I don't know but I been told it's hard to run with the weight of gold Other hand I heard it said it's just as hard with the weight of lead

Fact, some ignore the facts.
Who knows over a million traded someone bought them!
Now's not the time for cold feet the gold has been starting to flow,
now is the time when fortunes can be made.
Anyone that can understand the progress and pr's knows the difference. GO NBRI
I don't know have they pr'd about it yet. No
We hear a lot of things about nbri most are not close to considering the whole picture. It not just about the bad or the good it's about the big picture and the progress, which seems to be overlooked
Yay for GOLD Yay for NBRI and shareholders!
They both look the same because they are to SCALE that is what the dime is for.
Make it as big or as small as you want it, does not change the fact that the dime is still the size of a dime.
If they wanted to fool someone they would not have included a common object for reference that any average Joe knows the size of.
Do you want answers. well here ya go.

According to the SEC complaint, Edward Bronson and E-Lionheart Associates. LLC (also doing business as Fairhills Capital) bought billions of shares of substantially discounted unregistered non-exempt stock from approximately 100 OTC Link (PK) companies and illegally dumped them onto the public market allegedly reaping over $10 million in illegal profits.

When a quarter backs arm gets week they retire him...
Unless you have turn key operation that can move into gold at 5 times that speed. No need to buy and build a plant no need to secure permits, just bring the mine back into shape with a little retimbering and clearing away some collapsed areas. Bring it up to msha standards and open up some channels and gold is flowing before the bulk samples even begin.
Just in case some one forgot the Ruby Mine is located in a proven rich gold filled area know as:
The Mother Lode- Mother Lode is most famously the name given to a long alignment of hard-rock gold deposits stretching northwest to southeast in the Sierra Nevada of California. It was discovered in the early 1850s, during the California gold rush. The California Mother Lode is a zone from 1.5 to 6 kilometres (0.93 to 3.73 mi) wide and 190 kilometres (120 mi) long, extending from Georgetown in El Dorado County on the north, through Amador, Calaveras, and Tuolumne counties, south to Mormon Bar in Mariposa County.
Following the elucidation of the theory of plate tectonics, the Mother Lode was found to coincide with the suture line of a terrane, the Smartville Block. The zone contains hundreds of mines and prospects, including some of the best-known historic mines of the gold-rush era. Individual gold deposits within the Mother Lode are gold-bearing quartz veins up to 15 metres (49 ft) thick and a few thousand feet long. The California Mother Lode was one of the most productive gold-producing districts in the United States. Now it is known as a destination for tourism.[2]
The California gold rush, as with most gold rushes, started with the discovery of placer gold in sands and gravels of streambeds, where the gold had eroded from the hard-rock vein deposits. Placer miners followed the gold-bearing sands upstream to discover the source in the bedrock. This source was the "mother" of the gold in the river and so was dubbed the "mother lode".
California Mother Lode - It was discovered in the early 1850s
- North Bay Resources Inc. (OTCQB: NBRI) ("North Bay" or the "Company") is pleased to report that access to the Big Bend section of the Black Channel has been achieved, as the Big Bend Bypass Raise has broken through into the Black Channel gravels.
The Big Bend section of the Black Channel is the area of the Ruby Mine where we believe the most spectacular nuggets ever to come out of the California Mother Lode were recovered by C.L. Best in the period just prior to when the Ruby was ordered closed by the US government during WWII. To the best of our knowledge, no mining has occurred in this area since the 1940's. Prior operators principally worked the southern section of the Black Channel in the area of the 109 Raise, as well as the Lawry Shaft area to the north. The Big Bend lies in between these two locations, and with access to it, several other known mining targets in close proximity to the Big Bend also become available to us, including the areas known as the Pilot Channel, Sally's Alley, and the Mt. Vernon Channel.
The Big Bend Bypass Raise is now being securely linked and integrated into the existing Black Channel workings, and will provide a direct connection and accessway between the main Ruby Tunnel haulageway and the upstream Black Channel workings just north of the Big Bend area.
I really love your style buying in at the top and warning everyone about how bad NBRI is. What I really like is your attention to the details focusing only on the pps and not bothering with anything else. sounds like an investing strategy that could work for anyone even the novice. CONGRATS!
If you're selling pot it is, not in gold measurement.
Your story of buying in at the top and then speaking daily about the pitfalls of investing in NBRI are a God send you just may have saved hundreds if not thousands of investors money they could have pissed away elsewhere.
Bravo!
well said
then obviously that's not it
yeah gold keeps showing up and before bulk sampling of target areas hehehehe
yup why not post it all then? it did not say any where in that paragraph they were mining 24/7...
In other news, the drilling program that recommenced on June 9, 2014, is still ongoing. We also note that the mining crew was increased last month and began working 7 days per week in 2 split shifts. The drilling has been conducted nightly during an additional night shift, and as a result we have been working 24/7 while the drilling remains in progress. Thus far we have drilled 10 holes at various key locations above the Ruby Adit for a total of 1,074 feet. We expect to drill at least 600 to 1,000 more feet before the drilling program is concluded.
Either way that was not accurate to what is actually happening in the mine period.
really?
Post a link to show the status one way or the other, works both ways.
Yup it is what it is until the gold flows. It's either a curse or a blessing depending on ones point of view.
Good. so when the black channel has been made ready to sample they will move tons of gravel out and process it. Basically it's mining, except this time it is in a targeted area.
Sounds like what we should be doing. I know we all have had to wait what seems like an eternity to get to this point but we are here and I for one am glad.
GLTY
do you understand what bulk sampling is?
Thanks Bruce,I hope to be thorough and help others understand how things work in the Ruby the best that I can.
I am always up for learning more and sharing that info with others.
I welcome anyone to add or take away from what I post so long as it is factual and not opinion or agenda based.
GO NBRI
I feel like this has been covered many times already:
1. yes they punched through to the black channel
2. the area leading into the black channel needs to be made safe ie. timbering and reinforcements
3. they have two crews if one crew is preparing the black channel should the other crew just stand around with their thumbs up their butts. NO they should be productive and do other needed work.
4. They just can't send a ton of people into the black channel at once it's not feasible, even after it is timbered. When it is timbered a crew will be sent in to sample.
this is all pretty straight forward.
AFTER ALL THE BLACK CHANNEL IS A TARGETED AREA FOR SAMPLING.
NBRI - What we have here is a company that is rapidly approaching production in a well documented gold rich area known as the "Mother lode".
hmmm looks like results of preparing to mine the RUBY...
The facts speak louder than opinions
Ruby Timeline
Oct 1, 2010 – North Bay Executes Option Agreement to Acquire Ruby Mine.
July 1, 2011 – North Bay exercises option and completes the acquisition of Ruby Gold, Inc. and the Ruby Mine. Upon transfer of title to Ruby Gold, Inc., work begins.
July 26, 2011 – Preliminary cleanup and maintenance underway; Operational planning initiated; Expansion of tailings area and amendment to Reclamation Plan given first priority.
September 6, 2011 – Survey to expand Ruby tailings area completed; Bidding process for mining contractors to conduct Ruby Tunnel rehabilitation work begins.
October 3, 2011 – CME Services selected and engaged as mining contractor; Amendment to Reclamation Plan for tailings expansion filed with State of California and Sierra County;
October 24, 2011 – Underground work at the Ruby begins for the first time since 1998. Initial goal is to rehabilitate the Ruby Tunnel by restoring underground ventilation throughout the entire length of the Ruby tunnel system. This is the first stage in reopening the Ruby tunnel entirely, from the Ruby Portal to the secondary exit at the Lawry Shaft, which entailed the clearing from the underground workings of all extraneous debris (cave-ins) and re-timbering the tunnel to reinforce ground support as-needed. The work was initially expected to take a minimum of four to six weeks. This assumed the first cave-in to be cleared was the only one blocking the airflow. This was not the case, and the work advanced to the next of what proved to be dozens of caved in areas further upstream within the Ruby Tunnel.
December 13, 2011 - Work has been progressing at a steady pace since the tunnel rehab project began six weeks earlier. More timber in the tunnel is being replaced than originally anticipated. The rehab work to fully reinforce the structural integrity of the tunnel for the long-term and to provide the optimal conditions for safe operations once production begins was now seen to require a longer term commitment than originally planned. Work was ordered to continue through the winter, weather-permitting.
December 22, 2011 - Revised Reclamation Plan for Ruby Mine Receives Formal Approval from Sierra County and California Office of Mine Reclamation.
February 9, 2012 – Work has continued uninterrupted through mid-winter. Rehab work reaches the Wolf Vein workings approximately 3,000 feet within the Ruby tunnel. More than 30,000 board feet of mining timber has been replaced by this point, and nearly 3,000 feet of new ventilation duct has been installed. The rehab work has advanced almost halfway through the Ruby Tunnel towards our primary mining target, which is the "Big Bend" section of the Black Channel.
July 22, 2012 – Rehab work has advanced to within 600 feet of the 4900 vein and the approach to the Black Channel. Dozens of caved-in areas have been cleared. Over 60,000 feet of new timber and almost 5,000 feet of new ventilation duct have been installed.
July 23, 2012 – MSHA issues work stoppage order. Order relates to the requirement to have an MSHA-approved mine rescue team on standby within a reasonable distance from the mine, documentation of MSHA-approved safety training of some of the miners, and the lack of an MSHA-approved personnel transportation rail car designated specifically for that purpose. All work at the Ruby project has been temporarily halted to allow time for the Company to comply with these issues and bring the Ruby project into full compliance with current MSHA regulations.
August 30, 2012 - MSHA Approves Ruby Mine Alternative Mine Rescue Plan and Safety Plans. Work stoppage continues until MSHA inspector returns to site.
September 18, 2012 - MSHA confirms that the Ruby's new MSHA-approved safety training plan has been completed, certified, and formally verified. All previous stop work orders have been lifted, and operations at the Ruby Mine to complete rehabilitation work are set to resume. To continue to comply with MSHA regulations, underground work is limited to the construction and installation of a refuge chamber within the tunnel per MSHA requirements before underground rehab work can continue. Surface operations to comply with other MSHA regulations occupied most of the crew for the next 3 months.
January 3, 2013 – Heavy snows force suspension of operations for the winter.
April 29, 2013 – Operations resume following winter layover. Most work continued to be related to compliance with MSHA regulations pertaining to fire suppression of surface structures, elevating berms, electrical grounding reinforcement, fire sprinkler installation, etc.
July 1, 2013 – Underground MSHA-mandated refuge chamber completed. Full underground rehab operations resume for the first time since July 23, 2012.
July 26, 2013 – Major milestone reached. The last remaining air blockage in the tunnel was breached, thereby restoring natural airflow throughout the entire length of the Ruby tunnel system. The Ruby is open. Were it not for the aftermath of the MSHA shutdown in July 2012 and the winter layover, this milestone would have been achieved a full year earlier.
August 27, 2013 – Preparations begin to start test mining in the White Channel as rehab work continues further upstream towards the Black Channel.
September 10, 2013 – Last remaining obstacle in the Ruby Tunnel at the 4900 vein cleared; Lower portion of Black Channel now accessible. Additional rehab work to reinforce and retimber the Black Channel workings still needed before bulk sampling and test mining can begin in that location. Preparations to begin test mining at the White Channel continue.
October 1, 2013 – Federal Government shutdown impacts prompt issuance of Ruby blasting permit from ATF. Test mining on hold until blasting is allowed.
October 15, 2013 – Underground geological mapping survey underway in newly-accessible areas of the Ruby Adit.
November 7, 2013 – Blasting permit issued by ATF; Blasting and raise construction to enlarge and improve access to White Channel for mining purposes prior to start of bulk sampling commences.
November 25, 2013 – New gold targets discovered from geological mapping survey.
December 18, 2013 - Widening of the White Channel accessway completed, raise rehabilitated, and test mining operations begin, subject to year-end holiday scheduling for the crew and snow days. Planning and preparations to begin construction of the Big Bend raise into the Black Channel begins.
January 22, 2014 – 60 ton bulk sample from White Channel stockpiled and ready for processing once the stockpiled material reaches 100 tons. Gravity survey of newly-identified channels commences.
February 14, 2014 – 112 ton bulk sample from White Channel processed; initial results disappointing. Construction work on the Big Bend raise underway.
March 3, 2014 – New Mine Manager appointed; Mining of White Channel suspended to focus on Big Bend raise construction. New steel airline to be installed to improve underground infrastructure and compressed air capacity to increase worker productivity. Drilling program to test newly-identified mining targets to be mobilized.
March 27, 2014 – Installation of new steel airline completed. Drilling program begins
April 9, 2014 – New claims staked to acquire Carson Mine and the newly-identified Discovery Channel.
May 6, 2014 – Big Bend raise into Black Channel nearing completion. Drilling program to be reassigned to contractor to increase efficiency. Second bulk sample (60 tons) from White Channel previously stockpiled processed. Results more encouraging than previous bulk sample, but needs further follow up exploration before a resumption of mining in White Channel can be justified.
Jul 8, 2014 - Reports New Discovery at Ruby Gold Mine; Drilling Successfully Intersects New Channel. The location of this new channel directly above the Ruby Adit is ideally situated within the current Ruby Mine infrastructure. Its close proximity 25 feet above the area where access to the White Channel was constructed last winter means that access to the new channel can be established within a relatively short timeframe to begin assessing its gold content through bulk sampling.
Sounds entirely possible nbri is at the point that many have been waiting for due to the nuggets and continued progress. Potential upside is enormous.
Then you could sell
Sounds far fetched to me considering how far they have come.
