Oh, ok, I understand now that you meant 64 cents. But, how would do you mean by / how do you perceive / describe the "set up"?
What do you mean by a "64 stock"? And what do you see as a "set up"?
Thanks, Fish. It’s been a while, but just got to the point that I thought “good night, we need something that would get some serious eyes on this”, and that article popped up. So, I figured let’s get it out there.
Glad for the 60 degree warm up, even its still only 40!

EPS is an essential metric used to determine the common shareholder’s portion of the firm’s profit. EPS measures each common share’s profit allocation in relation to the firm’s total profit.
Can someone give us an analysis of the significance of this?
In my opinion, someone is deliberately tanking the share price at the end of the trading day every day.
Ok, maybe I’m not aware how it works. On what exchange does SPVNF trade?
S7 trades in U.S. as SPVNF
Indeed, “sell, sell, sell”!
SHARES not chairs!
I believe they bought shares yesterday also. I think I heard that they’re only allowed to buy 25% of the volume. If that’s the case it’s going to take them quite some time to pick up the chairs that they can afford with the buyback approved. If people would stop selling, the price will go up!!!!!!
My gut feel is that they weren’t going to start any buyback before the official statement at the conference call. I think we’ll see it soon.
Just my take.
No clue
This volume today might well be the company doing some buyback.
Yes, but he said there were no targets that were interesting that would have any thing to add to VirTra.
Here are some points from the annual meeting:
1. Sales department as 18 personnel, predominantly focused on law enforcement sales. The efforts at military sales varies with the government issuing notices of interest.
2. CEO seemed (to us) quite receptive to the finishing the buyback that was previously authorized ($800K ?)
3. Liolios - they have specific history and experience with similar technology and taking a company from sub-$1 to mid-$20's.
4. There are no material, labor or supply chain contraints to fulfilling large orders. Specifically referencing recent large orders - they did not require new hires, lead times, or any additional space. Obviously, at some level there would be an "upper limit", but it is not a concern at this time.
5. CEO and Board are open to a buyout of the company.
6. Independent board members: one has long history with finances of VirTra (valuable for this reason) and owns shares; the other two have long and significant and successful experience with leading and growing companies. Both Richardson and Saltz have significant business contacts and relationships that are and may greatly benefit VirTra going forward especially in the STE space that is becoming front and center.
7. There was clear enthusiasm for the STE needs of the military and the role VirTra could play. CEO said the military is going in a new direction with the procurement process that he felt would eliminate some of the "old boy" network, and instead allow younger and more technically advanced personnel to make way faster purchasing decisions for new technology. And, that with VirTra/ Bob being one of only three private sector speakers/representatives to be invited to present at the November conference that really bodes well for VirTra.
Personally, I believe we are on the cusp of some great things. That is how I felt coming away from the meeting, and the other shareholder who was with me felt the same way.
I’m working on it with a fellow attendee who also has a significant stake in VirTra. Very busy weekend for both our families, so it’s taking some time.
Yes, actually I was / am. I’m just boarding my flight home. I’ll share more tomorrow. But, I believe many things are coming together, and this meeting in Orlando in November regarding STE is huge and the culmination of a long, carefully calculated and executed plan.
Trailing twelve months revenue 19 million, with 3.3 million net income. That’s 41.8 cents per outstanding share, so at today’s price that’s a PE of 12.5. Assuming my math is correct. With a growth rate of 18 percent, the PE should be significantly higher than 12.5. IMO
Yes, email me at OnlineAtty@gmail.com
It’s Hermanos. And, yes, both.
Schneider: when you remember the name of that company, can you post it here? Thanks
I do, too, Fish. I think we’ll be pleasantly surprised. I’ve not been this hopeful in a long time.
I meant, yes, me too
Me too ??
