COME ON $.054!!! lol
The patent is not for the simple idea of "solar panels on things". We'll get royalties if someone wants to use our patent, which I'm sure is a specific model and fit.
If you look, you'll see other solar bags and stuff already. So just like the iphone charger, it's time to do some compare and contrast with competing products.... once we finally see the bags anywya.
Huh? Since when does this company own all solar panels on all stuff.
They're either slacking or business is booming and the numbers are all over the place :)
Pure float play
I was replying to dingo.
The one phylostachwhatever dude visited Ken and took pictures of the spot.
Good news.
But I wasn't sleeping. I was playing StarCraft II. I love weekends.
Everyone is just wanting a smoking gun, I believe. I like what you've presented, but I'm not going to celebrate prematurely. Just confident that good developments are happening. Doesn't really have to be so huge. And the reason I say that is often when something is hyped like crazy, anything less than what was expected will seem like a letdown. If we're still a simple bank that is just chugging along with some retail Afford-a-cord sales volume and that's it, it would still be great considering the hiring outlook. The acquisitions should look great on the financials eventually, too.
But just so it's clear, I am very bullish because of your research. Thanks.
Two thumbs up!
Well the quarterly financials are expected this coming week. Most think Monday.
It is a projection. But yeah 75 workers for a single lab is pretty significant. Most of these people will probably be skilled technicians making a competitive salary commensurate with Las Vegas cost of living.
Very bullish.
Which is fine, because if he needs money to make money, I can worry about the PPS later.
I can't find what the par value of this stock is. Does anyone know if primaries on the OTC are bought at par value? It would be nice to know how much money was raised over the past month or so with 500 million additional issued.
As far as I know, there's a biodegradable bandage with Martin, a cancer delivery contraption being offered to a pharmaceutical company, and various Kenergy branded solar chargers, and a GreenSmart store in prime location with multiple other locations on the horizon. So I count 4 major money makers in the works.
I really hope the GreenSmart store takes off, even though I think that type of store has been a tough sell so far. Maybe it'll be a standard in malls over half the country. That'd be nice. I wish I had a better idea of the inventory. He did say it would also be offering energy solutions... sort of like consulting as I understood it.
I first thought your formula looked silly. I still think it's a tad improbable that you figured it out so well. But I do think it makes sense.
I just want to know when anything that might be occurring on this level can be let out of the bag. Other than pending contracts, what is the incentive to keep it secret? Are they still positioning themselves and trying to keep business threats at bay by keeping them in the dark? What's the magical event and date where they all say, "Surprise! We're made of gold! Money Money Money!
For me the clincher for confidence is the explicit and confirmed partnership with Dr. Martin, and the fact that Walmart has not taken legal action against Ken. All points to real things coming down the pipe.
I would also like to point out that some dilution has been implied by the PRs. If you look at the two PRs that mention the SS, the OS is higher now. Something like 500 million shares added? So you can see where a good bulk of the volume over the last couple months came from.
You, like most, need to get over the fact that dilution occurs, and accept that it's a natural part of business. Dilution doesn't exist because it's an inherently shady scheme where they are bucking the system. Dilution is really the net effect on the PPS due to additional funds being raised through the selling of shares by the company. It's called selling stock. Doesn't really get any more basic than that.
I never said he was diluting. I am correcting you by stating that his restricted shares being dumped is not what dilution is. The OS is already factored into the PPS. The float simply moves it. Diluting would be Ken selling more shares through the primary market in order to raise funds for the company, not his wallet.
Omg.... please go back 1,000 or so posts. These Lionheart companies were beat to death.
Ken is not a sole proprietor! You're making the argument as though Ken is running a private business. It is the financial institution which appears to be private.
The PR came from us and divulged a name. If there is nothing more to be found, then the lender must wish it so. It's either shady or they run in great circles and need little advertising. I'm hoping for the latter.
This is my sentiment also. I am not necessarily doubting anything about the existence of the lender and the deal. I am just interested in learning about the lender. Now that there is a business relationship between us and them, seeing what they've done and exactly who they are is just a great way to speculate some more.
Not doubting anything, but wanted to point out that if Ken was diluting, that would not mean he was dumping any of his shares. They are two separate processes. Thanks for understanding.
Do you think all patients think alike? We all have different mindsets. There is a market for almost anything.
I don't think the issue of people not wanting to do the DNA testing is an... issue. It's like saying cars shouldn't be sold because some people want to walk. Unless they were forcing the DNA tests upon people that wanted to store cells.
There is a market for these tests, and to me it seems the logic on the business end is that anyone who tests and finds out that they have a high chance of developing a particular disease, will want stem cells banked for when that disease may present itself. If the big news out now is that stem cells are proving to be the future in curing cancer, diabetes, etc.... it's no secret. There's going to be some legitimate hype for this sort of fountain of youth as it starts to become mainstream and proven. Once someone knows they will in all likelihood have diabetes, they will feel compelled to have this cure available to them.
Just as well, these people that are scared to find out what they are susceptible to now, may not be scared in the future for these tests when they know that cures abound for everything anyway. It may take the scariness out of it. Some things that were certainly fatal 300 years ago, that stuff was scary. Not so anymore.
Well, Knef should not want to sell if his deal he is working is becoming reality. It's a purely negative signal that is being sent, especially if WBJ was being honest and it came straight from Ken's lips.
I was thinking long and hard about this, and then just figured that it's best ignored, even if true. The fact is that just because someone can work a deal and is an executive in some form, does not necessarily mean he has any sort of vision. His loss. And like someone said, he's probably dirt broke right now. Just a hunch.
Keep an eye out here:

Eventually "GreenSmart" should show up on that list with some brand images. Will be exciting, for sure.
Sure they do. Business loans require business plans. He must have a good one. And if you're worried about that not being enough, and needing something more substantial, well then perhaps you should believe that he got the loan because he does, in fact, already have something more substantial in place.
Let's not forget that for at least a full year before this company was announced, he was raising funds to get it going. How much was it? He seems to run in a pretty nice circle there in Greater NYC.
Well, in most cases the revenue precludes the buyback. Unless Matt is off his block, we should assume that a buyback announcement implies favorable revenues.
This is why a buyback is considered a positive signal to the market.
You're funny. It's like you're trying to be a day trader with this thing going on months and months and months...
Well, some of these other stem cell companies are worth a lot of coin. To suggest what you are, is pretty much implying that we'd have smoe stellar revenues to report. It's just too soon too fast imo. Not that it can't happen, but it's unlikely. Still expecting a positive trend on the financials, though.
Wow, look at that volume...DUMP. It's still early folks.
Why would you think that this is the "big" August news? Are companies restricted to a single PR per month? lol. As far as I'm concerned, the indicated "reward" has yet to present itself, and the Biocells deal is still supposed to close this month. And the financials? Easily the biggest thing of which we're expecting. Cash flow positive is an easy reversal from here.
No question that it is a legit play. I'm long on this one. In fact my day trading stocks I don't make a single comment on here, because there is absolutely nothing about the company that warrants discussion. All that matters is that the PPS jumps for absolutely anything at all.
But what I do question here is today's run. It is in and of itself not bad. PPS going up is always good. I just don't like false pretenses that a single run event needs to indicate something about the company. When I know that a major penny stock group makes a call on this, and it runs its typical 30 - 50%, I don't credit the run to the company. I credit the run to a bunch of people that sat waiting on an email, and made a mad dash to click in their buys in their brokerage accounts. Right now there are hundreds of day traders playing chicken with the PPS seeing where they can safely get out today and claim to have a made a good one based on that email.
If the PPS stays up then we're all the better for it and perhaps the news really was substantial enough to let the market raise it legitimately. Sucks but nobody really knows anything until after the fact. Trading stocks is almost pure luck and hindsight.
Lol they're not. Not sure where you got that idea. Like this company; making waves as far as I'm concerned. But I believe that this run is a result of Beacon Equity's call today. It's like clock work with these penny stock buying groups.
News is good though, just nothing more substantial than the patent PRs. If we're lucky it'll want to rest at a dime, instead of 8 cents. We'll see.
Yeah I read my horoscope today.
Hate to say it but this is really not much more than a Beacon Equity run. Still highly speculative without any contracts and $$$ in place. CNN news and recent developments are good, regardless.
Lol, because the money isn't THE most important thing, right? The release could be bad, or just worse than expected. Regardless, it is what matters.
I don't care if the tidbits to this point are keeping us at these levels. Let the substantial news move us when it hits. Be thankful you can continue to accumulate at this level rather than .01. Remember it was sitting there for a while too.
Let's wait for the financials this Friday/Monday before thinking like that :)
Obviously there needed to be some $$$ attached to it to make it move accordingly.
