Looking at the disclosure statement, Ryan's not pulling much money out for himself salary wise... IMO.

POPN Bollinger Bands are showing a trend direction reversal starting.... Slowly trending upward now. IMO.

In my opinion COIN is not looking out for, or cares about common stock shareholder.

Good points, but The PROXY wants a 20% reduction, which will directly affect common. Right?...I think COIN will pull out all stops to stay on NASDAQ and common holders will feel the pain.
It may be a little premature to say that, but 10K usually falls short. IMO.

AVT should have plenty of revenue from Flix on Stix to purchase POPN to get AVT's technology out and noticed in the market place. IMO

It is my opinion that a M&A between AVT and POPN will be announced next month.
