Paul is gone. Not sure of the details as of yet so I'm not going to speculate on why, but he is no longer with the company.

Also interesting - as of right now the website is actually down. However, the phones are still being answered by the receptionist and I'm supposed to receive a call back from Larry or Dennis at some point this afternoon.

Can I ask, when you say you asked Michael to update the shareholders, was there a response to your email? And, have you thought of trying to call him?
