I was a lot closer to retirement 2 years ago

Not really over a 12 year span I've more than quadrupled my investment.
Management is not here to hold your hand every time you're worried about a false rumor.IMO
The only people who hold a position in an equity that they expect to drop are shorts. End of story.
What process is IDCC blowing? The only statement that management has made is that they are explorint strategic alternatives. I don't think that anything has shown that they have failed to explore anything or that they are done exploring. If you went out on a limb and made some dumb bets and are losing money that's your problem. Stop blaming others for your mistakes.
The successful sale of the company will prove you wrong. I can't wait til Monday.
So why are you trying so hard?
In an acquisition scenario, particularly a consortium, when considering past infringement value and the value going forward, I really don't understand why you have concluded that $118 is crazy, and I don't think you do either other than to antagonize. As for me, I would be satisfied with $90 plus, which based on the above I think is a no brainer.
He's not here to help.....
I get that. It doesn't mean they willing to part with it. IMO
Ofcourse I remember how long and how many appeals of "binding" arbitration it took. They didn't pay when they were cornered as much as when they got a break on the amount and a free one year pass on 3G. IMO
If NOK was going to settle they would have done so by now. How long did it take them to pay after binding arbitration?
I've made a lot of money of that annoucement.
It sounds to me like many posters here have no clue what is happening and just like to tick the longs off???
Hopefully they will just sell one share holder.
There was talk of it but obviously we weren't anywhere near getting involved.
Does Intellectural Ventures have the means to buy us?
How about you buy the stock at $15 and hold it for 12 years?lol
I'm thinking their trying to capitalize on publicity we're generating. IMO
I doubt anyone in the bidding process would hire them to do their dd for them at this late stage in the game. IMO
And we thought we suffered "bear attacks"

I am now convince we will never see a CAFC decision.
Thanks, but the tweet I'm looking for is:$IDCC process completed
I hope everyone feels better this morning. Other than telling us the evaluation process is ongoing, the company has not issued any other statements. I still am very confident the company will be sold at a price I'll will be very happy to finally sell.IMO
I have a clue: stock was at $45.68, I place an order for 1000 @ $45.70 as soon as I did that price took off haven't got my shares yet.
In my opinion price action proves the market has no clue about IDCC real value.
That makes two of you.lol
The market does NOT know.
The market doesn't any more than any of us do.
The company is letting everyone know yesterday's report was total B.S. Way to go IDCC. I guess they felt the need to speak up.LOL
If Intel buys IDCC they will become the next Qcom.
Ofcourse it is. Until we hear differently things are progressing as planned.IMO
Yeah! and it's just IDCC every other stock on my board is up big.
Yeah, I caused that. I put in an order for 1000 shares at $60.10 right after the open. If my luck holds to form it'll never get filled.
Maybe it's a good omen. Let's hope. IMO
How so? Is someone making you do something you don't want to do?
I would love an all intel stock deal. With IDCC patents INTC could be a new powerhouse in wireless.IMO
Not quite Fridays move but sitll impressive.imo
Ok how's this: Romulus just bought 100,000,000 shares of IDCC. lol
So, NEC, Docomo, Panasonic and Samsung can form a consortium to buy IDCC.
Yes, the more the merrier.
An other reason why Samsung may still want IDCC.IMO
