottery of making me a lot of money.
They're not worth the effort IMO.
