I am new to this board, but a long time CPRK investor. As a southern Utah resident, I have been particularly interested in seeing Copper King make good on it's promises. I have taken several tours of the facility, and am more impressed every time I visit. It is amazing what they have accomplished with so little. On the flip side, I am becoming increasingly concerned with their debt structure. Many of their smaller loans are past due, and come January 2010 I foresee the first, second and third filing notices, and moving forward with foreclosure proceedings. copper King has got to get some long term financing into place fast. The problem that I see is that without shipping concentrate and showing a track record of solid revenues no one will offer them the financing they need. I guess what I am saying is that we are teetering on the edge of success or failure, and Copper King Management needs to act decisively so that the share holders end up on the right side of things. I think everyone will agree.
