15. How does Neomedia justify donating it's entire platform when the company is still on month to month financing? What value is Neomedia seeking to get out of this deal?
We've always been a non-profit organization; but that's because we can't negotiate a deal. Evidence proven again here.
hahahaha....geez, this is the absolute worst management team ever@!!!!!
Anyone catch this, or know anything about it? Back from September.

Planning on copying and pasting everyone's questions on here and sending it to ir@neom.com on Friday.

Anyone care to start compiling Q's for the conference call? Two weeks away and they're going to need time to figure out how to avoid our real questions by answering meaningless questions.
Nothing is permanent until YA is permanently gone.
Then what you're saying is Peter is calling the shots
AKA, they haven't found a place yet...Marriott also said they don't plan on having operations running there until after Feb 1.
I don't really think any of that matters...this company is run by crooks. Just because you hire someone and move down the street from other corporations doesn't mean you get an automatic invite to the block party...which I'm sure Neomedia is hoping for.
and 3 PR's on top of that!
I predict no less 2 degrees of seperation from YA
Nothing like PR'ing a bunch of crud 3 weeks before a conference call! Wonder what they are trying to cover up here.
Guess they solved the issue of not communicating to shareholders as well.
Anyone know anything about how big of a crook this CFO is? Or his ties to YA?
Neomedia was also suppose to be profitable by the end of 2011...so unless they made millions of dollars since mid december (their latest loan) then this is another failure for Laura.
We should create a year in review success vs. failure list. Although I think it would be lop sided more towards the failure list.
Remember this time last year after we plummet from the eBay news everyone is scrambling to say people are selling off to take their 2010 losses...when in reality YA was dumping everything to take advantage of eBay news b/c they were reassigning hundreds of millions of shares to it's own investors and knew those investors were going to tank it even more at the beginning of 2011!!
Man, the good ole days of corruption.
And...Laura talks about how they would continue to pursue licensing agreements...but as of 12/30/11...not a single license has been signed in 2011.
The train fell off the tracks while sitting in the station...only Neomedia can defy physics.
prepare yourself for hibertation then...
That would be a good gift, but I think the reprecutions may be that George O'Leary would then become acting CEO. That's even worse.
Happy Holiday's to everyone, if you're traveling be safe!
Are you citing/qouting something or just stating? Is there a link?
Hahaha, just got this email from Neom:
Wishing you a happy and healthy holiday season and a prosperous new year.
Glad all the weight is on my shoulders to make it happy...Neom sure isn't helping with that!
Then can you please throw a rock thru his window on behalf on Neomedia shareholders?
read Exhibit 10.6 first. Then read the 10Q. Then look at the chart. Then get back to us negative nancy's.
Have you looked around at what companies are using NEOM technology and not paying for it?
Have you?
What's even more surprising are the companies which signed with Neom and are using our services....They are barely paying us...if anything at all!
Hence a primary reason YA keeps funding this firm's operations.
Hence the massive explosion in outstanding shares...they are making plenty off new investors to compensate their investment. If neom goes belly up, YA owns all the patents and can fire sale them to recoop lost money.
Well, they haven't borrowed money yet for December...and she didn't say profitable FOR 2011...rather, profitable by the end of 2011. So maybe we'll net $1 or $2 for December and be profitable by year end!!!!
Just Kidding of course!
edit: perhaps I should have read the posts further down...kind of funny the 8k was released today!! Sad face :(
Must have derailed 10 feet down the station.
5000+ ratings and it only has 2 stars....tisk tisk
Rising Tide Theory...come on now!!
Only problem is Neom didn't raise the anchor and we're sinking!!
No denying QR codes are rising and 2012 will be a fantastic year...for the companies which can manage to profit from them. Neomedia does not have that key.
Next year, 2012, will be the QR code's biggest year yet.
Yay!! 2008, I mean 2009, I mean 2010, I mean 2011....no...wait...now 2012 is the year!!!!!!!! Yay!
It will probably be about the Black Friday scan results, the IP upholding, move of HQ (hint: the baffoon exhibit at your local zoo), and how Global IP is helping out.
Nothing to get excited about....mostly let down :(
On a side note...weren't we due for YA $$$$ about 2 weeks ago
Hopefully it's all of the above...in that order
Isn't it almost 1 year since our last Licensing Agreement?
HA, good point. Aren't we due for more YA cash here soon?
It's ok...they're having a conference call in 2 months...that means something good is going to happen.
~~GAG~~
BOOM as in explode or implode?
Pop: I recall some discussion a while back regarding patent 6,101,534. It was also stated in the eBay agreement.
If NEOMEDIA acquires ownership or exclusive rights to U.S. Patent No. 6,101,534........[section 16]
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=7620746-7249-43062&type=sect&dcn=0001144204-10-067691
Also, patent 7,207,065 as it was mentioned in the '048 reconfirmation.
Any fresh thoughts on how these may be applicable to Neom? Nothing has been changed on the USPTO site...just wondering if something obvious is still possible or not?
