Well let's look at it this way. All of the companies under this umbrella have no revenue to speak of, only EVFL has any stock volume, so it is a safe bet that EVFL is being used (diluted) to fund these other companies and projects along with those of EVFL. EVFL is the cash cow. Do the research yourself and it is not hard to figure out. I may be wrong as this is all JMO from my own research.
Maybe we should also pass a law that people must pass a test before investing in stocks. The test would show that they fully understand the in's and out's of investing in stocks, the risks, the terminology, etc.. Should reduce some of the whining on these boards.
Get real dude.
He cannot, because there are not any. Ethanol blended into fuel is a Federal Government requirement. Once again showing lack of knowledge.
EVFL-ethanol-success
Even Iraq is starting to make ethanol from dates of the date palm. They have all the oil needed and they are going to make ethanol. Once again showing your lack of knowledge.
EVFL-ethanol-success
I just spoke with a CIA connection that I have and was told that since Iraq is now going to produce ethanol from dates we will change it from a "war for oil" to a "war for bio-fuel" in hopes that the green movement will get behind it and support it.
I was also told that once the "war for bio-fuel" was won EVFL would take over the production of ethanol from dates in Iraq and open mirage themed stations and truck stops.
To the moon baby, to the moon.
Where's the next boom? Maybe in `cleantech'
By JORDAN ROBERTSON, AP Technology Writer - Tue Oct 6, 2009
Our economy sure could use the Next Big Thing. Something on the scale of railroads, automobiles or the Internet — the kind of breakthrough that emerges every so often and builds industries, generates jobs and mints fortunes.
Silicon Valley investors are pointing to something called cleantech — alternative energy, more efficient power distribution and new ways to store electricity, all with minimal impact to the environment — as a candidate for the next boom.
And while no two booms are exactly alike, some hallmarks are already showing up.
Despite last fall's financial meltdown, public and private investments are pouring in, fueling startups and reinvigorating established companies. The political and social climates are favorable. If it takes off, cleantech could seep into every part of the economy and our lives.

Bid and ask @ .0001
Oh I get it more than you realize. You are the one that does not get it.
The company says that they are going to buy back, so I do not care if the price stays low. The MM's have some control of this stock right now which is also affecting the price, it is called cellar boxing. Until the company is done buying back and releases PR's to this effect in combination with PR's of stations, Durant, etc.. this will not move above the current price and will continued to be controlled to an extent by MM's. When it all comes to pass the price will move up fast.
Filing with the SEC could also hurt us as shareholders, as it would/could tie up our stock, that could during that time rise in price but we not be able to sell due to SEC actions.
Will it be another 2 billion traded day? Looking that way.

I agree I do not think that they have been selling shares as heavy as in the past. All it takes is one share a day to make that statement stick. How about the no bid status? I am not a lawyer and I came up with that in 2 seconds, I am sure that they can come up with better.
dustybutler1 is the poster in question.
Could be bashing see below: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tortious_interference
Tortious interference of business.- When false claims and accusations are made
against a business or an individual's reputation in order to drive business
away.
By bashing Dusty was trying to drive away buyers of the companies stock which as
stated in the Q2 financials the company was or is trying to sell to raise needed
operating capital. Not a lawyer but that is the claim I would use.
Ace also told Dusty to expect to hear from Dennis soon.
Post 30210
If it is enough I guess they could make the settlement his shares in EVFL in exchange for what ever monetary settlement EVFL receives from the court. Public board so I assume they have any and all posts made by Dusty in reference to EVFL, this should clear up all accusations made by Dusty. Plus if they are willing to seek legal action it shows that the accusations are more than likely false as I am sure it will be brought up in court by Dusty. If they were true I am sure that they would not be seeking this action.
JMHO
I am sure he may lurk here from time to time. He has been contacted numerous times by posters who let him know that they post on here, so I am sure he comes here to see what dirt is dished after he speaks with them.
Dusty filing in full.

How is getting rid of $2.5mil+ of debt a loss? They no longer owe it, that is a positive in my book.
If I read and understand correctly they exchanged $2 mil of debt for 200,000 shares of PNG stock and have come to some sort of agreement on the $536,869.26 and no longer owe it.
They are working on getting everything in order, IMO of course.
PLUS: They got $10.00 per share of PNG common stock which is @ .0620 as of last close if I am not mistaken. PNG Ventures correct?
What he is making reference to is the 0.5% principal that they take on top of the $7.00 for stocks under $1.00.
Yes this is extra compared to many others. I got started with Scottrade due to the convenience of the local branch where I can deposit funds and have them available within a few hours. I may switch after a time. Who knows? They fit my need right now.
The gauntlet has been thrown down, the challenge made. Will 577 accept? Who will be left standing when the smoke clears? Only time will tell. It's time to put up or......
That is GOOD to hear.
I do not argue with idiots.
Yes EVFL does have 769 million shares, but it is not their O/S. I would willing to bet that it is more than 21 Billion now, but until a PR or financials stating otherwise we shall never know.
Nothing to apologize to you for.
I agree that it will exceed the 06/30/09 figure of 21 billion when next reported, if a buyback is not performed before hand.
IMHO
Thanks for another great example to disprove the lunacy of this thinking. If I am not mistaken I know we had one day this last week over 1bil. As I have stated before I know shareholders holding combined over 500 mil, so by ib12u's thinking that means the other 200 mil shares traded hands FIVE TIMES plus in one day.
Pure lunacy.
I did not want to go into all of that cynic. If ib12u cannot understand that the brokerage firms are WRONG, there is no way to help in understanding that info.
Who does EVFL report to and what market do they trade on? Pinksheets/OTC, they do not report to any brokerage firm or terminal, there for who should you believe? Pinksheets/OTC or brokerage firms?
From Pinksheets:

You decide, I am just trying to give the most factual info, and keep you from leading others astray.
Like anybody on here really knows. I suspect that there are some that have a close clue do to helpful info, but they ain't telling. Only time will tell.
Want to come to Florida brokeman? I'll put you up, feed you and buy 15 million of your shares we can go to Scottrade branch office and transfer them. Fly on down. Interested in what info you have.
I am with Scottrade and if they will transfer your stock to me I will buy 15 million shares from you @.0001. Let me know.
Well good for you. Who should I call and let know that you have escaped.
Was told by my branch office, Gainesville, Fl, that it was due to shares not being transfered in a timely manner from the T/A.
The .0003 post is from JULY 24. Before his trip. He also stated he would sell some @ around .02. And ya'll wonder why he quit posting here. You cannot even read and separate while keeping it straight.
How many you holding?
Yep, you seem savy enough to not need spoon feeding.
