5 would be nice but realistically I think the key here is to see volume increasing with price each day. As long as we are getting higher than the day before it with a close in the green, the bulls will take ahold quickly and we could be back to 7.5 or even 10 mil
I think that's dead accurate
I don't think anyone can be certain but my guess is it has a lot to do with volume drying up. This stock is still very much under the radar and whether it was MM battling for shares or people just taking profits leading to more selling, it headed lower. If volume is here, then you can be sure we run hard
Nothing is personal here
It's interesting you've been watching this stock for 2 weeks but just created an ihub membership today and that was your only post? pretty weird...
Starting the move back upward, should see a very nice finish
FRHV: 275 X 280
More great news out today. Company has been expanding product line, got a LOI to acquire a organic company with revenues in excess of 1M in just a few weeks, just created a new product, put out NINE press releases in the last month or so. Stock is set to take off, do your DD
FRHV: more good news out!
Check out the DD that has been done on this stock. It's running at HOD but only just a taste of what's to come
FRHV at HOD: 25 X 26
24's flooding in, very nice at HOD
FRHV - HOD
All in good time Sparky. The CEO loves to underpromise and overdeliver. I expect we will see some guidance soon enough but I'm really looking forward to the acquisition up in WA. We know that's a min. of $1M in revenue added on and only a month and a half left before it's complete.
I agree, given we already know that Jumpstart has worked with the Cavs before, it's a sure thing they will be doing promos with them again. Now all I need to see is Lebron munching on our coffee bars and it'll be a Merry Christmas!

A buy at .19 drops the ask to .187 ... wtf
Very encouraging that the key support level of .02 is holding strong. Only a matter of hours now before the golden cross hits.
I second that green close
I don't think Whole Foods is a new phenomenon. This PR dated back in 2007 calls out selling their products at WF.

Fresh Harvest distributes Wings of Nature™ organic food products. Its product line includes health bars, coffee, olive oil and a variety of beverages that are supplied to large regional supermarket chains including ShopRite, Whole Foods and Tree of Life (one of USA’s largest natural and organic food distributors). Golden cross almost here... breakout of the bull flag pattern.. it's setting up quite nice
I bet your the kind of person who doesn't tip at restaurants. We all like people like you.
I can't believe you all are complaining. They are raising it around the cost of one single trade and you are bitching? We all make more money because of this place and if you don't like it, then just use it for free or leave. UNREAL. iHUB is a business too you know, stop crying about it.
FRHV More News Out:
FYI - this is the 8th PR in the past 30 days.. more good news.. more diversified product line and GLUTEN FREE

Who wants Fresh Harvest Products? FRHV
Other than all the millions of people who are already buying organic? (according to a Harris Poll in 2007, it was around 30% but that number has increased dramatically since then)
1) Everyone who is NOT a morning person
Yeah that's me, and you, and just about everyone you know. So for all of us who want something quicker than stopping by starbucks or brewing your own cup, just grab a Wings of Nature espresso coffee bar and head out the door. It's brilliant, healthy, and looks flipping delicious...
not to mention, it's gotten 5 star reviews across the net and won the "Grocery Headquarters Selling Wellness Trailblazer Award" in 2007 which is actually kind of a big deal considering they review thousands of products. And I love the picture below because when you think about coffee at the super market, unless you already knew about them you might just pass by... NOT WITH A DISPLAY LIKE THIS -
2) Diabetics (23+ million people in the US)
This one hits pretty close to home. My Dad is a diabetic and I grew up knowing how important their diets are and what they can/can't eat/drink. Fresh Harvest's latest acquisition of Organic Chef allowed them to sell TeAloe , a diabetic friendly natural organic beverage that contains a natural sweetener - agave nectar. I can't stress enough that there aren't enough choices out there and this is why I'm confident as Fresh Harvest starts expanding TeAloe across the country that it will STAND OUT IMMEDIATELY as a preference to one of the biggest specialty groups in America.
3) People with a Gluten Allergy a.k.a. Celiacs disease (2.2 million people in the US)
Another person in my family is allergic to Gluten and I couldn't believe what they aren't allowed to eat: anything with Wheat, Rye, Barley, & Oats. Just think about that for a second... Gluten is also present in all baked foods that are made from these grains: bread, pies, cake, breakfast cereals, porridge, cookies, pizza and pasta. There are thousands of processed foods which contain Gluten.
Literally, on a site for people with this disease, it tells them "To eat Gluten-free safely you'll need a comprehensive guidebook"
Now can you see why something like the Organic GLUTEN FREE Wings of Nature bars ARE A HUGE APPEAL? You have to carry a friggin guidebook around with you that's how serious it is. I guarantee you that these are the kinds of folks, my aunt being one of which, that when they head to the supermarket/specialty food store are constantly on the prowl for new products. Go ahead, next time you go shopping, check out the lack of variety there is for Gluten Free foods. They all taste like crap too except for our highly reviewed Wings of Nature Bars of course =)
Update 12/7/2009 - Fresh Harvest Products, Inc. (OTCBB: FRHV) is pleased to announce the development of an organic and natural energy shot. The organic shot will be Certified USDA Organic, has all natural energy, no refined sugar and is gluten free. The shot is also caffeine free and has no additives.
This is more of a follow up post as this company is gaining steam RAPIDLY. Check out my top 10 reason to look at FRHV and remember to always do your own DD prior to investing!
I completely agree 100%. There is way too much to look forward to here in the next 2 months:
With the LOI out there to acquire that organic natural foods company (it's products in multiple chains including Whole Foods) with revenues in excess of $1,000,000 - THIS IS A GAME CHANGER if it goes through. Talk about increasing their market cap! And based on their last acquisition, the CEO gave us periodic updates throughout that time to let us know how the relationship was progressing so, if history repeats itself, we won't be in the dark nor will the stock flounder while waiting.
Jumpstart Marketing is just getting started - the professional sports team promos, in-store demoing, (with a PR I'm sure =) and not to mention the great job they did of getting us into Wallgreens at the register!. They are firing on a cylinders and I expect we will see several more updates in the near future as to what else they have been able to accomplish.
Online - I'm excited to see this one take off. With the recent partnership announced with Pharma Health who will be focusing on online sales, through their current distribution at CVS.com, Amazon.com and efoodpantry.com. I expect more advertisements as well as distributers added. All meaning one thing at the end of the day - more revenues coming in.
These are just A FEW of the reasons why I won't be selling a single share for a long time. I would encourage all of us, especially anyone new to the board, to refrain from picking some arbitrary number that this stock will run to. In reality, after .04 there isn't much resistance at all so it's really anyone's guess. And I can't tell you how many times I've seen some general consensus be made about some made up number the stock will run to, only to find that everyone just sets their sell order at that price. Don't think small with this stock. It's worth more attention than a quick in and out trade, do some DD and you will uncover what the rest of us are extremely pumped about.

Wings of nature selling all across Harvard's campus
Glad to know some of the smartest people in the world can help change our world =)
Article:
GREENFIELD, Mass. Thanks to the efforts of savvy food service providers and students who support organic farming, this fall’s scholars nationwide will find colleges and universities are increasingly offering organic coffee products to keep them perking along, according to the Organic Coffee Collaboration, a project of the Organic Trade Association (OTA).
Harvard University ( Cambridge, MA ) students munch on Fresh Harvest Product’s Wings of Nature® ( New York City, NY ) organic coffee snack bars, and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters ( Waterbury, VT ) stokes Notre Dame University ( Notre Dame, IN ), Harvard Medical School ( Boston, MA ), University of Connecticut ( Storrs, CT ), University of Massachusetts ( Boston, MA ), and the University of Vermont (Burlington, VT ).* Much of this coffee is imported by Elan Organic Coffees (San Diego, CA).
“Many college students have grown up with organic foods. As they look for solutions to the economic and environmental problems facing the world, students are among the key drivers changing campus food toward organic products and more sustainable choices,” said David Gagnon, OTA interim executive director. “Similarly, food service providers have their fingers on the pulse of customers’ needs and know that organic food and beverages are here to stay.”

Top Ten Reasons to look at FRHV:
1) Company has announced intent to expand it's business through several (more than 3) acquisitions on 11/13/2009]. Roughly 3 weeks later, on 12/1/2009 company makes true on it's word and announces LOI to acquire natural foods company with products being sold nationwide and revenues in excess of $1,000,000 to be completed within 60 days. Previous acquisition of Organic Chef was completed exactly on the date outlined in LOI.
2) The Company's product line is diversified: Fresh Harvest offers a line of organic snack products, which primarily include health bars, coffee bars, tortilla chips and salsa. In addition, Fresh Harvest provides a grocery product line, which includes several varieties of whole bean and ground coffees, olive oil and beverages. Also the current LOI refers to an organic frozen food, allowing them to enter another space potentially.
3) The Company is a "PR machine" - When Fresh Harvest Products first announced it's LOI to purchase Organic Chef, back in april, it was then followed by 2 additional PR's before the final completion PR letting shareholders know exactly how the acquisition is coming along. Recently put out SEVEN pivotal PR's in the last month. CEO recently gave an interview on 11/13/2009. See iBox for links.
4) Management has almost 300 years combined of successful experience in the industry with some of the biggest names and companies.
Lawrence J. Kremer – Age 58. Mr. Kremer began his 40 year career in the retail food business at Publix Supermarkets.
Salvatore J. Cingari – Age 62. Since 1990, Mr. Cingari has owned and operated eight Grade A ShopRite supermarkets. Mr. Cingari has been in the retail supermarket business for over 40 years and grew his business from several small stores to eight stores with revenues in excess of $250 million dollars.
Harry Topalian – Age 74. Mr. Topalian is the holder of twelve patents and numerous inventions. In Mr. Topalian’s 37 year career at General Foods he is credited with the development of the enormously successful lines of Stove Top Stuffing, Jell-O 1-2-3 and Oven Fry. Since 1998, Mr. Topalian is the founder and principal of The Topalian Group, a food product quality and standards consulting firm that provides such services as product development consulting and quality control and laboratory testing.
Joseph Ackilli – Age 70. Mr. Ackilli holds a Master of Science Degree from Stevens Institute of Technology with emphasis on Physical and Organic Chemistry. He has 31 years experience at General Foods and Kraft Corp. as Associate Director of product development. Mr. Ackilli’s major accomplishments include: development and implementation of Crystal Light Beverages which has generated $700 million in profits. He was a key member of acquisition team for Capri Sun Beverages. He developed frozen bread dough technology which led to successful introduction of DeGiorno frozen pizza. He was involved in the development of a line of natural soy products. Since 2001, Mr. Ackilli has worked with Mr. Topalian at The Topalian Group, a food product quality and standards consulting firm.
Michael Jordan Friedman, L.L.M., J.D. President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Friedman was appointed to these positions in connection with the acquisition on December 16, 2005. He previously held that position with Fresh Harvest Products, Inc. (New York) from November 26, 2003 until the acquisition. Mr. Friedman earned a Masters of Law in Taxation, May 2005, and is a graduate of New York Law School, May 2003. Mr. Friedman acquired the Series 7 and 63 securities brokerage licenses at the age of nineteen (1996), and worked in corporate finance, and then investment banking as a financial advisor/stock broker until 1997. Mr. Friedman consulted in the food industry as a partner of The Willis Group, Inc. from March 2001 to May 2004.
5) The Company KNOWS HOW TO MARKET - online and retail...
Retail - Partnership with Jumpstart Marketing announced 11/23/2009 - Jumpstart's marketing strategy is to include celebrities and athletes for radio, television and print. Jumpstart has placed its clients into companies, such as Kroger, Costco, Target and BJ's. Additionally, Jumpstart has relationships with several sports teams, including the New York Yankees, New York Mets, New York Knicks, Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Boston Red Sox.
Update - 12/3/2009 - we will be distributing and selling our line of Wings of Nature™ bars to the Orlando division, approximately 200 retail locations, of a national chain with over 6,000 retail locations. (Princess, through great DD, strongly believes this new retailer is Walgreens based on the numbers provided) Currently the products are slated to be placed on the store shelves mid-January 2010 and the product placement will be at the store registers. (FYI - 2 seperate studies show on a per-square-foot basis, the front end accounted for eight times the total of all weekly store sales and concludes that 46 percent of all shoppers make checkout-line purchases at least once a week..
We will be promoting the products within the stores through product tasting and we will have promotions regionally with a professional sports team. (Some have speculated this could be Orlando Magic given the regional tie to Walgreens & Jumpstart Marketing's connections)
Online - 11/16/2009 Partnership with Pharma Health who will be focusing on online sales, through their current distribution at CVS.com, Amazon.com and efoodpantry.com.
6) The chart looks excellent. Lower lows leading to higher highs. Golden cross should occur very soon. Many believe we are in Cup & Handle Formation in the handle phase before the breakout.
7) The products they produce are healthy, tasty, and organic. Their products have received unbiased positive reviews and currently maintains 5 stars on amazon.com. You can check out their bars review here: http://www.thenibble.com/REVIEWS/MAIN/snacks/bars/wings-of-nature.asp
Reasons 8-10 original source Princess Doji:
8) The company has significant financial resources and internationally known business contacts at their fingertips.
There are immense resources available to the company and the CEO by virtue of family associations. We have discussed this. The CEO's father, Arthur Friedman is and represents old Jewish money. I am not trying to be ethnic here, but it's fact and it's that simple. The elder Friedman is a quiet CPA with clients who's net worth individually reach tens of millions. There is significant reason to believe the company's recent agreement with JumpStart Marketing is a direct result of this family connection. If you have followed any of the progress thus far, you know that JumpStart has indeed lived up to their name, more on that later. Don't let me forget to remind you of this important detail, A. Friedman and the CEO's biological mother Marcia have provided nearly 1 million in working capital to Fresh Harvest since inception. Indirectly, the CEO's father and mother are the company's largest individual shareholders. While the rest of the world's financial system was in collapse, they loaned the diminutive Fresh Harvest nearly ONE MILLION.
9) The CEO is not a pumper, he presents information to the public that is factual and without the extreme forward looking content we are used to reading. In fact, he underplays the big news he has, not overplays.
This fact really gets me to pay attention and makes me realize we have a good one here. You know that 99% of our typical CEO's DO NOT handle their press releases this way. Let's look at SPECIFIC examples that helps us decide if we may base a decision on the CEO's ACTIONS and not WORDS.
In a recent press release he generically told us the product was in a large organic retailer. He didn't tell us what firm or where, we had to find it ourselves. By simple elimination techniques and many phone calls, we found the products at the WORLDS LARGEST organic supermarket; Whole Foods' NYCity's flagship Columbus Circle store. I was out of town working when this was discovered and had to send someone physically to photograph the products on shelf because I simply refused to believe it until I had indisputable photographic proof and eyewitness testimony. Well, the photos are in earlier posts I have made, SEVERAL of the products are indeed there. This shocked me, the CEO had to let shareholders know he was in a major as it is a material event, but he did not want to endanger a new relationship that could become a game changer for the company in terms of expansion. He could have taken the chance by releasing the huge name, but he didn't. Those of you that have been around this business even for a relatively short time KNOW this is perhaps the most telling of all the points presented in this lengthy commentary.
10) The CEO is organized, qualified, and able to perform for his shareholders by expanding the availability of the products and increasing revenue.
To say the company is now on fast track is an understatement. In 15 days they have released a barrage of information that will without any doubt markedly increase Fresh Harvest revenue in the short and long term.
At this moment here is what is DEFINITE;
Products are in some stores within the 300+ Northeast based store chain ShopRite.
Products are in the most visible Manhattan location of the world's largest organic supermarket that boasts over 275 locations in 3 countries, Whole Foods, Inc. Photos of the products have been provided and it is clear that significant shelf space at near eye level has been dedicated to Fresh Harvest.
Products are scheduled to arrive next month at 200 Florida WALGREEN locations. Here is JumpStart helping again. Walgreens has a mind boggling 7000 locations. Not only are Fresh Harvest's products going to be in Walgreens, they will be awaiting purchase at the exact place where all marketing professionals beg or pay to place their product: at the prized and valuable CASHIER REGISTER. THERE IS NO BETTER PLACEMENT, THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IT CAN BE. Then there is the sports team connection, again, no name. Not only has he witheld the retailers name, he won't even give us the team name. This speaks volumes, he doesn't need to. Because it's real and in just a couple weeks people will be able to visit the stores and see, taste and purchase the product for themselves.
Thanks Brick!

At this moment here is what is DEFINITE;

At this moment here is what is DEFINITE;
Not only has he witheld the retailers name, Christ Lord, he won't even give us the team name. This speaks volumes, he doesn't need to. Because it's real and in just a couple weeks people will be able to visit the stores and see, taste and purchase the product for themselves.
"I think we are kind of unique in that right now with wings of nature, bringing our dominate brand with our salsa, with our bars, with our coffee - several different categories. We have competitors in each category but when you look across the board as a brand there aren't too many competitors that are in all the categories that are products are in. So that makes us unique, that makes us stand out. And it gives us the ability where customers will buy our bar, like the bar, come next time and see our salsa and wanna buy the salsa as well. and next time they might see the beverage with our logo on it, and they'll wanna buy the drink as well.
The goal is really building the brand. And with the acquisitions, the key is, when we have those to also incorporate our brand in there so we are always building the wings of nature brand."

CEO Interview - Michael Friedman
I'm not sure if this was posted, I couldn't find it anywhere on our board but it was pretty recent - on 11/13/09.
Great interview! CEO confirms strategy about continuing to acquire brands that have been beaten down during this economy and give them a good home with great management (all of which have been in the industry for around 30 years!) Anyone who is considering investing or already is in this company should listen. Maybe if that iBox ever gets working, it can be added
The more I find, the better the story gets.

Some of you were asking about the taste, I personally haven't had them yet but found a great unbiased review -
"We’ve tried many chewy granola bars, but none of them has as much healthful flavor and surprising crispness as Wings of Nature. "
"The Wings of Nature bars are chewy, crunchy, complex and sophisticated. The fruit bars have more appeal than many we have tasted; the coffee and nut bars are clearly original. At 140 to 190 calories, packed with goodness, natural flavors and no cloying sweetness, the bars provide great energy and palate satiation at any time of day. "
"A “cold process” is used that allows the bars to maintain their natural flavor and texture while preserving the vitamins and minerals in the fruits, nuts and grains."

Also amazon.com's only review - 5 stars -
"After trying several assorted types of natural bars, with disappointing results, I was very pleased with the taste of these Wings of Nature bars. I'm glad to see them on Amazon now as the only other place I found them before was at a grocer by me in New York City. I'm looking forward to trying out some new flavors."
