I don't think there is 1 Mil available. The only reason we had 1.4 mil volume on Thursday is because a lot of the same shares were sold a number of times as the price was going up.
I know I turned my shares a time or two Thursday.
OK; if you bought 1mm shares that a MM sold you naked short, the MM first would try to walk the share price down and get you to sell the shares back at a loss, and they would make money. If that didn't work they would buy the shares at whatever price they had to pay to provide you with your shares or buy them back from you if they weren't available. That would be a big short squeeze.
But, in reality they would never sell more short then they felt they could cover, they know more about the availability of shares then any investor.
The MM have L3 and can see all the orders and judge the availability of shares on that info. Catching the MM with their pants down is almost impossible.
The reason the share price went to .145 from .0006 on 1.4mm shares is because the MM knew they couldn't sell that many short in order to hold the price down, they had to move it up.
I hope this answered your question.
That's all I can say... WOW
I hope all the nay sayers don't cause folks who don't do there own DD to lose out on a good opertunity.
I think everyone knows a shell will have a large (2B) A/S, and a good shell will have a low O/S... The RM was completed because this is a good shell with a low O/S. There are so many shells out in pinky land that go to da moon on RM rumor and never get anything more than a pump and dump.
The Reverse Merger is complete here!
Just my opinion but this will be a big gainer and I am willing to wait for it, but I don't think it will be a long wait.
I agree 687K is the OS. They can do a forward split and still leave room for raising capital while mantaining shareholders value. And don't forget the R/M is already complete!
Good find. That is the authorized... so what is the outstanding? Can't be much moves to easy. I have never seen a stock with 2B outstanding move up from .0006 to .145 on 1.4M have you?
I used to use TD and moved to Zecco, with TD when a stock started to move they would restrict it to sell only IMO so the MM don't have to compete for shares... Just my openion but I have seen it a lot.
I think it's still a sleeper and soon with PR's we will get a lot of action... but, your right about Friday, I am watching a lot of stocks and non of them are moving like I would expect.
Looks like to get your tickets here you gotta slap that ask!
People are trying to get in now at .04 and no one is selling.
I think new investers are waiting to see if we have a retrace after a big jump yesterday... I think it's going to hold pretty strong, and then move up quickley, there are very few sellers here.

We are up 166.67% so if they are raising the share count then that is responsible fund raising by the company.
Obviously they didn't just dump on us!
They are making money and so am I. I can live with that!
CYCA, thanks.
Sounds like you got your bid squat filled and you want to make sure no one else does!
I think most of us have had to deal with people not making things clear on purpose so they can say "well you misunderstood what I said" when the truth is they didn't want you to understand.
How’s that for a run on sentence.

You say it is not a dividend the company says it is...
Who do I believe?
I believe the wording is intentionally confusing.
That is absolutely correct!
The adjustment will come from the market (what people will pay for the stock) when the additional stock hits the market. Suddenly the availability of more shares will push the price down.
Supply and demand.
The market will set the price.
