you are wrong, you know you are wrong and it is sick that you would deny the obvious. ARSC will gain control of IVOI and wipe the IVOI shareholders out! IMHO
The whole point of gaining a controling voting interest is so that the current IVOI stakeholders have no say!
JAP, My point was it is a possibility,.....but in my opinion it does not matter based on the same qualifying term as you use,...." 150/1 based on current arsc SS. So even if they R/S'd ARSC prior to the divvy by 150/1, they could still give us a 1/1 divvy and acheive the same thing. I just wanted ppl to be aware of the possibility.
karma
close to 1 bil shares on the ask at .0002,....gonna take a big day or week or month to bust through that!
winkie,....I would like to add that it is possible that ARSC may in fact R/S us by 150/1 shares prior to the divvy,......then giving us a 1/1 divvy.
this makes sense as ARSC will need to be able to finance it's other endeavors subsequent to the spinoff.
Just want everyone to be aware of the possibilty.
karma
Further, my own calculations ( which are just as speculative as anyone elses btw) put the R/S somewhere in the neighborhood of 350/1 as a best case scenario. But, why wouldn't ARSC just wipe out the entire O/S of IVOI, as their obligation is to ARSC holders?
Lamb, arsc will have 61.5% of the voting interest of IVOI when they are delivered the 1 mil preferred shares, at which point IVOI will be "recapitalized", i.e. R/S imo.
With ARSC holders getting 150/1 divvy on their shares of arsc,....it will leave about 15% of the HYDRA O/S to be either delivered to IVOI holders, or left in the "vault" for future financing.
In my opinion, IVOI holders will be wiped out.
I am amazed there has not been a "fire sale" of IVOI shares to date,....recapitalization can mean only one thing IMO.

old auditor looks like it was a three man team
I largely agree gm,....but for the small amount of money i have vested,...I am interested in seeing this play out.
i agree mwab,.....i speculate that sales have been rolling out for a few months now.
Frankie gonna R/S this into oblivian,,...only the arsc stakeholders gonna get a dime
it doesn't matter anyway raging, frank said 1 share of hydra for every 150 "current" shares of ARSC. and hydra is where the value is gonna be!
i know ur english is better than this,..is lowman ur alt?
personally, I find it very telling that despite the PR blitz ARSC is not dumping shares!
thanks toohip and lowman, up the breakout boards we go.
You guys do way more than your part to draw attention to my stock, and I am truly thankful!
corretion, arsc hasn't printed a share in six months.
lowman, the IVOI holders need u much worse than us right now,...they are about to get R/S'd by a scam!
lowman, ur posts still move us up the breakout board,....where more bagholders await. Is that what u want?
You obviously don't know that .0001 stocks are not for the weak of heart or gut. I'll be fine. One weeks pay for considerable ROI seems like a good bet to me.
Lottery tickets come in many sizes and colors. Mine makes fuel cells.
The agile minds have put it together, and the naysayers have lost their way. The fact of the matter is that despite the various red flags, no other .0001 stock has the potential to run like ARSC at the current time.
Karma
I think that was a bit excessive. As far as .0001 stocks go, I think ARSC is just the right one to be in.

RUN RUN RUN,...R/S COMING!!!!!!!

Hydra Merger Partner IVOI Starts Countdown With SEC Filing
HOUSTON, June 7, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Security Resources Corporation (Pink sheets:ARSC) today provided a preliminary timeline for the merger of Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation with iVoice, Inc.(Pink Sheets:IVOI).
Frank Neukomm, CEO of ARSC, stated, "With the filing of their information statement with the SEC late last week, IVOI has started the clock for the merger with Hydra. There is a minimum 10 day waiting period at the SEC followed by a 30 day period dictated by IVOI's by-laws. At the end of that period the merger can complete as soon as Hydra completes its financial audits for the years 2009 and 2010. Our auditors are working on those now."
Neukomm continued, "At the time of the merger, ARSC will have majority voting control of IVOI. It will be recapitalized and the name changed to Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., after which we will dividend the Hydra shares to ARSC's shareholders at an expected ratio of one (1) share of new Hydra stock for each 150 current shares of ARSC. We expect that the value of Hydra is such that its initial trading range could be between $0.08 and $0.16 per share."
Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation
Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation has developed a highly efficient, mass producible hydrogen fuel cell, the HydraStax® 5000. Hydra has demonstrated its fuel cell technology in live demonstrations from which it received more than $20,000,000 in purchase orders. Currently Hydra is in the process of delivering its first commercial fuel to Liberty Towers.
Preliminary testing indicates that a HydraStax® fuel cell using natural gas as the source of hydrogen can produce a kilowatt of electricity for less than $0.10.

IVOI will have been bought,,,,and ARSC will do with it as they please,,,I.E. R/S the crap out of worthless IVOI stock.( even with it's current inflated pps)
Have A good day and good luck getting out of IVOI
karma
Shorting stocks at this PPS costs $2.00 per share,....no-one but the MM'S can do that!
Love to see an 8k ammendment to IVOI'S by-laws speeding up the process by 30-35 days,.....not likely, but possible!
Oh, and the recapitalization of IVOI (i.e. massive R/S) looks like a certainty now.

I agree lancero, and the_worm never comes out and says mosely is a con,...just that he seems to join companies once a scam is found.
the worm06, (aka Roberto villasenor, angusdoctor, el gusano etc.) is seldom, if ever wrong. That being said, it appears mosely joined these companies after the scams had been found. I already don't like the situation here at arsc, now i don't like it more.
A note,...the word "scam" on the worm06's blog site appears to speak of the companies and not mr. mosely.
But it does not speak well of ARSC at all in my opinion, and my sell orders were just put to the price of "get the hell out".
And toohip, I don't need you to remind that it will be a chore to do so!
karma
i concede a mis-step on this one mmech,....I misread a line!
If $1,000,000 sits in the bank account of their SUBSIDIARY why do they need to merge?
it made it to .0002 a few weeks ago
Killer i would urge you to reconsider, but even the most ardent supporters of arsc (and i hope they are none) could see the red flag of massive dilution. That being stated ad nauseum, There are some intriguing points of interest to me.
The dilution took place largely without a pr blitz, to the the tune of about 15 bil shares the last year and a half. Now that the divy and proxy news is hitting, the O/S and float have actually dropped by 700 mil shares, Even while the PR machine has picked up.
The companies product was in litigation for patent infringment up until the middle of last year,( which it won) but we both know lawsuits are a tool of those who hope to hold up a potential competitor.
Liberty towers is a real and apparently successful cell tower company, and they even pr a relationship with ARSC.
Almost a million dollars of the money raised by ARSC over the last year is sitting in a bank account of their subsidiary, which we are supposed to become owners of through proxy. $1 million worth of shares sold at less than .0001 is over ten bil shares. And while the O/S is daunting at this point, what was a company supposed to do to get off the ground following the littigation. I beleive the CEo has every intention of delivering the most value possible to ARSC shareholders.
All this being stated,....I am still only willing to risk a weeks pay, and I'm hoping for an easy double or triple. "To the moon"?,.....No friggin way!
I have followed ur posts a bit, and I am glad u made an appearance.

of course everyone will bail,,,i will bail at .0002 and .0003,...but i think a run is inevitable.
hey wadi,, how ya doin old friend?
never bought into chgy (thank the lord)
I could use some help over at ARSC if ya ever get on anymore. Divy is in the works.

you obviously don't understand the chart indicator Accum/Dist, it went up for so long because shares were being printed and the ask was flooded at .0001, this gave the impression of mostly buys and thus accum/dist shot up. The morons that bought into that indicator are now selling out of the same ignorance that got them into arsc in the first place,....only this time the dilution is done and they cannot see this.
we will burn thru 1 billion shares in a day when the proxy comes out,...maybe two billion!
$100,000 will buy 1 bil shares at this lvl,.....and that aint nothing when the big dogs show up!
things are just now getting interesting and you guys are running,....show me a better .0001 stock and I'll buy a little.
sounds like you are good at losing money,.....prolly not the ideal person to listen to.
i understand ur frustration,...and I hope it works out for ya. I invite you to keep bashing as we are now number2 on the breakout boards,...thank you so much!
nothing has changed, and it is 3 months old,....did you not see the IVOI proxy statement a few days ago?
could be toohip,....but a 1/100 of a penny a cup, I'll take a few swigs!
there is no current bid and that is why it says "N/A",....that being said, a quick look at lvl 2 will show that fewer than 100 million shares need to be bought at .0001 to return to bid status, and fewer than 600 mil need to be bought at .0002 to break that lvl of resistence.
I agree there is alot of risk,....but show me a .0001 stock that is different!
