Everyone knows why buyers are so anxious to get their hands on a JBI's flagship processor. It has input of 2000+ lb./hr and 30+ continuous run days and makes in-spec fuel.
We're not relying on a dream, we're relying on the best pyrolysis processor ever created. Our flagship. There are many interested parties. They're doing there homework. Multi-Million dollar deals don't happen overnight - I suggest 6-9 months
Because a sale has yet to be announced does not mean there are no interested buyers. A sale of this magnitute takes substantial time.
lol - that makes no sense.
so your theory is that made fuel and are holding it? Why would they do that. After all they seem to have buyers.
I expect your timeline is accurate - but I'm thinking the buyers became serious shortly after the AGM. Testing of their feedstock and reviewing existing data.
It was no surprise the K wasn't filed on time (although I was hoping our new CFO could perform a miracle).. He'll get it out within a reasonable time.
ask yourself this: If JB is a scam why didn't he sell all his shares (millions of them) when the share price was 7+ dollars. Doesn't make a lot of sense does it? End of that theory - for good.
well - we've been through it all. Crisis after crisis, roadblock after roadblock. JBI will either be what we've always thought it could be or it will not. I expect we will know which is true in the few days. Personally I'm here because I've always believed in JB's abilities and I've always felt the catalyst will be the difference maker. Too close to bail now. Perhaps more buying is in the cards now that the late "K" hasn't resulted in a further raid which in itself is encouraging. I was thinking a small decrease might occur but it appears the crew now believes JBI will actually survive. They've worked extremely hard to kill her - hasn't happened and isn't likely to happen now.
all is coming to an end here - in a good way for JBI. IMO the next 60 days will prove that JBI is ready to move to the next level. Sales, sales and more sales. Roll-out is near..
patience - all is coming very soon.
That is just incredible - that was actually deemed a "pump"?
someone actually deems this as pumping? There must have been something more than that no?
I missed the "pump" on kraft foods. Can you provide all the links to this?
Well we've seen pretty much everything to this point but the company has survived. All they have left is the black helicopters.
something coming good in the K - someone knows something?
Wet Plastic?
It will never be done . The same thing will be mentioned over and over and over again.
Things are pretty obvious here: This past week in 6 days they showed a total of 174,424 shares traded and on the 7th day they show 173,882.
JBI Inc soon to be on a major stock exchange - wonder which one they're apply to - Nasdaq. TSX, NYSE CNSX
Jbi longs? That story has yet to be written - I expect we'll know the answer to that in the next 60 days.
For now the DEC. There are certain plastics not allowed to be processed. I expect that will change in the future and may be allowable in other States now.
not sure how we went from discussing the A company to what you wrote. There were no no excuses.
I expect the whales did their homework. By the way, where is the A company's flagship, and I hope you're not going mention failed some pilot project. Do you know of any company that's happy with the A company's processor.
I bet Waste Management wishes they had't gotten involved with the A company and if given the opportunity to do it all over again with what they know they would never have gotten involved. The toxic wastes produced by their process must be a huge issue with very little they can do about its disposal (where is that waste going anyway). I doubt that the NY DEC would ever issue licences in New York as the last thing they want is a process that creates a worse environmental issue than the one they are suppose to be solving.
who was charged? There were suits both dismissed.
So if the company went "treats up" how would investors "not have lost money all of this money". Not following.
Come on, without John this company and its state of the art technology would not exist. His perseverance and dedication are only a couple of reasons why we are at the roll-out stage and on the verge of greatness.
Sure if they're ready to buy that State would be perfect. I expect they're in the buyers line
in Niagara Falls.
Thanks for the reminder of the awesome input numbers being achieved in the first few months of operation.
What happens if they don't miss the deadline. All this speculation to start a new conspiracy.
there is no need for .2 gallon/ of HTF - it's the acceptable amount approved by the DEC. Using HTF makes the pyrolysis process work better. I expect there will be a lot of interest in the processor just for the purpose of cleaning used HTF.
Expenses all covered by insurance.
no need to move - but there is a need for expansion to other sites
Anyone knowing about a site with buildings and land in a warm state let me know. Perhaps JBI is interested in a second and or third site.
Yes - so very obvious that they meant processor 4 & 5 - They are identical copies of the flagship.
The commission always reports the results. The hearing wasn't scheduled to start until 1:30 so to get the results that fast was pretty awesome. Was there a point you were trying to make?
They have access to lots of places to do assembly and testing. Who know they may even do that at the buyers location.
That's exactly right - in fact, they've said that 4 & 5 have the same design as the flagship - that no further changes are needed.
I provided all the info you require in my post. If you require further explanation I recommend you read the December 2013 AGM transcript.
