No, he can't. He really has no clue as to what the figures and jargon mean. Just a Copy and Paste poster makes him appear to be something he's not. IMHO, of course.
Do you really expect a derelict company like zevotek to be accepted by a major retailer as a product supplier? The bulb might make it to retail stores somehow but I don't think it will be with zvtk.
Hey bjizzle, no "Leisure Time" contact info???
bjizzle wrote:
That's weird that you found the "Leisure Time" contact info that I and so many others have been unsuccessful in finding after months of research.
So, if you could, please post the address, phone number/fax, website, email, or any other way to contact "Leisure Time", the supposed marketing firm for ZVTK's retail deals. TIA

uhhh bjizzle, remember that with ZVTK we are talkin' a Reverse Split. lol
IMO, very unlikely. Zevotek has been trying for 5 years to be another Viatek success story. But it doesn't appear they've got it in them...
https://www.viatekproducts.com/www.viatekproducts.com/corp/20090513100937/aboutus.html
Also ZVTK currently only has one product, one that Viatek already offers...
https://webportal.orderwave.com/Viatek/portal.0?action=viewItemDetail&itemNumber=IB15C
Zvtk will need a full line of innovative products to survive but they seem to be putting all their eggs in one basket.
If we are lucky maybe Viatek is buying out Zevotek. But I cant think of a good reason why they would.

They sure did hire a marketing "expert"...
...with a one-year renewable exclusive agreement!!!
However nobody could ever prove that the company as named in the PR actually existed.
Zevotek Announces Retail Sales Agreement for Ionic Bulb
NEW YORK, April 13, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zevotek, Inc., (OTCBB:ZVTK) and (Frankfurt:T5V1), a worldwide direct marketer and distributor of innovative personal and home care items, today announced the Company hired a retail sales agency to promote and sell Zevotek's Ionic Bulb to an exclusive list of major U.S. retail chain stores. Zevotek's agreement with Leisure Time, Inc., a Union, New Jersey based company, calls for Leisure Time to present the Ionic Bulb to buyers at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid and BJ's Wholesale Club. Leisure Time is responsible for securing retailer's orders to purchase Ionic Bulbs from Zevotek for sale in those chain's U.S. stores and through their retail websites. Earlier this month, Zevotek and Leisure Time worked together on a presentation to CVS and, following the positive response received, Zevotek and Leisure Time agreed to a one-year renewable exclusive agreement.
Commenting on the announcement, Zevotek's CEO, Rob Babkie, said, "Our agreement with Leisure Time is a major milestone in the Ionic Bulb sales strategy. Zevotek's Ionic Bulb marketing launch nearly three months ago was aimed at getting Ionic Bulbs on retail store shelves across America. Today's announcement shows we are right on target. Leisure Time is widely recognized by the major retailers they will call on to present Zevotek's Ionic Bulb. I am pleased they are attracted by the Ionic Bulb's sales potential and Zevotek's marketing muscle. We are energized by the positive response to the Ionic Bulb and look forward to capitalizing on the opportunity to grow Zevotek's sales this year. Receiving our first order from a major U.S. retailer like CVS would be exciting news and we are working on all fronts to make that happen."
The ZVTK 10K doesn't show that anywhere.
I always like this part...
I don't believe any major retailer would even consider a derelict company like Zevotek as a supplier.
I don't believe ZVTK is doing what is best for themselves and the shareholders.
I don't believe ZVTK has the marketing muscle it needs to bring a major retail deal to fruition.

Ya know bjizzle, they do make CFLs without negative ion generators.
They cost a lot less than Ionic Bulbs and come in all different sizes.

Oh come on, I'm sure one of MOPN's Fundamental Solutions products
is for natural male enhancement too. They just don't have a
separate web site for it.
https://www.fsinh.com/Store/
Hey! I was right they do carry that product...
One for AM...
https://www.fsinh.com/Store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=5
And one for PM...

Would be nice if us shareholders were in on the action. Hopefully we are.
All well and good. I got no problem with weird per se but It just doesn't seem kosher for a publicly traded company to be sharing phone, fax & etc with a guys side business. Unless of course the MOPN investors are in on the deal.
Oh I don't know, Corporate Disclosure maybe? ;)
Yeah, I guess there never was a definitive answer to the question.
Just trying to figure out if I invested in an Oil Clean-up Product Co. or a breast enhancement pill and hangover cure scam. LOL!
Well, as far as I can tell these are not just "previous ventures and names" they current updated up and running businesses. So whether MOP Environmental Solutions and Fundamental Solutions are the same company or separate is yet to be determined?

So, If Fundamental Solutions Inc. is the same Company as MOPN are we also in the natural breast enhancement and herbal supplement/vitamin business as well?
https://www.fsinh.com/Store/
http://www.breastfacts.org
Or, are they completely separate companies operated by Mr. Diamond and simply share addresses, phone, fax and office space.
Seems like it would be tough to juggle it all separately but I have not seen a MOP Environmental Solutions PR including any Fundamental Solutions activities.
Maybe this could be on the list of those Questions for MOPN.(?)
LOL! I wonder if this stuff really works...

That's correct! With the possible 15 day extention, October 15 at the latest. Of course after that and no 10K filing the symbol would change to ZVTKE again.

(PINKSHEETS: ZVTK - Zevotek, Inc.) LATEST NEWS!! Zevotek Announces More Ionic Bulbs on the Way NEW YORK, Jan 4, 2010) -- Zevotek, Inc., (Pink Sheets:ZVTK) (Frankfurt:T5V1), a worldwide direct marketer and distributor of innovative personal and home care items, today announced the Company has ordered the factories that make Zevotek's Ionic Bulb to start producing bulbs in forty foot container load quantities. In announcing the new production order, Zevotek noted a shipment of Ionic Bulbs from a previous production order is arriving at the Torrance, California fulfillment center this week. As announced last week, Zevotek launched a U.S. TV ad campaign with daily airings of its new 2-minute Ionic Bulb infomercial on national cable channels. TV viewers of the Ionic Bulb infomercial have a choice of calling a toll-free number to place orders for Ionic Bulbs or visiting www.newionicbulb.com to place orders online.
Commenting on the announcement, Zevotek's CEO, Adam Engel, said, "I am pleased to announce that we have a growing steady supply of Ionic Bulbs. We are now ordering Ionic Bulbs by the container load to keep pace with plans to ramp up our TV ad schedule. Zevotek's Ionic Bulb sales will grow by running our infomercial more often and broadcasting to even larger TV audiences. Zevotek will also expand Ionic Bulb sales using web marketing too. I look forward to announcing the rollout of those e-commerce initiatives."
Yes Frank, the ion/anion technology can be used in many interesting applications and has been developing for some time. It's also interesting that Zevotek never tried to expand into this Ionic Market with the many products available.

Neither! I'm saying the glass is full of Ionic Kool-aid and it's up to you on whether to drink, or not, based on your DD.
That is merely a patent Application. It does not mean a patent was granted.
This is from ZVTK's last 10K filing...
Patents and Trademarks
On April 2, 2005, Mr. Ryu (and Mr. Chang Min Lee the co-inventor) filed US Patent Application No. 11/097,767 (Publication No. 2006/0078460) entitled “Anion General for Incorporation into Lighting Apparatuses and Other Appliances” with the US Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”). The initial application was rejected on various grounds. Mr. Ryu filed a response and amendment to the initial application with the USPTO on September 9, 2007. Mr. Ryu filed a continuation-in-part (CIP) application on August 7, 2008, serial no. 12/221,908, which claims the benefit of no. 11/097,767, now abandoned. The CIP application adds some new enhancements to the bulb design that further distinguish the invention over the prior art. As of the date of this Annual Report, the CIP is pending and has not yet been examined. We cannot offer any assurance that the application will ultimately be approved by the USPTO. In addition, there is an international patent application on file under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), No PCT/KR2005/002997 (Publication No. WO/2006/031036) entitled Negative Ion Emission Lamp. We intend to file additional applications, as appropriate to protect our rights in the Ionic Bulb.
A divisional application, serial no. 11/820,915, is pending. It is directed to an ionic air purifying device in an appliance such as a fan (rather than in a CFL light bulb). A response to an office action is due October 28, 2009 with one 3 month extension of time. No further extensions are available. .
The initial application for trademark protection for the “Ionic Bulb” brand name was rejected. There is no assurance that trademark protection will ultimately be procured.
Notwithstanding, Mr. Ryu’s and our efforts to protect proprietary rights in the Ionic Bulb, existing trade secret, copyright, and trademark laws afford only limited protection. Further, the assignment of the US Patent Application by the co-inventor has not been perfected by filing with the USPTO. Until such time as this filing is perfected, it is possible that the co-inventor could license the Ionic Bulb to another party. Despite our efforts to protect our proprietary rights and other intellectual property, unauthorized parties may attempt to copy aspects of our products, obtain and use information that we regard as proprietary or misappropriate our copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and similar proprietary rights. In addition, the laws of some foreign countries do not protect proprietary rights to as great an extent as do the laws of the United States. Our means of protecting our proprietary rights may not be adequate. In addition, our competitors might independently develop similar technology or duplicate our products or circumvent any patents or our other intellectual property rights.
"...come to fruition in a few months."
You have got to be kiddin'... LOL!
Brian, personal attacks are a TOS violation.
Having a negative opinion of ZVTK or it's magic bulb does not mean a person is a "Basher" or "has serouis (sic) issues".
This IS Babkie's baby now with insinuating a major retail deal by August or September. Where is the official PR? If sales revenue is low in the upcoming 10k he can be blamed for that as well.
Huh, false statements in public interviews?
Is this a pattern with the Mendirattas? Annette's "Green is Good" interview comes to mind.
1) This case involves the dissemination of false information to the investing public by Universal Express, Inc. ("Universal") and its chief executive officer Richard Altomare and its attorney Chris Gunderson to facilitate an illegal unregistered distribution of 500 million shares of Universal stock to the public through Mark Neuhaus, George Sandhu, Spiga Limited, and Tarun Mendiratta ("the re-sellers"). As the dilutive issuances to the re-sellers apparently weighed on Universal's stock price, Universal issued a series of false press releases from May 2002 to April 2003 announcing funding commitments for a total of $885 million and thereafter made other false statements in public interviews, press releases, and Universal's filings with the Commission.
Interesting... sure seems like there could be a connection somewhere. Maybe the same marketing firm? Leisure Time?
Could be that Hunter was simply showing that the bulb was also in the "green" cleaning product category and used Seventh Generation as a comparison example. If fact I think that Show/Ad was all about green cleaning.
What the heck does your reply have to do with who is Sarah Young?
You know, the new "spokesperson" for zvtk and the Ionic Bulb!?
I don't see how that is "Negative" or "Drags Us Down" and BTW, imo this stock is NOT "a winner" yet.
Anyway, has anyone entertained the thought that Annette Hunter and Sarah Young are the same person? Or that Ms. Young is a fictitious name all together?
What about the other Sarah Young(s)?
What if consumer digest did a typo and It's Sara Young or Sarah Yonge or if Chinese, Yung... Keep on Googlin'... LOL!
Yep, imo just an MOPN appetizer. Still waitin' for the entree. A big juicy Meat entree. No foo-foo stuff. Then perhaps a little dessert.
August rankings?
Then why the heck does it say "Rankings for June 2010" at the bottom?
