Sounds like your only beef with NGTF is they use convertible loans or is there something else? The loans are only a means to an end. Even you can see distribution is growing. Everyone can see and read all the positive media out there. It's easy to confirm the product is carried at Lowes, Harris Teeter, Woodmans and Meijer. It's simple enough to try the ice cream. I'm quite sure Nightfood will dump the convertible financing as quickly as possible. As for Nightfood mentioning Halo Top in PRs, I think it's great to have a goals. Hopefully they can emulate Halo Tops success. I think they are headed in the right direction. aimo
So give Sean a call. Do your DD. Check into their office locations. If you find something significant, let us know. Post a link. Share what you find. I think if you found anything negative you would have already done so. NIghtfood is the real deal. aimo
You should have researched the CEOs further. Most CEOs of pump n dumps leave a trail behind that is fairly easy to uncover.
. Supreme Cannabis posted a good quarterly with some positive events. Nice to see some good news.
That’s not necessarily true. As long as money from loans are used smartly and Nightfood is gaining market share and sales, the share price could very well rise. In fact as sales increase, the obvious goal is to obtain conventional financing and at some point to not need any financing at all. Where do you think the price will be when that occurs? If Nightfood was a typical “pump n dump” and the money was used to line someone’s pocket that would be a different story. There is no evidence that shows Nightfood’s only goal is too sell shares. If there is please show us. aimo
Better question is where do you think the share price will be if they gain national distribution?
Did you listen to the conference call? Some good info there.
You should do some more reading and DD. You would have a better understanding of why the price spiked. It happens in the stock market. Company is a lot stronger now than before the spike occurred. What do you think about the new distributor relationships? Pretty cool huh?
More unsubstantiated opinion. Share price will take of itself as distribution continues. Don't forget. Nightfood is very innovative.
Good read. I've been picking up a few here and there also.
Read a little slower. The post referred to the Keto diet as the craze. Here is an interesting news piece about Keto. Nightfood is definitely not high fat.

Here it is again.........
“We engaged Brenda and her team just a couple of weeks ago. They’ve already presented Nightfood to two significant chains, and we’ve been told that both reported they will be adding Nightfood in their early 2020 resets,” commented Sean Folkson, Nightfood CEO. “The team has many more meetings scheduled, and we’re expecting them to help us land additional key accounts, as well as growing Nightfood through independent channels.”
Interesting read about Cannabis 2.0....

"How big can the edibles market get?
Canada’s edibles market will likely grow immensely. Based on Deloitte’s estimates in its recent research report, “Nurturing new growth,” the Canadian market for edibles and alternative cannabis products could reach 2.7 billion Canadian dollars annually. There will be various cannabis edibles including gummies, cookies, brownies, and chocolates. The Deloitte survey showed consumers’ preferences for various upcoming edible products."
Agraflora is definitely "spreading its tentacles" to ensure success.

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/back-to-green-cantor-fitzgerald-says-canadian-cannabis-stocks-have-hit-a-bottom-2019-11-05
Cantor is expecting the Canadian market to benefit from more store openings and the launch of Cannabis 2.0, as the coming launch of a market for derivatives expected in December is being dubbed. Canada has faced a series of obstacles since it became the first G-7 country to fully legalize cannabis last year, including a much slower-than-expected rollout and difficulties in ramping up production of a new commodity at scale.
Things are about to change. Cultivation license is expected soon. Sales license would be next. The company has been working hard and efforts will be soon rewarded. aimo.
The share price will take care of itself as distribution and sales increase. Day traders and swing traders are more price sensitive. Long term investors understand prices fluctuate. What do you think about INFB? Pretty cool!! Sounds like they already have 2 new deals for early 2020.
Baseless negative comments about NIghtfood or any company for that matter should expect that those said comments countered be with facts, daily.
Facts........
Nightfood ice cream is an award winning innovative product.
The media loves covering Nightfood because it is a compelling award winning innovative product.
Distribution of Nightfood, the award winning innovative product is growing.
Sales of Nightfood, the award winning innovative product are growing.
Nightfood is aligning itself with some very professional companies to help grow distribution of the award winning innovative product.
Opinion........
NIghtfood tastes great and the company is going to do well in the long run.
aimo
And yet you make another far reaching comment. Institutions typically don’t invest in stocks under $5.00. We’ve discussed this before. As for the market agreeing, Nightfood has a pretty healthy market cap which indicates most don’t agree with you.
The problem is that you extrapolate your generalities out to mean that Nightfood will also fail because it is priced below $5.00. Nightfood is doing great all things considered. They may fail but at this moment with increasing distribution, brand awareness and potential sales, I think they are on track for success. aimo
How about these far reaching comments not supported by facts.............?
"There's just one thing...no serious lender will loan money to NGTF.
NGTF is toast!"
"NGTF will flop!"
"NGTF ice cream is not innovative.
It's just another ice cream with a marketing scheme of sleep friendly."
"NGTF is headed for sub-penny land.
No amount of hype will change things."
Have YOU made unsubstantiated claims before!? Reporting facts and PRs is fine. All the rest is just hype!
"The Titanic was holding steady too...just before it hit the iceberg
A good reason for investors to stay away from NGTF.
The collapse is coming On the flip side...most penny stocks fail.
NGTF is likely to be no different."
Yeah and they will throw everything at Nightfood they can. You just can't dispute the facts. Nightfood is growing distribution. They have aligned themselves with some very strong allies. They are award winning and innovative. Branding is very cool. The ice cream tastes great and is not sleep disruptive. They are at the infancy of a new food category launching of non-sleep disruptive snacks.
Someone posted about ARSN comparing to NGTF. Take a look starting at post ARSN 14699, something about diluting 60 million share in 30 days? The market places values on companies. Without digging any further there is a reasons why NGTF prices in the .20s and ARSN at .005.
Concerns about convertible loans? Here is a good read.
https://www.fundera.com/blog/what-is-a-convertible-note
NIghtfood does use CDs to finance expansion and overhead. They don't hide that fact. The money is put right back into the company and you can see where it goes in every 10Q, 10K and PR.

WORKING HARD TO BRING YOU THE BEEF!!

So close to ETF approval and people are selling? Doesn’t make sense. Grab your balls and hold on!
INFB is an excellent move on NIghtfood's part. I would think that INFB agrees Nightfood is an innovative product with a promising future. I don't think they would want to pitch a product that doesn't meet some kind of standards or criteria. Just a thought.
I completely agree. Nightfood ice cream is good stuff and healthy too.
Yup and as of the last 10Q there were 193 shareholders of record and numerous holders of shares in street name that would probably agree with my opinions. NIghtfood is doing a great job. I can't wait until it's available in Texas. INFB has relationships with HEB, Fiesta and Whole Foods all of which are my area.
It's called point-counterpoint. Some on this board say that Nightfood is going to fail and the price is going to zero just because the company shares currently are trading on the OTC. Most penny stocks fail. Nightfood is a penny stock. Nightfood is going to fail. Sorry. I don't buy it. Those same people appear to have never read a NGTF 10Q or 10K or tried the product. Nightfood is making all the right moves to be a success and there are numerous other success stories out there. aimo
"Shouldn't the product be much more available if their trying to get national coverage?"
In my opinion I don't think Nightfood controls media coverage and if they could, would they tell the Wall Street Journal not to do a piece on the product yet? Would they tell Maria Bartiroma to wait until the product is more readily available? Would they tell Oprah to hush up? Being the fledgling company, my guess is they will take any and all PR they can get. I also think there will be more and more media coverage as the rollout continues.
"The stock got teased up to .30 and has since pulled back...all on low volume."
Yeah. Stock prices can do that. Up, down, down, up. Trend higher. Trend lower. Spike up. Drop down. All potential new investors be sure to do your DD.
"I suspect today's PR and a tease to .30 was an attempt to drive the SP up to reel in some buyers so someone else could sell into the pressure."
Don't think so. Sean is responsible and doing a good job of keeping everyone up to date with events as they happen. Great news today though! Very smart to get as many brokers out there working for distribution. Sean can't do it all by himself.
aimo
You are missing a few good points cabo. This recent article by Seeking Alpha really speaks about Agra's current situation. My only concern is an oversaturated Canadian market supply. If they can deliver in the EU also then the company will do well in my opinion. They are definitely setting themselves up well.

Look like real pros. Another great move by Sean. I wouldn't be surprised to see Nightfood in Whole Foods at some point. We definitely tic all the healthy criteria.
More excellent news!!!
“Nightfood sleep-friendly ice cream is a unique and powerful concept that has cut through the clutter with retail buyers,” remarked Brenda Steele, founder of INFB. “The feedback we’re getting is very positive. We’ve been up against dozens of other brands, vying for limited freezer space…getting those buyer commitments is not easy, but we’ve done it with Nightfood, and we see an exciting future.”
Yeah that's the hard part for Nightfood at this stage of growth. The product is not available everywhere so when consumers see the coverage, most can't rush out, buy and try. I'm quite sure though as more distribution occurs there will be continued coverage. CNBC loves to do follow-ups stories. Maybe we will see Maria Bartiroma talking about Nightfood again. On the bright side if a few remember and try and then tell a few friends which try and then tell a few friends and then try and then tell a few friends.......you get the picture. People love to talk about good products. Even without the sleep friendly factor, Nightfood has the great tasting healthy factor. Branding is cool too with the CRAVE MONSTER!!
