Absolutely. There have been Series 'C' shares Issued for acquisition. Par Value .001. Valued at $5.00/share. I believe they are convertible at a 10:1 ratio. Saying this, anything under a $0.50 PPS for common shares would be a loss to convert.

And dilution of common shares has happened...the financials tell the story... I think some attention should be given to the Stockholder's Equity section of the financial reports to help understand. For one, dilution has happened as a result of the Ludvik transaction in accordance with a third party acquiring the $650,000 note due. However, realizing the changes in the Issued and Outstand shares within the past year leans credence to the fact that Frank is being very savvy about his personal investment in WNTR. (ie. reduction of Outstanding shares from Q1 to Q2 2014).
