You really overdo it with these posts. It's like a comedy. Hard to take it seriously.
I was hoping for that too. I was going to cancel my sell order at .0003 if the right news or volume came in. But at this point it looks like Lenny isn't going to pump it again until all the restricted shareholders have sold. I guess he wants to screw them over and doesn't want them killing his run.
It could either of those but in addition it is likely that shareholders are dumping in anticipation of the 400M shares becoming unrestricted in a week or so.
Yes movement - it's 10M away from ticking DOWN to .0001/.0002 ...
99% of that volume was SELLING at .0002 in case you didn't know.
No, Scottrade
Thanks for bragging... You must be using a better broker than me. My order was routed through ETMM and was constantly somewhere in a queue of 100M shares.
Looks like the bid of .0002 will already be gone before the dump of 400M restricted shares so we will get them all at .0001. Who will be the lucky ones to get them?
You're so lucky. I couldn't sell a single share at .0003 for 5 weeks...
I dont understand your question/statement. I was just pointing out how the MMs behave. VNDM often sells a large amount of shares but only displays an order size of 5000 shares which is false.
That's so sleazy how all the other MMs have to show their actual orders sizes except the dilutors. VNDM can just show 50...
So basically they're in the business of handling money but not really making any of it. What is the point? This thing is a joke...
um lol why would anyone care about a 3% change in share structure? How does that effect anything at all? You're investing in a .0001/.0002 stock. Right now you're thoughts are whether you might make 100%, make 500%, break even, lose 50% (if you bought at .0002), or lose 100% (most likely). Where does a number as small as 3% fit into all this?
Why, if they are supposedly already having hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in revenue, do they need to dilute nearly a billion shares at .0002????
Wow what a slaughter. 40M left on the bid. Every single investor here of the billions of shares now in the float is about to lose 100% of their investment when this goes to no-bid except the lucky few who can sell on the ask...
There are now 2 BILLION shares on the ask at .0002.
Why does a company that is "worth .01+" need to dilute billions of shares at .0001?
Maybe .01+ after a reverse split...
I would like to get inside the mind of the guy who buys 2M at .0002 when there are 2B shares on the ask and only 40M shares left on the bid...
What would it take to get Refills4You on the first page of a Google search? If we could do that, revenues would start increasing exponentially. We would see thousands of percent from here at least.
I cant believe people were spamming this stock all over other stock boards when it was in .20s right before the drop. Not only were they violating TOU but carelessly making people lose money on top of it. They should all be banned.
".50 cent" - what does that mean .005?
nope most people just say "RS"...
On pinks there's a brief afterhours window between 4PM and 5PM for market makers and people who pay a lot to special brokers. This could be an indication that some shorts are going to be forced to cover at T+13.
There are two afterhours trades of 500K each.
It's not over. Form Ts??? 16M now
You say "back when the whole world was focusing on LKEN" - I assume you mean investors. Well if all the investor interest is gone at the moment then I would say that would mean LKEN is at the market's most deflated price IE rock bottom. Isn't that a good thing? Meanwhile, CUSTOMER interest is rising with Skymall, DRTV, etc. CUSTOMER interest is what REALLY matters. If investor interest is down at the same time that customer interest is rising then I'd say that is the perfect storm for an excellent buying opportunity. You get to see TWO spikes: one is a correction from when the market was overly negative and pessimistic (those people from before rebuying), and then two you get even more people buying because LKEN's fundamentals are actually improving and it's valuation is actually rising from actual revenues.
If LKEN simply got any kind of placement on Google, it would probably increase their sales at least ten fold.
The only way to get .0002s is if you were bidding on May 12 at 3PM. You missed that boat.
LKEN has not done a RS in AT LEAST 10 YEARS (maybe even longer). They don't do RSes. Then when it finally came time where they maxed out the AS, they simply doubled the AS. Do you think they did that just so they could turn right around and do an RS? I don't think so.
That's all you've got is this bit about RSes to say why this should ever go any lower than it is now. Ooh scare scare doom gloom blood on the streets. Meanwhile you have no proof to back up that there is going to be an RS or that there is even any likelyhood that there is going to be an RS.
Still only a market cap of $1.5M at .0003 - for a company that has consistently had $120K/year of sales WITHOUT any advertising or awareness, and now is on Skymall, getting on DRTV, and has new marketing directors.
.0001/.0002? I was thinking NO BID. There was only 8M left on the bid at the end of today.
IF there is another 400M dump of restricted shares then the float is increasing by about 20% and the OS is increasing by 0%. Big whooping deal. We'll probably be back at .0002/.0003 on the same day or the next (assuming we were at .0002/.0003 to start and not higher). Perhaps there would be even MORE interest afterwards because people wont be anticipating some defined opportunity they think they are going to get in a set period of time to get cheapies.
I would love if shares sometimes just went into thin air whenever someone sold them. Then the OS would actually be decreasing lol
Are they even going to bother pumping this anymore or are they just satisfied selling $10K of shares every 3-6 months inbetween RSes? Why even own a publicly traded company if youre just going to drive it right into the ground? They shouldnt even be allowed to trade this on the pinksheets.
Does anyone think this is safe to buy at .0001 or will it just go to no bid and sit there for 3 months straight until the next RS?
You want to talk OS? When LKEN visited .03XX, it had about a 4 bil OS. When LKEN visited .0186, it had about a 4.8 bil OS. Now the OS is 5.1 bil. The OS hasnt really changed a big deal... The only thing thats really changed is the float.
The attitude on the board right now is the same attitude that everyone had inbetween the November and February runs. Everyone thought it was over at .0005 just because the float had increased. Then BAM .0186. This familiar attitude here is making this extra appealing to me.
Another tick down would DEFINITELY arouse my interest. :)
The only way that would happen is MAYBE if the remaining restricted positions were dumped. And then, at that point, there would be no more restricted shares to dump and the PPS couldn't possibly go any lower. Now that's what I call ROCK bottom! It would be a measly $500K market cap for a real company already turning $120K/year in sales doing real business and real expansions that we can actually see on respectable websites. Meanwhile there are complete scams out there that do no business at all and are trading for tens or hundreds of millions of dollars market cap...
A "sell" occurs when a seller forces a trade by hitting the bid. It doesn't matter who was on the bid... of COURSE there was someone on the bid. Where do you think it goes - nowhere?
I would have asked more than that. I would like to ask how far they've progressed with DRTV and what else is involved in their 'marketing strategy'. It might be useful to suggest that they improve their Google rankings by adding keywords to their site or paying for placement.
omfg who is buying these billions of dilution at .0001 on a daily basis? How is this not at no bid? now there is 1.64 billion shares on the ask. 1.64 BILLION SHARES. And people are still buying at .0002?! I dont get it.
APCX is nothing but a $1 iPhone App of a still image and a mysterious overseas telecom business that immediately pays 95% of any revenues it gets back as commissions to some other telecom... The whole telecom thing probably doesn't even exist, so APCX is really just one iPhone app. Why not just write your own iPhone app instead of investing in APCX? All it costs is $99 to become an Apple developer and then you get to keep all of the revenues for yourself instead of splitting it among 1000 investors in a scam stock.
With no awareness and no marketing at all - just some obscure website - LKEN has been able to sell about $120K of its cartridges per year. What do you think that number will rise to now that it is in Skymall? What about if it gets on DRTV? Heck I think we should even email the CEO and tell him that he should pay for some Google ads. If we appeared on the first or second page of Google when someone typed "ink refill", that would be HUGE. Does anyone want to help me compose a letter?
Don't forget any of those 140M on the ask could just be can canceled at any time if the market get psyched up about something. I bet half of it would be canceled just from seeing good volume alone - that pattern was occurring on the day after the dump. This new L2 with the specific share numbers is brand new - do you think things didn't look like this before on others stocks that bounced?
