Bid / Ask ... 255 /68 mil ..... pinch, pop, pop, pop...... :)
Do I jinx it..... pincher play..... almost there... :)
Check the financials bud....Revenue and A/R increasing every quarter....
What WNTR had before FK took over. Cellular communications technology for warning systems etc. .... may be the reason behind TTT Investment Trust (Wade Clark ... Business Development Director at Motorola Solutions) having a sizeable investment here (beneficial shareholders. ..common and preferred stock).
Considering your opinions posted...I invite you to have an in-depth look at the financials dating back for 5 years to give you a solid understanding of what is really happening here.
...don't get too excited though :)
HH ... I've been doing some research and can't seem to find where this information was distributed publicly. Can you help?
Re....The number of shares in the transactions listed..
ht
I'd like to propose an idea for 'constructive' thought and/or debate.
From the PR announcements we know that WNTR owns at least 20% of I-texts through their portfolio company Global Marketing Services LLC (*will refer to as GMS).
We also know that GMS has majority control of I-texts.
To make it easier here's a for instance (not necessarily fact, simply a theoretical)...
If GMS owns 80% of I-texts, and WNTR owns 20% of I-texts, through GMS being a portfolio company, WNTR, in effect, owns 25% of GMS.
Now, for discussion.
We know Frank is spinning off companies to list on their own and judging by the currently listing GCHI, and his numerous remarks about up-listing, we can surmise that he may wish to list I-texts on a major exchange.
We know that I-texts had their major nationwide campaign rollout about 6 months ago, and even though I can't seem to find information regarding the length of time I-texts has been in business, It is fairly safe to assume IMO that they do not meet the requirements to list on an American major exchange such as the NYSE or Nasdaq.
We also know that FK has PRed about 2 separate funding commitments for $30 million dollars.
Although hotly debated, there have been a few theoreticals of I-texts potential earnings profiled by some of the investors here.
Saying that, some, such as myself, see a mega advertising company in the initial stages (ramping up very quickly IMO) which, if the suggested earnings potential is even remotely accurate would be a powerful investment interest for 'Big Money' and would be a prime candidate for major exchange trading.
Here is the thought: Is it possible for GMS (having majority control of I-texts) to up-list (receiving the $30 million funding through being a WNTR portfolio company) based on I-texts revenue potential, and sufficient regulatory historical earnings of GMS?
If anyone has any information/DD on Global Marketing Services LLC that they can share it would be greatly appreciated.
Lol.... we'll the first statement was a fact from observing L2 in conjunction with the 2 recent filings regarding Redwood. The second remark was an observation based on statistical analysis for those who can read charts and understand how a pincher play forms with the ppo and adx pinching. And the third point was simply a possibility of future trading. But thanks for the opinion....we all have one. Have a good day sir.
Lol....just shows that the dilution recently was a result of their converted note.....now with less selling pressure and a pincher play forming I wouldn't be surprised if it goes up from here.
Well you definitely have a better perspective considering you heard his voice and tone, etc....just thought the other option was a possibility.
What do you think about the possibility of waiting to perform the audit because FK may be expecting to close a big deal or something soon and wants to have it on the books prior to GCHI trading?
Just re - reading your synopsis of the conversation. When he said "Hmmm, I didn't say that...", do you think it was a response to the audit not being started, or whether or not they had the contract. It seems that he was forthright that the audit had not started but when you responded with that fact and then added that they had the contract he replied with the above quote.
It seems he was obviously tight - lipped for some reason. Maybe he was in charge of the audit by that firm...if they went through with the contract but FK went somewhere else with it and hasn't PRed about it. Maybe there is something else...I don't know. I'm sure we'll find out eventually.
I have no info regarding the audit. As I mentioned I am very thankful for your DD and sharing it with us Ding. All I am doing is trying to think outside the box and ensure I do not assume anything, even though it may be probable, since I have a considerable amount of money invested.
....just tossing ideas around..
Cheers,
Nate
Let's be clear. While I definitely appreciate DD that is shared here on the board, what we have discovered is that the audit firm that was originally supposed to perform the audit has not done it. Anything more is simply an assumption. Saying that, while it is possible the audit was delayed, is it not also possible that the audit was contracted out to a different firm since the PR?
All that I am saying is...assuming anything is a big risk in this casino....
I also questioned the validity of the information posted and normally would not post negativity regarding PMCM, and as you know from reading my previous posts, I have been heavily invested in PMCM for some time, but just to verify....
I had emailed Jessica previously a few months ago regarding the initial acquisition and she was very forthcoming and the info was validated shortly thereafter.
I am definitely hoping DM gets things in order here shortly and updates us with some solid information.
Hmmm... may turn out to be very good timing.
Anyone notice that the symbol for GCHI changed in our accounts on Tuesday to... 8T54294
Here's what it has under my 'activity' tab...
Awesome info. Thanks for sharing!
Some good info there showing the stellar progress of just one of the many things Frank has on his plate.
Much appreciated!
I've seen a lot of suggestions regarding the next dividend payout. Has anyone considered the possibility of a cash dividend, possibly from GCHI? ... It could do wonders for the PPS upon beginning to trade.
As far as itexts is concerned they started their nationwide campaign less than 6 months ago, so for a start up company they are doing absolutely stellar if you do the math on the increase in accounts receivable due WNTR period over period and considering their percentage stake in the company. Also add the fact of what has been going on with the adding of Blackbaud, Rakuten, and big advertisers such as Walmart.

IMO, itexts is an absolute goldmine in the initial stages. Oober excited about getting dividends of this unique gem.
Yes. Dividends were paid out quite a while ago.
Yes, unfortunately, but here's to hoping that Primco can get their affairs in order and turn a profit at Suzie Q's thus enabling them with the cash to pay off the convertible notes prior to their conversion dates and reducing the (diluted) O/S to less than 2.5 billion (which is where I believe they are at with rough calculations).
As of the latest financials the O/S was 1.9 billion (basic) and 4.9 billion (diluted).
The A/S was recently increased from 5 billion to 9 billion to accommodate for the notes convertible IMO.
The O/S was increased by c. 450 million paid to one of the Redwood corps but unsure whether or not that was already included in the (diluted) O/S, keeping the (diluted) O/S at 4.9 billion and increasing the (basic) O/S to 2.3-2.4 billion or if it was not included thus also increasing the (diluted) O/S to 5.3 billion.
Also, there may possibly have been other converted notes in the past few weeks which were less than 5% of the O/S causing an increase in either or both of the O/S as well.
Considered that. I wonder if we will ever know if that is the case.
Which brokerage doesn't?
One would have to think that Frank understands the sentiments of his shareholders (ie. Pinksheet traders) and will pull some rabbits out of the hat before GCHI starts trading. Well...here's to hoping anyways...lol
No. If you are on record as a shareholder on October 31st then you will see itext shares in your account on November 21st.
No problem. I'm sure we'll be using it eventually.
Cheers
The GCHI shares in our accounts are worth $1 each.
Quite a few people are expecting the PPS to fall as soon as it starts trading but I am expecting some mega PRs to drop prior to the initial trade date that will propel some buying.

Agreed, not much substance. The website disclaimer section shows they are receiving 25 thousand dollars and 25 million restricted common shares for 4 months of coverage....Oct through Jan 2015.
Yes I read that...as I replied to it....no proof that it deals with this case.....and still no link......I guess that says it all.....
Oh I see. So no link then. Then I would have to agree that this is not proof since there is nothing in that quote which has any direct correlation to the topic being discussed.
