Noobis - Is a 100% legit company. I hope they can do something with this.
News for 'INAR' - (Noobis, an InternetArray Company, Targets Web-Filtering Market on Facebook)
NEW YORK, NY, Jun 15, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- InternetArray, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: INAR) is following up on news yesterday in which a new parental
monitoring application was announced. The application allows parents to monitor
and be notified of suspicious activities from others regarding their children on
Facebook. Parents will be able to add the application to their profile and link
it to their child's profile to ensure safety.
"The company feels the 'parental' demographic is not currently being addressed
and is a significant business opportunity. It is estimated that 61% of users are
thirty-five or older and 43% of mobile use on social networks is done by this
thirty-five plus crowd," said Jon Brennan, CEO of Noobis, Inc.
Noobis considers Facebook a mainstream communications platform and an important
part of its business strategy. In the last year, US users doubled to more than
140 million and their access via mobile increased 619% over the same period. As
of March 2010, Facebook surpassed Google as the most popular US site and it
directs more online users than Google.
Plans to monetize this application, currently in development, include offering
premium features for a nominal charge. The company feels this is a significant
gap in the current web filtering market where a Frost and Sullivan study
reported that the worldwide web filtering market will surpass 2.5 billion by
2013, of which managed services will see a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of
88%.

News for 'INAR' - (Noobis, an InternetArray Company, to Create Application for Parents Will Allow Parents to Seamlessly Monitor Their Child's Activities on Facebook)
NEW YORK, NY, Jun 14, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- InternetArray, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: INAR) announced that Noobis Inc. is developing a helpful
application for parents to monitor and be notified of suspicious activities from
others regarding their children on Facebook. Parents will be able to add the
application to their profile and link it to their child's profile to ensure
safety.
"Being a father of three girls who are starting to use Facebook, this addresses
a major concern I have as a parent," said Jon Brennan, CEO of Noobis, Inc. "No
different than letting them go to the mall or visit a friend, I want to give my
girls the freedom they need but still keep a distant, but watchful eye. The
reality of the world we live in today includes online predators, cyber bullying,
and adult conversations that might not be appropriate. Our application will give
parents peace of mind and ensure young people stay safe on the site."
A Frost and Sullivan study reported that the worldwide web filtering market will
surpass 2.5 billion by 2013, of which managed services will see a compound
annual growth rate (CAGR) of 88%.
Noobis plans to make the application, currently in development, available to
install for free with certain premium features available on a fee-basis.

News for 'CTYX' - (Connectyx Technologies Signs Marketing Agreement with Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation Company to Promote MedFlash(R) Personal Health Manager Directly to HNF Membership)
PALM CITY, Fla., June 9, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Connectyx Technologies
Holdings Group Inc. (OTCPK: CTYX) is pleased to announce that the Company has
signed a marketing agreement with the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation (HNF), a
non-profit organization that focuses on raising awareness, funding scientific
research, and educating the medical community as well as the general public
about Charcot-Marie Tooth disease (CMT). HNF offers people with CMT, and their
families, medical information and emotional support. The agreement will allow
Connectyx to promote its MedFlash(R) Personal Health manager directly to
Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation's membership and their families, through HNF's
membership benefit program located on their web site.
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) is a hereditary motor-sensory neuropathy
(HMSN). HMSNs are a group of progressive neurological disorders that affect the
motor and sensory units of the peripheral nervous system. CMT causes weakness
because the nerve signals are impaired (demyelinated) before they reach the
muscle. Over time this causes atrophy (a loss of muscle strength) in various
areas of the body such as the feet, legs, hands, and diaphragm. CMT is
considered to be the most commonly inherited form of peripheral neuropathy
affecting approximately one in 2,500 adults. CMT is diagnosed by clinical
features of muscle atrophy, age of onset, electromyography (EMG), nerve biopsy
and through genetic testing.
Allison Moore, Founder & President of the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation,
understands the importance of having one's medical history with them at all
times. Allison's father had CMT but she had virtually no symptoms of CMT until
she was mistakenly given a drug that caused her to have a severe onset of CMT
symptoms including gait imbalance, muscle weakness and severe fatigue. "HNF is
thrilled to become a strategic partner of MedFlash. It is critical that CMT
patients carry with them at all times a list of neurotoxic drugs to avoid
potentially debilitating or even lethal side effects from contraindicated drug
treatments. Furthermore, when dealing with a genetic neurological disease like
CMT, family history is critical to diagnosis and treatment. It can not only
prevent medical catastrophes but also reduce unnecessary testing to obtain a
diagnosis. "
HNF promotes and supports both clinical and primary CMT research. The foundation
is also actively committed to increasing awareness of the disease through all
available media outlets, including print, radio and television as well as
fundraising programs. While HNF members give a face to CMT, the foundation
provides a strong, organizational voice to those living with CMT all over the
world. HNF continues to educate physicians, along with the entire medical
community, about CMT. They are a critical source of information for the general
public about this important, often misunderstood disease.
"We are excited about the relationship with the Hereditary Neuropathy
Foundation. The MedFlash Personal Health Manager will be a valuable tool for
their members," stated Ronn Schuman, President and CEO of Connectyx Technologies
Holdings Group, Inc.

News for 'INAR' - (Noobis, an InternetArray Company, Announces Creation of Mobile Apps Division New Market to Double Over Next Three Years)
NEW YORK, NY, Jun 01, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- InternetArray, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: INAR) announced that Noobis, Inc., its social media company, has
entered the mobile applications market with the creation of its Mobile Apps
Division. Its primary focus will be location-based applications for the iPhone,
Android, and BlackBerry platforms. The first product will be a mobile version of
the company's successful Amplify program, an online treasure hunt where
participants complete tasks and solve clues for points and prizes.
"We are excited to enter this burgeoning market. As a premium social web and
application developer, mobile was a natural progression for the company," stated
Jon Brennan, CEO of Noobis, Inc. "Over the past year, Facebook and Twitter have
experienced triple digit growth rates in mobile usage and we are seeing similar
trends in all areas of the web. Fueling this growth are the mobile providers who
are offering unlimited data plans at very affordable prices. Noobis intends to
capitalize on this opportunity by investing in and creating a new revenue
stream."
According to a recent report from eMarketer, US mobile Internet users will
double to 134 million people in the next three years, up from 89 million in
2010. In January 2010, 11.1% of all mobile phone users accessed a social
networking site via mobile browser, an increase of 4.6 percentage points from
the previous year. The Kelsey Group reported late last year that the worldwide
mobile advertising market could be worth more than $3 billion by 2013.
Furthermore, a recent research2guidence report said the global app download
market will grow from $1.94 billion in 2009 to a whopping $15.65 billion by
2013.
