Are you in contact with anyone from the company?
You've mentioned you've been to the North Hollywood office. You said that they're keeping "old time banker" hours. You said, "each time I have arrived". So, how many times have you gone to visit the offices? And, were you there for any particular reason - like a meeting or did you just stop by?
You're the one that told us, "they lost the Whole Foods account and Sea World hasn't used the EcoSafe unit for years", but you never said how you came upon this information. You seem to know more than the rest of us here and, as a shareholder, you obviously want the company to be successful.
So, have you tried calling or emailing any of the guys below with your concerns?
Paulo Ribeiro de Lemos - VP Marketing & Salesribeirodelemos@ecosafeusa.com / 818-800-7756
Dennis Harp, Ph.D - dennis@ecosafeusa.com
Larry LaVerne - ll@ecosafeusa.com
Stanley McKiernan (lawyer) - smckiernan14@mindspring.com
It's not far from North Hollywood...
I'm 10 minutes or so from Eco-Safe's NH office and 20-25 from Valencia. I tried to schedule a time to stop by the NH office in the past, first with Michael (who was very open to it - I just couldn't manage it based on my work situation and they didn't want anyone to just show up. Always needed to schedule you're appt) and then with Paul Doucette (who gave me the run around).
Anyway, I was never under the impression that they would keep much inventory, if any, at the office. And, if they get a large order (I'm not sure what constitutes "large") Stoll would knock it out.
But, Ozone would know better than I would on all fronts.
OzoneGuru - I don't know what to tell you...
It sounds like you know a lot more about the company than most of us posting here. So, make some phone calls or go to the company headquarters again and ask the questions you're posing here. Find out the answers - I don't think anybody else on this board knows them.
All I know is they're now attempting to push sales hard. It will be led by the VP of sales, Paulo Ribeiro de Lemos.

There's nothing wrong with venting your frustration on an iHub board. But, if you're a shareholder, then we all want the same thing. We want to see the company be successful. So, if you feel up to it, talk to the guys at the company and find out why the "momentum plain stopped" and ask about the financials.

Who's Stanly?
I wouldn't say they "feel" they've transitioned...
they are transitioning as we speak... er... write... er... type.
Anyway, I can only ask of you two things to help you, me and the other shareholders.
1) Let Dennis (dennis@ecosafeusa.com) know that you're also having problems with the website. I personally use a Mac laptop, desktop, and iPhone daily. When I'm at work I cannot access the site at all, however, using the same laptop in my home I have no problems - it runs perfectly. Also, as I sit here at work I can access the site using my iPhone if I use my Verizon service and not the company wi-fi. Very strange.
2) Call or email this guy and ask him what the plans for the company are. Ask him whatever the heck you want. Push, prod, poke... whatever makes you feel like you're getting answers.

I can't guarantee Paulo will turn this thing around, but I'm glad they recognized the need to push out the guy who wasn't getting the job done and bring in someone else who they think can.
Thanks chambers...
If you get a chance and you have a phone that has internet access, you should try it (without using your wi-fi) as a test. I can get it that way.
Also, are you PC or Mac?
That's a problem...
I can't access it thru my office internet connection, but if I use my iPhone and turn off wi-fi, it works perfectly. Also, I called two friends and they both said (in the past 15 minutes) that it works fine for them. And, it works at my house - my girlfriend just tried it.
This is strange. I notified the company (everybody) and both Dennis and Larry both got right back to me and said it's working fine for them.
Here's what Dennis said:
Ha! That's generally true...
Anyway, I encourage you or anyone else to contact Paulo or anybody else with questions. Also, if you get a minute, will you check the website and make sure it works properly on your system? There was a report of a problem, but it appears to be functioning fine at this time.

OzoneGuru, this should make you feel better about your investment in ESFS.
After you posted, I called the company. I eventually spoke directly to the company lawyer, Stanley W. McKiernan and we discussed everything he could legally divulge about Eco-Safe. He's an honest guy and if somebody wants to know how the company is doing they can speak with him. He's been there from the absolute beginning.
Mr. McKiernan told me that the company has reached a transition point and is no longer an R&D company, but a sales company. The product line is set and they know they need sales. They absolutely know this. That's why they hired a new Executive Vice-President of Marketing and Sales. His name is Paulo Ribeiro de Lemos and he has an MBA from MIT. He joined Eco-Safe three weeks ago, so, he's just getting started.
For those that might question how he's being paid, Paulo's compensation is mostly performance based. He's getting a very small monthly salary (Mr. McKiernan backed this amount up to the dollar) and he took this job because he believes in the products. He has plans to aggressively market the products and, using many of his international connections, is going to target specific foreign markets that have a need huge need for the products.
I have no idea if he'll be able to take Eco-Safe to the next level - I can't predict the future. However, if you're interested in contacting him, please feel free to do so. He's pretty busy, but he's very open to speak with investors. Email or call him if you have questions or concerns.

Lastly, Michael Elliot is still with the company, but it appears he will be taking a more behind the scenes role from here on out. If you want to contact the company, call the main # at (800) 649-1434 or email one of the execs directly.

Thanks goodtrade...
Paul is gone. Not sure of the details as of yet so I'm not going to speculate on why, but he is no longer with the company.
Also interesting - as of right now the website is actually down. However, the phones are still being answered by the receptionist and I'm supposed to receive a call back from Larry or Dennis at some point this afternoon.
Can I ask, when you say you asked Michael to update the shareholders, was there a response to your email? And, have you thought of trying to call him?
Thanks in advance,
-Plee
Lot's of good questions...
you should call Nils Ollquist or Scott Chaykin (preferably both) and ask them all your questions - seriously. A novice like myself would have no idea if their answers made any sense, but you would be able to digest their responses instantly and ask intelligent follow ups.
Please, go directly to the source - call them and tell everyone what you learn.
I'm gonna go with the classic buy low...
and attempt, at some future time, to sell higher. Could be somebody who sees ESFS at the bottom and knows that it's likely to make a little run at some point in the near future. Of course, it may not be easy to dump hundreds of thousands of shares, but in theory it won't take much to make a good profit on .02 shares.
Or, there's the guy who just got introduced to the company and wanted to accumulate now - before BIG news breaks! It could happen any day now. In fact, I'm willing to bet everything I own that it happens before Jesus comes back. Yep, laying it on the line right there...
Go ESFS! (sometime before I die)
-Plee
We're rich!!!
Well, this isn't the exciting news I was hoping to hear, but at least it's a PR regarding a sale. Even if it is merely an upgrade at a facility that already uses an Eco-Safe ozone system.
I honestly was expecting something a little meatier than this, but I should have known better. Anyway, maybe they'll be another PR out in the next week or so because it appeared they had more to share.
I received the same postcard - for the second time...
If you have a free minute, I'd call IBA. Call them, quiz them, grill them - ask this POS company what "important information" they have. If they mention another stock, ask them why they're selling you on another company when they originally sent you a postcard in regards to ESFS. Last time they sent out a postcard I went back and forth with them, and Eco-Safe, about who they are and what they were doing. Older posts start here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=82349667
When IBA finally responded to me on Dec 11 of last year, I was sent this:
Attention ESFS iHub board-watchers...
Word is, a PR is coming. I've been told next week or the week after. The list of proposals has increased and there are, apparently, actual real life sales that are soon to be announced. I can't guarantee the PR will be groundbreaking or, for that matter, well written, but there should be something to talk about.
I wouldn't dump shares right now - certainly not at these levels. Anybody looking to get out should have a much better opportunity in the not so distant future.
How often do you find an iHub board where...
one moderator believes the company is going to be successful and the other moderator thinks it's a scam? I just realized that Cassandra is a moderator here too.
No judgement, just... interesting.
Old and gray is already in the works...
but, the reality is I'm already too deep to abandon ship now. It wouldn't be worth it to dump shares at these levels, thus I plan to stay the course. I'm not blind (yet), but I understand things not be looking so great right now. The operative word being... now.
Actually, based on how the market works...
it could go up, down, or just sit at the same price for an indefinite period of time.
But, since you're predicting it's going down, I'd like to know what you're basing that on. Can you share any info you have with the rest of us, please?
Thanks in advance.
With 462,000 shares traded...
I'm glad we didn't finish lower. I don't know if it's people looking to flip these in a week or month or something, but it's a good sign the shares are being absorbed.
You're buying?
I'm not sure if you're serious or you're just mocking the rest of us, but if you're buying it's certainly not for "pain & misery". I believe you're doing it to make money.
As for Eco-Safe moving to a bigger plant, there have been a few PRs in the past in regards to expansion.
Here's a couple:
Eco-Safe Is Expanding
http://www.ibtimes.com/press-release/20100816/eco-safe-expanding-635592
And, there's this one that Terryt posted earlier today:
Eco-Safe Prepares for Rapid Expansion with Stoll Metalcraft, Inc.
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/eco-safe-prepares-for-rapid-expansion-with-stoll-metalcraft-inc-1264974.htm
Good volume today - why?
128,100 shares traded - the last 30k of which went in 10k increments at .03. Obviously, we've had big sellers for a while, but who's buying today and why now?
Flor,
Thanks for the information. It's a nice confirmation of things we've been told previously about big orders that have taken place, but they haven't yet announced them.
Out of curiosity, how recently did you speak to one of the installers? And, if you don't mind elaborating, how did you come to speak to him?
-Plee
Yep, looks like we're back in action...
If they start making $$$ from the mine(s) soon, shares will be $3.00 easy...
Agreed, we're not dead yet..
there's still a strong possibility that the stock take off again at some point in 2013. I was told by the company that Eco-Safe still believes there are bigger sales coming and that they "will use aggressive share promoters to the extent the Jobs Act legally permits us to do so."
Of course, first they need to get Eco Safe qualified as a “Jobs Act” corporation...
Holy crap...
What a huge move. Interesting, as I read thru the posts it appears it's the work of some stock pumping companies. I don't have time to investigate whether that company is any good, but if ESFS can just nail down a huge sale and then pump the stock like that we'd hit the .20s again in no time.
Yep, you're gone...
What the hell is your problem?
Go away and do my own research? As if I haven't done any research? What the hell are you talking about. Seriously, learn to play nice dude.
There's no point in posting your "general discontent" if you aren't open to discussing it. I can guarantee you I know a lot more about what's going on here (a lot more) having just spoke with the company in the past week. But, maybe I'm wrong.
So, what do you know? Please, share it with the board.
Ok, well, don't take a couple of hours...
just explain why you posted what you posted now. I mean, the incompetence has been there for years. So, did you find out something recently that has led you to post your disapproval today?
Also, have you spoken with anybody at the company recently?
I'm not defending the management team here...
but, this isn't a product you sell in retail outlets or market on TV. At least, not until you have a reasonably priced home unit that you're certain will sell and you've got a shit load of cash to start pushing that particular product line.
I'm interested in finding out what you know. You say, "the more I learn, the more it appears to me that these management team is highly inept or crooked." What have you learned that leads you to this conclusion? And, once again, I'm not defending the management team (yes, some of them may very well be lost, confused or just plain inept). I'm just trying to understand where you're coming from.
Didn't you recently speak with someone at the company?
What did you find out?
"Emerging Company, under the 'Jobs Act,'"...
According to Michael's letter, the Jobs Act will, "permit Eco Safe to act in some ways similar to a Registered, Reporting company under SEC rules and also market Eco Safe shares more aggressively, to the extent the Jobs Act legally permits us to do so."
Anybody want to take a shot at what you think ESFS is going to do if they become qualified as an emerging growth company under the jobs act?

but, right now I'm trying to enjoy the holidays.
Wow... .68...
This is doing exactly what everything else I own is doing. Going down, down, down...
Thanks for the response.
I believe the only way IBA would have access to a list of shareholders - especially at multiple brokers - would be if ESFS were the ones to provide them.
It brings up some questions...
Can I ask who your broker is?
I'm just curious to know if only people who have accounts with a few of the major brokers got these postcards.
I don't think they're behind it...
but, I think they were hired out of desperation due to all the selling of "free" shares. I also think the idea may have been to increase shareholder awareness prior to them telling the public about the "big" order that has supposedly gone down.
Anyway, IBA seems to be a couple short steps up from EZ and his invisible blog...
Well, it goes deeper...
Michael has heard of them - they've been involved with Eco-Safe on some level as of about 6 weeks ago (I think they may have promised them shares in return for marketing/promotion). I spoke to a guy at IBA today, Josh, who has no real business education to speak of and has a whole 5 years experience trading small caps - and I think he's the main dude at IBA. Josh apologized for the performance of ESFS and said that Eco-Safe lacks a budget for marketing, are not current on their financials, and that they don't have any investor awareness. He then told me they have some other small cap stocks he could tell me about that could help me make my money back while I wait for ESFS to go up so I can get some of my money back.
WTF?
Also, the "important information" about Eco-Safe that they mention on the postcard which asks us to call them "immediately" is not available. That's right, they don't have any information yet. At least, the report isn't completed. Here's what they eventually sent me:
Holy crap,
Just got off the phone with a guy named Josh - complete newbie - sounds like a surfer right off the beach in San Diego where they're located. Only been in the business 5 years. He tried to offer me other stocks to invest in. They DO NOT have a deal with ESFS. They are trying to get one.
Anyway, he said a lot of stuff he probably shouldn't have said. The company is fishy and I don't think at all competent.
http://www.ibaconsultingllc.com/
I received a postcard yesterday also.
I called the company, Interactive Business Alliance, yesterday afternoon. Spoke to a guy named "Maxwell" who seemed... new. Anyway, he said they were hired to help with transparency and investor relations. I started asking lots of questions - I won't detail them all here - and he wanted to pass me off to someone else with more knowledge, but the other guy was on a call so he took my number. I never received a call back. He also took my email so he could send me the info they have on Eco-Safe. I didn't receive that either.
Calling back now.
