I bet Waste Management wishes they had't gotten involved with the A company and if given the opportunity to do it all over again with what they know they would never have gotten involved. The toxic wastes produced by their process must be a huge issue with very little they can do about its disposal (where is that waste going anyway). I doubt that the NY DEC would ever issue licences in New York as the last thing they want is a process that creates a worse environmental issue than the one they are suppose to be solving.
