In the near term, I would say merger. These people need a lot of cash to walk away clean. What is patent worth, and what is it worth to not have these guys around to some people. I think current officers need 20M to walk.

Without a doubt everybody agrees with you, hard facts are needed. The last two pr's were basicly just fluff. Three weeks ago this co was not buyable or mergerable co.. It needs product, $$$, and a good pps, to be on the market. I dont think they will let it go to sub penny.

That pat was filed years ago, limited tech then, from what Ive read most cos. want to work with sfor, It has been said that they have the best oub inv. ever invented. At this point I think s4 would be more interested in partnerships.
