Has been showing strength on no news. Someone knows something....
Thank you for the level 2 screen shot. Im new to QASP so which MM should I be keeping an eye on. Thank you
Was there news that is causing this rally. I cannot find anything?
Does anyone know the current OS in QASP ?
I only did it because it is trending down so I can buy lower. I end up rebuying at .0131..:) I'm not getting stuck at the top of QASP/
How much more dilution can we expect?
I was lucky to sell some at .017. Had sell limit at .016 but My order was grouped with the 200K lot at at price. Looking to rebuy lower...Sometimes the manipulation works in your favor. :)
Float has to come down. Plain and simple.
Three options we have:
1) Sell your shares at .0001 and use the money to make more with an active penny stock. Take a chance to get back in at .0001
2) Agree that EVFL is a growth play and a BUY & HOLD
3) Sell your shares and never look back.
There are plenty of .0001 still available IMO

I only have 500 bucks to lose :)
I personally did not spend 500 to make another 500. It's a buy and hold or get out at .0001. There are many better stocks you can take 500 and make quick money. EVFL is growth play. There will be several people who will sell at .0002/.0003 someday and then realize they will never see .0001 again.
EVFL is not going anywhere until the float comes down. Congratulations on the ones who were patients at bought at .0001 and did not settle for .0002...
If you are 21, its a buy and hold for you IMO. EVFL will make you like like a genius in 5 years or a small fool who risked coffee money :)
yea so the next two weeks they can buy back at fire sale prices
I did pick up some today on sale however PSAR did turn negative today FYI...
So that was your order that made me smile. Let me guess .0147?
they will be buying over the next two weeks so they will keep the price low so they can buy cheap shares imo
agreed and good point
Drops like this make good buy opportunities. News should hit soon to bring us over .02 again.
people those are sells not buys. Let be real with ourselves...
Are you sure that why a buy?
Must be a damn windows thing, My friends on a MAC and not having any problems. I'm on windows 7 and I thought it was that? Thanks for the response...
Anyone also having a problem with tda this morning
Now TDA is showing some activity
BS you can sell at .0001
Patients, most will regret only a 100% profit. When the shares dry up, they will never see .0001 ever again.
Have some of you thought about this....
If you place a sell at .0002 now, it may take 30 days or longer to fill. IMO, buy the time it fills, you may not be able to buy back at at .0001 and will have to settle for .0002. So what are you actually gaining?
That is why most will settle for 100% and will kick themselves for not holding out. There may only be a handful of people who have the brains to hold on to their shares and realize this is a growth play and not a P & D.
Probably already posted but I don't care :) Its great news...
DALLAS, Oct. 22, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL - News) (the "Company") today announced that it has executed a letter of intent to acquire two existing and operational fuel stations, one located in southern Alabama and the other in central Mississippi. The Company intends to brand the stations as "Evolution Fuels."
One of the stations is located in an affluent area of the town of Fairhope, Alabama, which is approximately eighteen miles southeast of Mobile, Alabama. The station currently offers E10 (10% ethanol/90% gasoline) and E85 (85% ethanol/15% gasoline) and B20 biodiesel. The second station is located in Newton, Mississippi and currently offers E10, E85, and B20 biodiesel.
Both stations feature fuel blending at the dispenser, which conforms to the Company's model of providing renewable fuels at the retail level. The Company plans to apply its "Evolution Fuels" branding to the stations and add sufficient equipment to provide an additional E20 product at the pumps.
The Company expects to sign the definitive purchase agreement pursuant to the letter of intent by November 30, 2009.

Anyone know current Float on EVFL?
ask is at .0002 again. Nice
Once she sticks at .0002, she wont look back. Get in now at .0001 while the shares are still available...:)
5 million shares long and strong.
Stock dilution is a general term that results from the issue of additional common shares by a company. This increase in common shares of a stock can result from a secondary market offering, employees exercising stock options, or by conversion of convertible bonds, preferred shares or warrants into stock. This dilution can shift fundamental positions of the stock such as ownership percentage, voting control, earnings per share, or the value of individual shares. A broader definition specifies dilution as any event that reduces an investor's stock price below the initial purchase price.
Control dilution describes the reduction in ownership percentage or loss of a controlling share of an investment's stock. Many venture capital contracts contain an anti-dilution provision in favor of the original investors, to protect their equity investments. One way to raise new equity without diluting voting control is to give warrants to all the existing shareholders equally. They can choose to put more money in the company, or else lose ownership percentage. When employee options threaten to dilute the ownership of a control group, the company can use cash to buy back the shares issued.
The measurement of this percent dilution is made at a point in time. It will change as market values change, and cannot be interpreted as a measure of the impact of dilutions.
1. Presume that all convertible securities are convertible at the date.
2. Add up the number of new shares that will be issued as a result.
3. Add up the proceeds that would be received on these conversions and issues (The reduction of debt is a 'proceed').
4. Divide the total proceeds by the current market price of the stock to determine the number of shares the proceeds can buyback.
5. Subtract the number bought-back from the new shares originally issued
6. Divide the net increase in shares by the starting # shares outstanding.
I personally spent 500 dollars on this lottery ticket. IMO, its better odds than spending 500 dollars on any state run lottery.
